So, yes. There are two different people named, Sasha Stone. Oops, guess one spells it Sacha Stone. I honestly didn’t realize this until I began writing this the evening of 3/12/2025!
I think I like this Sacha Stone guy. He quotes Terence McKenna, so there’s that. (I love listening to the flow of wisdom that exudes from nearly all of McKenna’s recordings. I must buy his book one day. But I digress.)
Did you know there’s another Sasha Stone? Yes, and though their names are pronounced the same, the preceding Sacha is a man, while this next Sasha is a woman. At least she looks and sounds female. And I’ve been reading her Substack articles for years! So, when recently someone asked me if I liked Sasha Stone, I immediately replied, “Yes!” but I was thinking of this one, not Sacha. Now, I’m taking some time to listen to some of Sacha’s recordings (apparently he’s an old rock star too).

I’ve put the Moonlit Odyssey music video on the back burner, well, maybe I will get it done tomorrow for the full blood moon eclipse, in favor of crafting one for this new anti-war/peace/let them live song. This original song was inspired by my near incessant thought that all of these soldiers could walk away and there would be no more wars. It’s within every soldier’s sovereign right to walk away (yes, I know it might cost them their life or freedom to do so).

I’m so grateful that my daughter became an adult before all this madness from the Democrats. It’s sheer insanity. That’s what the party has been reduced to. They’ve done it to themselves. Like you, I would’ve screamed bloody murder if some of this stuff had come up when my daughter was in school.

I loved that article Sheilia…I totally agree with her. This didn’t happen over night. The thing that gets me. “Trump will kill democracy” yet 80 percent of America doesn’t want males in female sports and the democrats are basically saying you will get what we give you…you don’t get a say.

Right, Max. That’s my feeling on it too.
We have three young granddaughters. The oldest is into music, theater, and dance. And the twins aren’t old enough yet to have a desire to play sports. But I could totally see myself getting involved if they had to compete against a bio-male, after learning what I have about how a boy’s muscular system develops during puberty.
I have been very vocal recently on this subject, even during an art class my daughter and I took recently when the shop owner, a woman, jokingly mentioned she could play Santa (due to her gray hair). I said why not, since boys can play in girls sports. Then I went further because she gave me a ‘look.’ I said, may as well just make all sports co-ed because there’s no point in having girls sports anymore. She walked away and I got a stern notice from my daughter not to say things like this there.
I kind of shocked myself at how vocal I had been, I guess because this topic has really gotten under my skin.
Thing is, I was okay with co-ed and family restrooms due to all the flying I used to do and all restrooms on planes are gender neutral. But after girls started having to compete with biological males in swimming and such, they pushed things too far.
And yes, Dems killed Democracy long ago. Weaponizing the DOJ against Trump on ridiculous charges was the icing on the cake for me. They act like they hold the moral high ground and are far from moral.

I would have done the same thing! I usually don’t but if someone said that to me…yea I would react the same way.
Yes…women and girls work all of their lives to get a scholarship in sports…and all of that is for nothing. I saw a match of a 15 year old male soccer team take on one of the best PRO womens soccer team…the kids beat them pretty bad.
Oh in little league we had that…no problem before puberty. That is when it changes. I was pitching and I hit a girl…I felt terrible lol. But at that age…it’s not as much difference.
Now…what the Dems are saying is…oh conservatives are treating trans people like trash…NO….they need to be treated equally. No better no worse than I’m treated. But…would if I indentified as a bicyclist and used a Harley in a bicycle race? I would win every time. I’m not allowed to do that and I get why!
A transgender person taught me more about computers than anyone else….I have nothing but respect for that person.
After the State of the Union…youtube is full of independents saying enough…not ever going to vote for a democrat again.

And yes, that’s another thing, Max. I watched the Dems do that before during House and Senate hearings, not applaude or stand up for ANYTHING that came from the other side of the aisle. I believe they did the same at Trumps previous State of the Union addresses before too. I remember seeing this disrespectful behavior before. You’re right. I’m an Independent and they’ve lost me. Sad! I used to support Bill Richardson of New Mexico when he ran for President, as well as Bernie Sanders and Marianne Williamson. I even liked Al Gore because I could not stand the Bushes. But now? No way. I’ve seen too much.
Between the censorship during COVID, lies, open borders, endless wars, giving money out hand over fist to house illegals and only offer a few hundred bucks to Americans during disasters, weaponization of the justice system (and they talk about HATE crimes?), and overall disrespect, I am done with them.
I have only known TWO trans people, but lots of gays (men and women). I have always respected them and would never mistreat them or anyone else for that matter. But then I am not out there joining in protests or Pride parades either. I was brought up that there’s a time and place for everything.

That was shameful. If you cannot applaud 13 year old cancer surivor…you are lower than dirt. Of course they didn’t want to applaude the girl who was injured in that volleyball match because of their policies. I keep thinking…why are they shooting themselves? Oh and AOC calling Musk “unintelligent”….you can’t make this up lol.
The democrat party left me during Obama’s second term. The craziness started then…and then blew up under Biden.
The Twitter/Facebook files still piss me off. Censorship of Americans and Harris was talking about a Hate Speech bill…in other words speech SHE hates. Just think how far that nonsense would have went. We dodged a bullet.
I do feel for them…but you cannot change the rules for everyone for the 1 percent. I’m colorblind…but I was informed that I’m a racist because of that. I also was told I’m a racist for not believing in open borders. That is their defense shield that doesn’t work anymore.

And right on about Obama’s second term. We lost job/house when Obama ended the manned space program. I voted for him the first time, but was on the fence about it until both of my adult kids said they were and I didn’t want my vote to cancel out one of their votes. That’s how unsure I was because Obama said different things to the people in Orlando than the people at the Kennedy Space Center. Few caught both speeches, but I did. And so anytime they say the other side is lying, they forget that they do too.

But you know what? The tide has shifted so much now. When the NFL does the Trump dance after making a touchdown…somethings have changed! That never would have happened in 2016. They lost their death grip on society. The veil has been pulled back now and people are getting it. What was once “conservative conspiracies” has turned into the truth.
People don’t get that everyone is not in love with President Trump…but faced with all of the sh*t that the democrats threw out…people wanted that to end.
Yes…Obama got elected but the democrats lost a lot of seats because of him. Democrats have a history of playing to what crowd they are in front of….except now….they would rather lose than work with anyone else.
