Well, thanks to Eric Edmeades and WildFit, I’ve learned there’s even more names for sugar! If you’ve been told that you’re pre-diabetic or think you may have insulin resistance, you really owe it to yourself to check into WildFit, Sugar Busters, and start reading every label for each product you buy in the grocery store–as many (almost all packaged foods) include some form of sugar.
