One of the businesses we noticed that was within walking distance to our new apartment, was Huddys Escape. I suppose I was a bit intrigued by it (I had no idea what it was and had never heard of an “escape room”), yet I had loved creating haunted houses when I was young, so it may come as no surprise that I wanted to check it out.

I asked myself the other day, “What makes a good witch?”

When I was young, my best friend and I used to create haunted houses for the neighborhood children. We often dressed up as witches and created slimy bowls of stuff for the children coming through the haunted house to stick their hands in. I’m sure we had to rely more on things like this instead of a bunch of decorations and black light posters due to the cost involved. And it allowed us to put our imagination and creativity to good use.

I think a green witch is good. One that always has fun and adds joy and health to others and herself, not one who is mean-spirited or out for revenge. Greed, lust, jealousy all must go. Only the pure hearted can make the best medicines.

Which witch? I’ll get you my pretty! Haha

I’ve been told I look like a Seer or Mystic

Since I let my hair go gray about 12-14 years ago, I remember a couple different ladies asking me if I was a Seer or Mystic (when meeting them at various natural health fairs or women’s events). And at first, I was taken aback by their comments because at that time I wasn’t really into anything metaphysical, though I always enjoyed the books and movies of the genre.

Now, since my hair is much longer and I’m missing a front tooth, I really think I look the part! Bwahahahaha!

Here I am holding a Labradorite crystal from New Hampshire, and a broom.

Let me know if I’m scary or not.

I couldn’t decide if my broom or lizard (he’s stuffed, don’t worry) or some of my crystals would make better props. So, we got at least one picture with ALL. Do I need a witches hat–over this hair? LOL

About Halloween, Day of the Dead, All Souls Day, Samhain

All of these hallowed dates/festivals occur between October 31 and November 3. One can learn while visiting archaeological tomes that honoring the dead was a ritual practiced by Neolithic peoples some odd 6,000 years ago or more. Considered the original festival, Samhain predated the others and is thought to honor ancestors, the dead, past events or past lives, and open an invitation to the spirit world to visit.

In South Africa, National Geographic paleo-anthropologists digging around in the Homo Naledi caves uncovered pre-human ancestors who buried their dead and etched geometric symbols on walls atop the bodies. These findings seem to date the Homo Sapiens burials 100,000 years earlier than previously thought. No one knows what rituals may have been practiced or if spirit communication was occurring. Though it is surmised that certain practices, which may have had to do with honoring sacred ties to those who had passed on (in particular since the graves were marked with symbology) would surely seem plausible. From my time in Newgrange, another ancient underground burial tomb, I would bet on it.

Most people aren’t comfortable with discussing the topic of Death. But as they say, Death and Taxes are two things no one can avoid. It isn’t a question of IF but of WHEN.

Movies

We watch Young Frankenstein this time of year, every year. It’s one of the movies Richard brought into my life that has became a favorite of mine. Of course I made him suffer through years of The Wizard of Oz and Rocky Horror! LOL

We agree on Beetlejuice though, so there’s that. I used to love Hocus Pocus but have recently had a change of heart about it. And then there’s always the headless horseman flick, what was the name of it?

I am grateful for ALL

Special thanks to Gray Summers for saying something in a recent comment that crystalized this topic for me. (Thought it took me a couple of weeks to put all this together with my outfit/pictures). Happy Halloween everyone!

Is-ness – The snails path

Energy is the power behind ALL. Source creates. ALL rises, falls, undulates, pulsates, spins, whirls, collapses, expands, shrinks. The Dao (Daoism) emanates from the dot. Holism envelopes. ALL simply IS. Omniscience (Omnism) governs ALL.

Pioneering the Snails path. A long and winding road—yes. Not a yellow brick road, but for sure, there are flying monkeys and witches. Hahahahaha!

I am a fractal of Omniscience and so are you—making one grand design. Meditate on the yin and yang ☯️ as a 3, 4, or 5D version which breathes, pulses, undilates, and emanates Light! When the shadow grows larger the lighter portion shrinks but always this symbol seeks its own balance and like water. (Hint: the wavy line in the middle represents—water, movement, and action!)

Yours in expanding, goofy, fun, witchy, revolving, spiraling consciousness,

Integrating the Spirals to ease unwanted emotions

My online Zoom video course, Integrating the Spirals is more timely now than ever because I know people are suffering. (Let me know if you’re interested in working through the Integrating the Spirals course.)

As an empath I want to help ease suffering and raise our vibration to offer hope. I want to uplift others and expand our collective consciousness. I teach breath work and meditation so we appreciate the value of Detachment. We till our inner soil with our breath to calm the amygdala and institute peace. Meditation is an easy way to Connect us with spirit, higher selves, Omniscience God, and receive non-programmed personal guidance.

Be the best version of who you want to be–because if you’re reading my words your soul is probably beckoning you to align with it and live up to your highest ideals. Not perfect because who is perfect? Most stagnate or ‘get stuck’ while on their way to being whatever they think perfection is. Making progress is enough. Carrying your Karma lightly is enough. Be kind to yourself while living responsibly. Who you ARE affects us ALL. We Are All Connected.

Omniscience knows ALL. Omniscience is always with you. You are never alone.
