It’s August 31st, 2024; We have a rockin’ blues original song for ALL to help us celebrate my hubby’s birthday! This is one of our favorite songs, The Golden Years Blues. Fantastic vocals from Adam Cunningham (yes, the guy who won The Voice some years back) and aWEsOMe production from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN. Let us know what you think of this ROCK and BLUES song! We are definitely living our golden years!

Here’s the two-hundred-forty-fourth new music post for 2024, as I consistently rock out new music for old rockers like us, the intellectually curious, and those who just want to have fun!

Fun rockin’ today!

Our son-in-law mowed the yard today, so for sure, I’ll get out there and do some swinging. And Richard wants to go out to eat and drink when the restaurant opens at 4 pm too. So, yes, we’ll be having fun rockin’ today!

Rockin’ all the time

My stair climbing routine is going good, and Richard is lifting weights now too! He ordered a new 20 pound dumbbell to get himself started (or restarted) lifting again. I think we’ll put on some music loud while we do our workouts today. Hmmm

I’ll keep this short, as daughter is already here and we’re all chatting. Ah, the family life!

Everything happens for a reason

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24!

Yours in expanding, growing, spiraling consciousness,

Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

  1. Sweet Song, love the Blues, Country rythm. Happy 🥳 Birthday to your Husband. Might be too late for me, just seeing this post. My apologies.
