March 30th – You never know until you go

It’s March 30th, 2024; Here’s an original swingin’ rock song–okay maybe it’s a rockin’ country song. You tell me! As I was about to say this is a rock song, the vocal sure has a country sound–don’t you think? But the overall groove feels like a rock tune. I’m stumped! Ha! Maybe this is because of the way in which I listen to music. I’m always sort of turning it around in ALL ways–especially as I consider what I’ll write about it.

Here’s the eighty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently communicate through this blog about our original songs every day in the hopes of having the songs heard. I find the lyrics in this song sooo interesting since I talk a lot about ‘always and all ways.’ Have you ever felt misunderstood? Or have you felt you might have been able to convey your thoughts and feelings in a better way? This song is for you:

We just finished watching Peter Santenello’s latest video on YouTube. I loved his final words, “You never know until you go.” And that’s my mantra now, for our move from Florida to New England in a month. Of course, I’d love to try this French bread, ginger cakes, gumbo, and prawns (yes, Peter, those were prawns in my estimation–not just shrimp)! Haha!

Oh, and were the sweet potatoes still in the bed of your truck after you got back from the sugar plantation?

I’ll keep this short today, so we can get back to a movie we’re watching. I’ll share about it tomorrow. Have some down time today in prep for Easter tomorrow. Much love!
