I have good news! My elder artist friend and blogger pal, Linda Lewis (and her husband), are both home from the hospital! Woo-hoo! (And while I don’t typically “worry,” I was finding myself concerned for them since I know they live alone, high on a ridge in Arkansas, and no one really checks on them, other than their son who video conferences with them–but lives far from them. So, I prayed for Linda and her husband and laid my hand on one of the recent items she made and that I’d purchased to hang outside our door for the New Year. (Frogs are supposed to bring New Year’s luck!)

Also, and thankfully, I’ve been experiencing relief from tinnitus! I’ll post again about that, but suffice to say, I’m now reading Maureen’s book, which you can also pick up for FREE from her website. (I have decided to continue working with Maureen Edwardson beyond my first initial free session, as I have another health issue I feel she can assist me with.) And she’s such a high vibe person, that I love talking with her!

New rock song from Richard

The Center of Evil. –Richard Murrey

My latest music video

And here’s my latest music video (I’m working on another one for the audio file that follows, as well). Please subscribe to my YouTube channel (and Richard’s too), so you’ll get all these new songs. I am devoting more time to the song creation and videos than the blogging for now. I’m finding more JOY in it!

Twisting through Spirals. –Sheila Murrey

New song that I’m working on the video for today

Here’s the audio file for the new song, Spirals in Motion:

Everything happens for a reason in the multiverse with myriad sides to every story

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason in the multiverse and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s THRIVE in ’25!

Yours in expanding, coexisting (because there’s more than one-side to every story), balancing, spiraling consciousness,

Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

About us

Richard and I play at the intersection of Energy, Spirituality, Health, and Music, to let FREEDOM ring for ALL! We’re down to earth (even if we are conspiracy theorists), yet not in the ground! We’re just dancing around in rhythm with the mystifying Multiverse… all humble like. But we’re always thinking, onward and upwards, so we keep exploring and creating!

My husband of 19 years, Richard Murrey, is an award-winning illustrator, plus he’s a seasoned guitarist, bass player, and songwriter (having penned over 400 original songs).

Video of us performing Live: https://vimeo.com/416711742?ref=fb-share

All of our 400+ original songs are available for song placement in TV, film, games, etc. Video content creators, filmmakers, podcasters, production companies, deejays, Vloggers, YouTubers, and more can use our original music and songs in movies, TV shows, video intros, and such. We’re also seeking bands to play our songs. If you know of any up and coming musical artist, please forward this blog article to them.

  1. Cool! Happy Wedding Anniversary! I found his Songs from the R.V. on Apple Music. Any plans to add more there? Yours as well, of course. You both are creating some pretty awesome music! I’m sure you’ve been doing this for years, but I’m still a baby blogger, discovering awesome content here and there.

    1. Oh, thank you again, Edward, for your well wishes on our anniversary and for finding Richard’s Songs from the RV on Apple Music.
I asked Richard about adding more songs there, but he says they charge too much. YouTube is free and offers the potential to be paid whenever we hit certain numbers. Plus, he has all his songs on his website by category: Listen4Music.com

As for me, I am a baby songwriter with no plans to market my songs other than YouTube and Rumble. We really do appreciate you letting us know and sharing your thoughts!

      1. Yes, Richard was on CDBaby for years… they put many of his songs everywhere. Then something changed with them. He’s connected with TuneCore and they have put many into commercial circulation but we’re lucky to get a few bucks a quarter (of the year). Crazy business.

      2. Yeah, that’s crazy. I thought artists would get more, but I guess since they changed the whole business model from selling complete albums to singles, the piece of the pie is smaller. I pay about $16 a month for a family subscription, and I can listen to an unlimited number of songs, so it really amounts to almost nothing when you divide that per song, radio stations, and everything else I listen to on Apple Music.

By the way, I forgot to ask in my first comment—who is singing “Twisting through Spirals”? You? The vocals are pretty awesome.

      3. I hear you about the whole album and online listening music business model. It’s a very small sum of money to artists unless they get a big hit.

As for my songs, these recent ones (done this year), they are all AI. There’s no human playing or singing! It’s really incredible. Though I don’t feel any resonance in my body while listening to these. (I have written about that.)

      1. It’s a wonder I don’t have it after years and years of high power amps blasting…I hope it continues to improve… I just got out of playing for a few months…this will kick start me.
