Integrating the Spirals: Realizations

During the last week while I have been sick, and yet I took the time to write down one word of each of the following as it came to me, so I could write each more fully and share these:

Memes that capture each realization

The introduction meme: I am. We are. Awareness as aware of Awareness. As explained in the following memes.

Meme 2: Use AND more and NOT less
Meme 3: True love is unconditional. Period.
Meme 4: I’m glad I was told about and switched to the Independent political party years ago
Meme 5: I’m eternally grateful for LIFE. I honor ALL of my ancestors
Meme 6: Jesus the Christ really is personal.
Meme 7: Truth can be found in ALL. I’m grateful I was taught to think critically and deeply.
Meme 8: A lie is an inversion of the TRUTH. Know thyself (not our Programming)
Meme 9: When questioning, look at Nature. Give back to show appreciation. Nature and dogs have been my best teachers.

These came to me as nuggets of truth in between wakefulness and sleep when I was feverish. But in the light of day, they seem to hold and make sense.

ALL I share is for learning. As I shared each of these as Facebook Stories and looked to see how many people saw/read them, the numbers surprised me.

20 people saw the first one. 15 saw the second. Until only 2 saw ALL of these. It was disheartening. But seems to be a trend.

If others are open to learn from us and vulnerable enough to tell us, we can relish in that. But I seek no praise or validation anymore. I am not writing to people please. I’m writing because it’s pouring out of my SOUL! My ego has nothing in it anymore. ❤️🙏💙

Integrating the Spirals: The problem with Big Pharma

I don’t get too hung up on this, as my desire is to live whole and healthy. In a state of homeostasis. As designed. But I share this type of information so we’re aware, and we don’t fall into other people’s illusions of how we should care for ourselves. (I really dislike the word, should by the way.)

Integrating the Spirals: To the Ice protesters

I’m not a Veteran, but I have many Veterans in my circle, both family and dear friends, and I have worked for the Veterans Administration. I can say with confidence that most Veterans and Americans love our country and are distressed with what’s been happening in recent years.

Freedom, long fought (and died) for, appears to be eroding faster than I can type this. It’s time to take a solemn moment to dig deeper… and mine for truth. I know this is a multifaceted issue:

I speak to you as a veteran and former progressive frontline protester…

Not from a place of judgment, but of hard-earned experience.

One thing I learned over the years is that no protest reaches the national stage without consent from the very system it opposes. 

Look deeper…

Ask who’s organizing and funding these demonstrations. 

Research their backgrounds and their long-term agendas. 

You may discover, as I did, that you’re not resisting oppression…

You’re being used in a campaign to destabilize and dismantle your own country.

I know that’s a hard truth to hear…

And I know how this will likely be received…

You might think  “Mikki is just another far-right bigot.” 

But that’s not who I am…

That’s not where I come from…

I have been where you are today…

And I have been on the frontlines of countless protests just like this one.

My intention is to share what I’ve learned with hope that it might help someone out there. 

Have you heard the term, “Useful idiot?”

It refers to good people, well-meaning people…

Unknowingly advancing a cause that ultimately harms them and the people they love. 

I don’t see you as an idiot.

I see you as a caring human in a world awash with expertly crafted propaganda. 

Just like I was. 

I don’t blame you. 

I understand you.

At some point, the illusion breaks. 

The anger fades. 

The grief begins. 

You’ll start to see things clearly…

And when you do, you’ll remember warnings like this one.

Only then will you find yourself truly on the right side of history…

Not the one that’s been scripted for you, but the one you choose with open eyes.
