It’s October 4th, 2024; We have an original blues song sung by Bubba Hudson. This bluesy original song features the superb saxophone of John Heinrich. This professional demo was produced by Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN.
Here’s the two-hundred-seventy-sixth new music post for 2024, as I consistently blast out new music for all to enjoy. And yes, sometimes during the tough times, it helps.
Tough times
Whether you’re now out of the tough times, as hopefully Julian Assange is (link to yesterday’s post of his amazing talk and Q&A with Parliament), or you’re still dealing with mounds of mud and worse in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and so forth (we’ve been watching many YouTube videos of such–here’s one: https://youtu.be/XYnVbBXuPfU?si=V5NisTEhuqdkndpK), I will always believe there are things you can do to improve your current mental health state of being.
After climbing out of depression many years ago, I believe if I could do it, anyone can. Perhaps one just needs some encouragement, information, tools, and resources. For that, never hesitate to ask! Keeping this short today because I have a cousin in the hospital and want to check on her, and I just got off a Zoom call with IONS, which I’ll tell you about tomorrow. It was GREAT!

Re-blogging others posts
I will be re-blogging posts from my favorite bloggers so we can all learn together. From politics to World Religions, I think it’s important to increase our knowledge and understanding of the world and ALL people. This also helps us balance. As much as I pray and acknowledge the limitless source Energy of Omniscience God, I know I was given a brain and all of my senses to learn and understand my fellow living beings. But as much as I learn and understand I know I won’t know it all. Life’s a process in ALL ways.

Everything happens for a reason
Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.
Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24!
Yours in expanding, always moving forward, spiraling consciousness,
Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

A nice bluesy number and the media is always trying to keep us afraid.

By the way, I did here a little bit of Smokey Robinson on this track. Had that old Smokey and The Miracles style rhythm.
