It’s May 27th, 2024; On this Memorial Day we remember our Veterans, Civilian Contractors, and current soldiers keeping the peace. Here’s an original vibrant rock song about a gal that rocks his country–and tribute to some great music artists. Adam Cunningham on vocals jam this mix into the skies! Men and women have served America in the Armed Forces in various ways, different branches, and in combat and peace time, as well as civilian contractors. My husband and several of our family and friends have served, and I honor and pay them tribute today. Let’s all remember those who have acted bravely, sacrificed and bled for our country on this and every Memorial Day.

Tribute to John Prine and my cousin Greg

My first cousin, Greg Wilson (here’s my tribute to Greg), loved John Prine. And Richard has weaved mentions of John before in songs, but this original song is pure. Richard uses several song titles from John Prine’s songs to create a stunning tribute like no other.

Honor

When I do my soul work, sharing Integrating the Spirals, I find that most people do not honor their ancestors, family, or mentors. Most cannot even remember the name of the person who taught them this or that–even if that thing caused them to go down a particular career track, or practice a specific ritual, or religious path.

I love to honor my roots. I love to think about ALL who’ve walked the earth before I was born. But I am always looking for the ways in which, We Are All Connected. And because We Are All Connected, everything matters.
