Here’s the two-hundred-twenty-sixth new music post for 2024, as I consistently and freely offer a new-to-you original song to touch ALL hearts. This is one of our favorite songs, because it turned out so well after pro production, and a story that definitely rings true for me, especially after having the dreams and visions I’ve had. Dreams and visions which led me to write Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection.
Speaking of story songs
This is one of the most detailed story songs Richard has ever written. It’s certainly one of the most endearing songs he’s put out, in my humble opinion. It’s also one of my best friend Doris’ favorite songs of ours. You can put this song on, sit back, and relax. It’s August 12th, 2024; We have an original country song about a guy wanting to dance with his bartender, but she’s working, so she can’t dance. This is one of Richard’s favorite songs. I’m sure it’s because it brings back memories of when he played in a band at Whiskey Creek (in the desert valley of California). World news
We follow this informative guy on YouTube (yes, we mostly only watch YouTube and our DVD movies, though we do watch a few series on Paramount+ too, but we’ll be giving up on it soon–I’m tired of waiting for new seasons of 1883 and 1923. I’m also exasperated that they’ve not rerun Yellowstone, as I’m sure we’d love it too. UGH).
We get most of our foreign relations news from Alex, though I must say, I’ve been getting a lot of news from my fellow bloggers here on WordPress too! I love connecting with each one of you (via the comments and on Facebook–when we connect there), and you know who you are, from the UK, India, and other parts unknown.
I love how Alex travels around and is usually always outside during his daily videos. Of course, I love Greek men too, (haha, jk Richard! And he worries about me meeting a Chief Red Cloud someday… haha!), so there’s that. Also, I appreciate Alex because he always balances out his ‘news updates’ with a ‘clown world’ segment at the end of each video, and it always makes me laugh. Ha!

Balancing it out
We follow this incredible family (who recently moved from Canada to Russia). They’re farmers who are building their new home. They’re also raising 9 children! (One of the kids stayed behind in Canada). But this YouTube series has been fascinating to watch. I also follow them on Telegram too! (I thought since I mentioned Mayor of Kingstown, which like many TV series casts a negative light on Russians, I’d offer you this to help balance out the perception.) No propaganda here!
