It’s September 5th, 2024; We have an original pop rock song for you today—and it will transport you to the islands! The smooth rich vocals from Bubba Hudson are magnificent! We play this often to put us in an easy going mood. A gem of a production from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN.

Here’s the two-hundred-forty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently bring you pleasing new original songs to lighten your mood. I know there’s a lot going on, especially with school getting started, and the tragedy of the school shooting near Atlanta, Georgia.

We have to be able to bring ourselves back into balance, somehow. And this is what I am here to do. Using Holism, Daoism, Buddhism, and Christian Mysticism (which simply means to Connect to the Energy of Omniscience God the way Jesus did), we can imbue ourselves with healing Love to bring our mind and body back to homeostasis. Raise our spirits and grow our souls.

Now, before I show you this spark of hope message about the school shooting, I will say, we don’t watch CBN much at all (mostly because I let go of mainstream organized Christianity many years ago–and that’s due to the pablum they spew versus truly teaching the way Jesus taught–FULL of God’s Energy and Love). But I take what I can use and leave the rest, since going through Recovery over thirty years ago with an ex-husband.

Speaking of simple

I’ve noticed something while attending Zoom calls over the last few years. I noticed that because I love connecting with people on a variety of subjects, the group chats went from zero participation to nearly full participation after I began jumping in and welcoming attendees and directing them to the owner’s online forum/portal, websites, etc. Thus, I’ve decided to offer this as a service! If you run a Zoom group call and want to amp up your attendee participation, hire me! 

I’ll facilitate your group chats and get Zoom attendees engaging with each other, to form a real commUnity! Then later, the owners of the Zoom call and scour the chat for information that will help them continue to serve and market to their audience!

I was thrilled to learn that I’d won a little video challenge in my new favorite Facebook group, Be Awesome Network! Speaking of angels (in the chat text)

I attend a LOT of online meetings and I participate in the chats. I drum up engagement. Typically, I am not paid to do this, but I am open to receive payment if someone is hosting Zoom calls and would love to get their attendees chatting! As you’ll see from one of the exemplary chat posts next, during the calls, people begin trusting the Universe and offer loads of advice to one or all of the attendees. I also read a good many public comments on YouTube, so I am not always 100% certain where I pick up gems like this:

No more frozen shoulder

September 1st – Edge of the blacktop

It’s September 1st, 2024; We have an original rock song for some today. Thank God for small-town living. I love the feel of this song—with brilliant vocals from Bubba Hudson and a soulful production from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN.

Yesterday, as we celebrated my husband’s birthday.

We went for a walk and enjoyed delicious appetizers and cocktails at a local restaurant (attached to a beautiful Inn with a stunning view of one of the lakes here). We got there early before the restaurant opened, so I could take Richard into the gift shop and pick out a new long-sleeve, thick and warm, zipped Henley shirt. We looked at the hoodies too, but he’s not really a hoodie type of guy. The zipped Henley suited him just fine. And then we sat in the lounge until the restaurant opened. 

I snapped a couple of photos of us (while sitting in the lounge) as we sat and dreamed about future possibilities. I’m glad my hubby still has dreams (even as he turned 74). Yay! They have a 30-seat conference room at the Inn where they said we could hold a CD launch party, art show, or book signing/lecture (for me). I didn’t take any pictures of our food, but I will take a photo of Richard in his new shirt whenever he wears it. The weather has been beautiful! Mid-seventies most days and mid-fifties at night–with most of the rain coming in the middle of the night. We mused at the people’s names on the brick walkway on our walk home. And I got some photos of the granite benches and flowers. I hope you enjoy these:

My stair climbing routine is going good, and Richard is lifting weights now too! He ordered a new 20 pound dumbbell to get himself started (or restarted) lifting again. I think we’ll put on some music loud while we do our workouts today. Hmmm

I’m often ‘too serious’

My husband, Richard Murrey, has had to lighten me up a LOT over the past 20+ years, because of my ‘too serious’ nature. (I guess I am an analyst at heart, though I desire to be more loving and adventurous.)

Growing all the time

I’m continuing to grow and harvest some herbs daily. I am growing peppermint (bought a few months ago as a whole plant), basil, oregano, and parsley. The basil and parsley have been growing like mad, and are quite tall, but as you can see in the photo, the oregano needs help. I’ll dig up the best of these herbs and repot them for indoors before the first frost (though my parsley usually always takes off and grows even better in the winter–though that’s based on Florida weather, not New England, so I won’t push it!

I am still reading Susan Lindauer‘s book, Extreme Prejudice but promise I’ll take a break and begin my new workout regimen: stair climbing! Ha!

I really am laying off the political memes, even though I can laugh at some. I know y’all don’t need to see those from me. And thank you for sticking with me, even when I’ve shared some of those!

Truth can be found on all sides

The reason I teach ways of expanding our consciousness during Integrating the Spirals sessions are to point out that Truth can be found on all sides. And that we can entertain another’s view (at least for a little while), since we know that they’re viewing life from a different perspective (a different location on the mirror ball). We can choose to be empowered or wounded when someone expresses an opinion diametrically opposed to our own. Yet, there is value in Everything (even if we don’t like it on any given day), using the spiral technique we can give ourself the space to find the ‘better feeling thought.’

It’s August 29th, 2024; We have two original songs for you today! Well, the first one isn’t so much of a song, but a little something Richard created back when we had a music studio on our house–you could use it as a fun phone ring tone or intro to a podcast. I’ve never liked it much, but Richard still howls every time he plays it (often playing it just to make himself laugh)! Because I am usually ‘too serious’

I have to mix things up, probably where Integrating the Spirals came from, because I was raised by serious parents to ‘get shit done.’ And while I’m working, focusing on anything–even cooking or washing dishes–I don’t smile. The curse of being a serious person! UGH

I get it. I dig TOO much! I read a LOT of information every day from a variety of sources. Granted, I do tend to read more esoteric stuff than the average person. But I do take it personally when anyone says I’m not informed. I’m simply informed from others that those accusers have never heard of. UGH. The Truth can be weaponized against anyone who, unfortunately, finds themselves on the wrong side of the political party that’s in charge (at the time). This is why it is important to study history and stay abreast of the current political agenda–and keep one’s mouth shut until such time as it’s appropriate to speak. Of course, I’ve never been too good at that! Ha! Though, maybe, after reading Susan’s book, I may have a lot more reason to try! Like Ron White says, I may have the right, not the ability (to remain silent). LOL (I had to find a better feeling thought–as if I don’t laugh, I’d cry).

If you have yet to hear, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta (owns Facebook, Instagram and more), just testified to Congress about how the Biden-Harris Administration pressured his company to censor Americans on his platforms! The censorship isn’t news to those of us who have had posts removed, but it’s shocking that he’s now ADMITTING this!!! And I bet court cases are sure to follow.

Now, as soon as I saw this, I thought, ELECTION INTERFERENCE! And THIS IS ILLEGAL! And just as I’d said in yesterday’s post that I wasn’t going to post any more political posts (nod to 80sMetalMan and our chat/comments), this happened/I started seeing these memes. And then, I had to start researching this topic. WOW! Look at what all I found!

Do you WANT to know the Truth?

I get WHY one political side wants to hide the Truth from the masses when they’re wrong. What I don’t understand is how so many people CHOOSE to play along with these games. For years, ever since I researched the Savings and Loan (S&L) scandal and one of the Bush family (Neil) had made out like a bandit as head of the Silverado S&L out in Colorado. I did actual hard research on this during my college days–by going to a library and physically pouring over books, periodicals, and newspaper reels! So, I know of which I write! (Doesn’t it often seem like the two major political parties are working together???)

People’s lives are on the line! People died during COVID and on 9/11. And coverups and censorship in ALL forms make me furious! Thus, the more I read about Censorship, the deeper I went down the rabbit hole! I’ll share more tomorrow regarding what I found regarding COVID, but for now, let me share one of the most astounding truths I stumbled upon:

Low budget

To save money and to spare me all the Big Pharma ads on TV, we cut the cable. Of course, now, we watch a TON of YouTube and the Premium service doesn’t show commercials. I swear, commercials are simply PROGRAMMING us and have been since the dawn of television! And for me, I found all those Pharmaceutical commercials traumatizing–what with their oh, so long list of side effects including DEATH!
So, though we’re low budget people, thankfully, we’ve find ways to stay connected to what’s going on in the world, without spending the babysittin’ money. LOL FYI: We watch a lot of concerts and comedy shows on YouTube, it’s not all archeology (mining for crystals), sacred sites, and UFO videos.

Last on RFK Jr., what MAGA means, and lost children

I get most of my political news from a couple trusted friends on Facebook too. Janine shares the most important memes and then if I want, I look up the people who created the meme or research on the topic further.
I am growing weary of the politics and think from here on out, I’m not going to post anymore on this subject. I do still have a book review to write about Robert Kennedy Jr.’s book on Fauci, but I don’t know when I’ll get to it. I’ve had to read that book very slowly since it gets me so darned mad that Fauci hasn’t been dealt with STILL!

We have to work together to solve our Energy issues

We have to work together to solve our Energy issues. As this song shows, there are lots of choices. I wonder if people didn’t live underground centuries ago in order to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. As well as, escape most ferocious animals.

When people try to tear you down (steal your personal Energy), remember even if they are high born, well-educated, or sophisticated, they can keep their opinions to themselves or share with you privately (if they really feel THAT compelled to share). If they spout off publicly it means they’re trying to look good to someone else, or they’ve been bought off! There’s always ‘something in it for THEM.’ And as for me, it only reduces my respect for them—IF I had any respect for them before. There’s ALL-WAYS time, if one will make the effort, to discuss differences of opinion in private with love and tolerance. Each of us desires to be heard and understood.

I was sad to read the post that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s siblings put out. I mean, they could have discussed these things privately, but to put such a bold statement our publicly only tells me how ‘sold out’ THEY are! When one follows the money, ALL becomes clear (when you’re not Programmed. And remember, I teach Integrating the Spirals to DE-Program people). I am all for resolving these kinds of family disputes and bringing families back together. But people have to WANT this kind of help.

One of the reasons I supported Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was because he’d been an advocate for children’s health for decades, and fought some of the biggest fights re: toxins in our environment (because I grew up in the ‘Chemical Valley’ of Ohio and West Virginia).

RFK Jr. will continue to have his name on some state ballots

I’m glad I read Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s email this morning because I had thought he had dropped out of the 2024 Presidential race altogether. Nope! He’s just taken his name off the ballot in 10 key battleground states. I love that RFK Jr. has a desire to improve the health of children and is a supporter of Health Freedom. If you’re scanning my posts quickly, I’ve emphasized the main points that mean a lot to me in bold. Here’s RFK Jr.’s letter, which he emailed to supporters:

Well it is official. Some of what you heard is true. I am suspending my presidential campaign activities, and removing my name from the ballot in a handful of swing states, in order to ensure my candidacy does not inadvertently prolong the damage being done by the anti-democratic corporate kleptocracy that is today’s Democratic Party.
 
As one of my supporters, I would like to tell you what went into my decision, so that you know that your support has not been in vain.
 
Indeed, it is with a sense of victory, not defeat, that I am suspending my campaign. Not only did we accomplish the supposedly impossible task of collecting a million signatures to get on the ballot, but we elevated key issues into the center of national politics. The most important of these are:
 
Corruption of government agencies,
Children’s health and chronic disease,
Ending the war machine,
and
Ending government censorship, surveillance, and information control.
 
When I entered the race 16 months ago, no candidate was speaking about these issues. Kamala Harris still doesn’t mention them, but Donald Trump does. To be sure, I disagree with President Trump on many issues. But on these key matters, he and the people around him are in agreement. I believe I can best serve these goals as part of a unity cabinet inside the Trump administration.
 
I am not naive. I know there is no guarantee that fine sentiments will translate into meaningful action. I have come to this decision through many days of meditation and prayer, during which I have cycled through all of the emotions and arguments that my supporters have expressed to me, from every direction.
 
I also want you to know that I am only suspending my campaign, not terminating it. My name will still be on the ballot in most states. If you live in a blue state, you can vote for me without harming or helping President Trump or Vice President Harris. In red states — the same applies. I encourage you to do so. And if enough of you vote for me and neither of the major party candidates win 270 electoral votes, I could still end up in the White House in a contingent election.
 
I know this decision will be hard for many of you to understand, who have not gone through the intense process I have. To learn more about my thinking and my intentions, please watch this video of yesterday’s press conference, in which I announced my decision to the nation.
Thank you for your support through this intense journey of a presidential campaign. I will continue to do everything in my power to redeem your trust.
