I’ve never been a fan of the person the Democrats installed as their candidate that no one liked six months ago and that no one voted for in the Democratic Primary. But I have been a big fan of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.–even before I read his incredible book, The Real Anthony Fauci.
Do I really need to tell you this at this point? Aren’t we all ‘up to speed’ on this tactic by now?
Lastly, I’ve NEVER been a fan of Liz Cheney or her warmongering father. The day this news popped, I really knew I wouldn’t vote for Harris. (Of course, I knew it from the beginning, but I’ve turned the kaleidoscope and consider all the angles, like I always teach.)

FYI, I do my own Muscle Testing and use the dowsing rods to check myself. Ultimately, I follow my GodBumps to know when I’m really a passionate YES on something. I tell you this because I’ve read a few of your comments this morning (that happened to go to my SPAM on WordPress–I don’t know why because I have it set so that if I’ve approved you once, all of your comments will automatically be approved. Maybe it was because you used an emoji or shared a link), and I’ve approved a few of your comments without replying or ‘Liking.’
The reason is, over time, a lot of what President Trump has talked about has turned out to be true—even when the fact checkers initially had said something wasn’t. I’ll leave it up to Omniscience God to be the final judge. And that feels lighter to me as well.

I know social media gets a lot of bad rap, and I know there are a lot of bad actors out there. But I met my wonderful husband online (more than 20 years ago), and we have never had one argument! We will celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in Feb. 2025, God willing.
I see technology as a tool. We get from it what we put into it. But you did a great job on a complex topic (as usual). In my 62 years on the planet, I have learned to stay open and continue to give Life a chance. It’s been working out good so far!
So, yesterday on the Dr. Bruce Lipton monthly Zoom call that I always participate in (as a self-proclaimed volunteer chat facilitator), I had an observation (odd I would just think of it now, after being on this call monthly two years). Bruce’s wife, Margaret, is never on these calls with Bruce! I don’t know if he’s ever mentioned why, but my guess is because these calls are HIS thing. She might watch the replays with him, or alone, I don’t know, but she gives him the time and space to do these calls on his own, with his nephew Alex moderating/facilitating and handling the Zoom technology.
That got me thinking. Of course! We don’t have to like each other’s passions! I let Richard rehearse his guitar alone. My son-in-law sits in his attic man-cave alone and does all his video game streaming (he’s on YouTube). I’m not the kind of gamer he is. I play the silly little free iPhone games, and not all that well or that often. I take those in phases. Again, it’s the Integrating the Spirals approach. A little or a lot, depending on where I’m at on the spiral path on that subject at any given point in time.
And what is it I always say? Everyone learns at differing rates of speed. Plus, not everyone wants to learn–and I’ve got to be okay with that. We can still like or love each other, maybe even agree with each other, but we don’t have to watch each other’s videos, podcasts, listen to the same music, or watch the same shows! Ha! I am at peace. (And when we are each at peace, there’s no need for war–small or large!)

It was next in the lineup to share with you, but I didn’t realize until I went to post this, how it can apply to the topic I’d promised a few people I was going to write about. I love it when a plan comes together! Bubba Hudson sings this with so much gusto that I barely recognized it was him! This is the two-hundred-ninety-eighth new music post for 2024, as I consistently and consciously share a new song of ours each day, along with what bubbles up for me. Rarely am I political, but sometimes something just lands a certain way and POP! I did have a big AHA MOMENT yesterday though, and I’ll tell you… I am constantly “learning all the time.”
Whenever I am triggered, I am in VICTIMHOOD! Yep! And just becoming aware of that and acknowledging it, is enough for me to quickly RELEASE it! This is huge for me folks! How about you? How do you quickly clear your emotional triggers?
I sent a private Facebook Messenger message to my spiritual leader/friend who had triggered me, after I’d triggered her, and guess what? We both learned something! And we ended our chat letting each other know that we wrap each of ourselves and each other in LOVE! Aww, now isn’t that aWEsOMe! So, all is well that ends well. And we’re still friends. And I’m still following her. WOW! What a lesson there was in THAT!
I learned that even a hint of a hidden agenda triggers me. And that I’ve very good at sniffing them out, though I was a little too quick on the trigger because she was only going GENERAL in her comment because she deals in SUBTLE ENERGY.
I go general a lot too, so that I don’t get caught up in stressful or traumatic stuff, so I totally understood her point of view and the wording she’d used, in her initial post. No need to name names here either. I think in every misunderstanding there is the potential for increased clarity and UNDERSTANDING.
Is peace a virtue? Yes. But also, it’s a practice. As well, I think humility is a virtue, and also a practice (not to let our EGO run away with itself. The hidden agenda was that my friend didn’t want to use the name, Trump, in her post, because she wanted to keep the vibe HIGH and not induce her audience to begin any conversations/comments that would devolve into disconnection or worse. And I get that. And I did pick at that I suppose, because of all the information I’d been surrounding myself with the last few weeks. Okay. Enough said.
I am later posting this today because we had a Pumpkin festival to attend this afternoon, and I even had to leave my monthly Dr. Bruce Lipton Zoom call before it was over. Then my daughter and I attended another ceramic art class! YAY! But I didn’t start this blog post early enough this morning. So, I’ll come back to this topic tomorrow! Suffice to say, I’ve changed my mind on Abortion.

What with all the hidden truths coming to light in the last four years or more. I know for me, I’ve been waking up since 2004 to a lot of things that most are only coming around to NOW! I’ve been watching Robert Kennedy Jr. (I was a supporter of Bobby’s campaign for President), Candace Owens, Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Tucker Carlson a lot lately–and while one could nit pick here or there on some comments, overall I get a GOOD feeling from them. They’re super smart and I believe have a lot of love for this country.
I’ve been observing what spiritual leaders write and say and I must tell you, I’m PISSED! I’ve given some of these people a lot of money, time, and attention over the years and yet, they don’t want to listen, really listen, to those across the aisle and accept that what they’re stuck in (and squelching my voice when I am simply attempting to ADD to a conversation).
When spiritual leaders say that someone (meaning President Trump–yes, I see through hidden agendas) is disparaging people??? I think censoring people and trying to put them in PRISON is a LOT worse than disparaging people! And Kamala is pointing fingers and screaming at people the same way Hillary did, which immediately makes me lose respect for her and anyone who does that. As well, the Biden-Harris administration has blatantly used lawfare to his, now her, advantage (to interfere in this election and prevent President Trump from even running again). And the Democrats have a bought and paid for media willing to do ANYTHING to keep the Democrats in power! The media maneuvering to stage and present Kamala in a way that makes her sound smart, when clearly, she isn’t has happened right in front of our eyes by cutting and splicing–actions we’ve never seen news networks do before! They’ve falsely fact-checked President Trump during a Live debate with Harris, only to have the truth come out (that President Trump was right) days later, yet they offer no apologies! If the FCC had balls, they’d take those networks off the air–but you see, the networks are OWNED.
Is peace a virtue? Is humility a virtue? I think all humans ‘compare’ and ADD to the conversation if they think they can take something to the next level or higher plane. But apparently, when Ego sneaks in, the teacher cannot learn anything new being offered from his/her former student. That’s when we know the student has surpassed the teacher in his/her spiritual growth. But yes, even the student who has progressed beyond the teacher needs to be humble.
We all know Democrats have 70% of the wealth in America. Yes, those things are much worse than President Trump disparaging anyone. I won’t even go into how ‘someone’ got to where she is because I’ve never liked the phrase, “slept her way to the top” even if it’s true. But you can watch this and then argue your point if you must:

As well, I’ve experienced better digestion and fat-burning, healing of a frozen shoulder (that had been bothering me for over two years), a release and total resolution of knee joint stiffness (that I had been using magnesium on every day for almost a year, and had provided relief but not resolved), relief from sciatica back pain that I’d gotten during/shortly after our move from Florida to New Hampshire last May.

Richard has decided to redo some of the song videos I had made, sooo I’ve had to update them on the previous blog articles. I still have one or two more to update, but I wanted to let you know. My WordPress followers will automatically get the notifications for these updates, but for the newbies, when you change a video on YouTube, it changes the URL link. This leads to a series of cascading events, and means you have to go back to your WordPress blog articles and make the update, removing the old YouTube embedded link and adding the new one. Whew! Not a difficult task, but sometimes, the previous posts are hard to find. (I spent 20 minutes or more looking for A Man because I hadn’t titled the post with the name of the song! (My bad. And that’s fixed now too.)
Gray Summers and I have chatted about this. I often feel like I take two steps back for every step forward I take on things. And I was a Technical Writer/Business Analyst for the better part of the last 35 years! I’m a techie, yet tech stuff can still get one over on me. Why? Because EVERY application is different! Ha! Sometimes I’m thrilled to engage a new challenge and sometimes I’m not! It probably depends on my mood or how much other stuff I have going on. And that’s why I didn’t start a huge project like this (blogging a new original song for you every day), until I retired! Yep.
Yes, I review about 100 memes a day and I only share the ones with you that bubble up to the top for me. The memes I look at each day either thrill me or trigger me. And yes, I share the ‘warts and all’ with you, because I’m a REAL person. Truth, Freedom/Health Freedom, and Honesty/Transparency are foundational for me. But so is Peace. They are the pillars I rest on.
I wasn’t going to bring this up, but I felt I had to unsubscribe from someone I liked this morning. Why? Several reasons, but the two largest reasons were: a) when I had asked him to share anything about our music, mention us, or reblog any of my posts, he declined. This happened a few months ago and I continued to Like and comment on his posts, b) he went too far (IMHO) in his own words about Elon Musk, President Trump, and Mark Zuckerberg. Not that I’m a huge fan of these men, but his message was so disparaging. It was just the last straw for me. I’m all for anyone speaking their truth, but I don’t need to see it/read it/hear it. If I ever do that to you, please unsubscribe. I am not here to contribute to anyone feeling bad. Ruffle feathers, challenge, yes. But if over a few days, weeks, or months, no. Just leave. No hard feelings. And I don’t give a flip about the algorithm. I’m just done. I am who I am. I am where I am. I will continue learning, yes. But for now, I am tired. I am going to rest.
Since my mother, grandmother, and aunt all died with Alzheimer’s disease, I have been interested in the study of the brain, physical sensations and sensory issues, along with consciousness. I could write a book just on what I’ve learned, but for now, I think experience is the best teacher–and you really must experience these Super Patches for yourself.

It’s October 23rd, 2024; We are putting out a rewrite of one of our original songs. Richard rewrote some of the lyrics a week or so ago (from the Bluecollar song) and sent it off to Bubba Hudson for a re-sing and new mix from his home studio near Ocala, Florida. So, yes, Richard is continuing to rewrite some of his songs, in the hopes that the updated lyrics may ring true for more people.
Here’s the two-hundred-ninety-fifth new music post for 2024, as I constantly and consistently give you fresh new songs to listen to. We’d love to see if any of our songs will inspire you to share them and make them go viral. Just like the song that went viral a few months ago, “Rich Men North of Richmond” (by singer Christopher Anthony Lunsford). Do we need a publicist? I think we do! I know we need a producer or sound engineer to put some of these songs in a TV show or film. I wonder!

I happened to check Facebook for something about noon today, and saw my friend Grace coming on Live. So, I stopped (mid-process) of writing this blog post article and gave her my undivided attention. WOW! Her guest today was fascinating, Suzan Owens.
Yes, sometimes I get too-involved in chats on Facebook and LinkedIn. Even sometimes on Truth Social. But each time I do this, I learn to own my point of view and the truths that resonate within my Self. If people don’t agree, they are free to drop off! Ha! I usually keep quiet if I don’t agree with someone, but often will jump in and bolster someone who is expressing a sentiment I agree wholly with, such as the following:
Right up my alley. After reading it fully, I thought to myself, “THIS is why I was drawn to this particular technology”! WOW! I’m awestruck. I’m awe-inspired in wonderment!

It’s October 22nd, 2024; We have an original soft pop song for you today. It’s got Spanish guitar and soothing melody. I think it could be modern country, tell me what you think! A pro Nashville singer did the vocals on this sweet song and I think she sounds great! Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN prettied this up quite a bit with that Spanish guitar. And synchronistically, we watched the Johnny Depp and Antonio Banderas movie the other night, Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Though violent, I love that movie. I always cry a bit near the end when something excruciating happens to Johnny’s character, and I won’t say it, in case you haven’t seen the movies. My son-in-law dislikes spoilers.

This was a promo video Richard crafted years ago. We’ve got more, and I’ll share another one tomorrow. Stay tuned! (Haha! I love it when a statement like that can be taken more than one way.)
We walked across the avenue (2 blocks from where we live), sat at the bar (usual for us when it’s the two of us), and enjoyed a cocktail and appetizers about three weeks ago. We love this restaurant’s wagyu beef pops (small meatball that is pretty spicy), and usually that is all we have. The first time we shared one, but these were so scrumptious, every time we go, we each get one, as there’s 6 on a plate. Plus, the restaurant serves homemade bread (gratis) and dipping oil with herbs. We typically are full after that, but on this one occasion we tried their homemade potato chips. We shared them and still brought half home!
As for drinking, we don’t drink the ‘well’ alcohol. Richard taught me years ago that drinking the cheap stuff is a sure way to wind up sick, or get a headache, etc. So, it’s only top shelf stuff for us, or none at all! And we take a few months off alcohol too, each year. Too much of even a good thing will kill ya, you know?

The biggest reason I enjoy coaching people, or counseling, offering advice, even simply writing this blog, is to encourage you to grow. Never stop growing. The more you grow, the more you’ll marry your spirit to your soul. The more in alignment with your soul you’ll be.
Cherish your core memories. If you are going to cherish anything. Though I question everything as I know the mind is capable of distorting memories. And as a Taoist/Buddhist, I release cherishing and attachment. This brings me more inner peace.

I found out that I can’t use Wondershare Filmora while Richard is logged into it. I’d taken the pieces from my book promo and was going to import them into the new software and see how it would work. But alas, when I couldn’t log into it (without logging Richard out, which I knew would irk him when he went back to use it), I just started making changes in the Mac movie maker software. I love speaking with people about all things, God, spirit, and the metaphysical. I love it when spirit blends with the body. And I feel that’s what causes this inner sensation I have called, GodBumps. I have written about GodBumps many times and include some of that in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. Our personal lived experience is vastly superior (to us) than ANY rhetoric or propaganda that others tout! That’s my story and I’m sticking with it. And so it is. We Are All Connected whether we choose to acknowledge or ignore. We can choose to detach and free ourselves from suffering. We can choose Holism. What comes around goes around. It is what it is. And so it is.
My friend, Kary Kruger has shared many memes with me over the years on holistic health. She lives on a horse ranch in Colorado (or has horses, maybe she doesn’t actually live on a ranch, though I get that impression). She’s been into many different multi-level, networking marketing companies in the past, and I’ve considered joining her before, but not until she brought Super Patch to me did I finally decide to take the leap! I love being in commUnity with those who share my love for holistic health. I would love to work at a health food store one day. Time will tell! At least for now, I can sell Super Patches from home and be at home to care for Richard–though now, he doesn’t need as much help from me, and that’s GOOD!

As we watch the Autumn leaves fall, we see some float like a feather, and squirrels stomp on others to cause their fall. But either way they fall. And there’s an elegant simplicity to that. I felt the GodBumps again as I spoke healing words to my Theosophy book club yesterday. It was thrilling! As with all things like this, I wish I had recorded it, but we don’t record in those Zoom meetings. From what I remember of it, our leader had asked me what I focus on when I meditate. She specifically called on me. I had no time to think about it. I opened my mouth and words dropped in, out, or whatever. To the extent that I said something about not focusing but simply detach from ALL things external. I said, this was something I had learned in one of my meditation classes that I’d taken at a park in St. Petersburg, FL several years ago. (I have taken many meditation classes, from different master teachers.) But in this one particular class, we had bicyclists riding by, birds singing, boat motors running, airplanes flying above, and so on. We were instructed to hear these things, acknowledging their presence in our experience, but to simply notice and detach. Being unattached to these external sounds, even if pleasing, such as the birds song, allowed us to free ourselves from anything we might perceive as a nuisance noise.
Later, that night, my husband was snoring before I fell asleep. I listened and then detached. I drifted off to sleep being thankful for his snoring. I knew he was still breathing. Still alive. My mind wrapped in Gratitude, I slept well. I told our book club leader, I think that is the whole key, to live in that state of Gratitude. And she loved it and said, “Well done.”
