All right, here we go. There are many topics that we could discuss. There are many topics indeed. We could discuss my new book, Blue Eyes, which is a collection or diary of messages from the Grand beyond. Messages from my ethereal sister, Christina. Messages to bring hope and uplift, ease loneliness is depression or depressive thoughts. Lots we could talk about, in spiritual journeying to find out who we are, who our soul is, and then we can talk about religion and we can talk about the Queen’s passing. (I didn’t want to do this right at the time of her passing out of respect).

I have a lot of English ancestry. So, the Queen’s passing is somewhat of a titillating subject for me, as my daughter asked me (when it happened), “What do you think about the Queen’s passing”? And I said, “Well, my first thought was that ding dong, the witch is dead.” Okay, I’m just being honest. In my head I heard the accompanying Wizard of Oz song.

Ding Dong

That was my first thought probably because my mom would have been very happy as she waited YEARS for that woman to die. She really had NO love for her. My mom was very distraught over the situation with Princess Di, Diana, Princess of Wales. My mom really believed that we had Welsh ancestry. And so, she followed closely the life of Princess Diana from the time she learned Di would marry Prince Charles.

Spiral thought: I cannot believe England is going to have a king Chuck now. Sounds like a slab of beef.

Anyway, my mom would be very happy to know the Queen finally left this earth. I hope my mom has a chance on the other side in the Grand Beyond to speak with the Queen. But when I told my husband that, he remarked they won’t be in the same place. I guess that tells you his feelings too.

Not that the Queen didn’t have some redeeming qualities. I’m sure! Like her learning how to be a truck driver. And a mechanic when she was a teenager to give her a little taste of how the little people live.

I know I sound bitter. But as I told my daughter when I listened to Piers Morgan have his little spiel about Queen Elizabeth II. He said something that got under my skin a bit. He used the words that she wasn’t in it for herself.

To Piers, the Queen was born into the royal family. So in that regard, I guess she wasn’t in it for herself. She didn’t seek out to become a queen, right? But she certainly was in it for herself. Monetarily speaking, Piers. She was worth over $500 million. She sat around eating bonbons with her feet up–investing. I don’t know anybody who’s an investor who doesn’t work a job that isn’t in it for themselves. So, that really pissed me off when he said that. Otherwise I like Piers Morgan. Alright. Enough of that.

Thank you, Russell

The best and most eloquent and compassionate speech that I’ve heard yet (about the Queens’ passing) was from Russell Brand, who can be the most vulgar comedian going but he actually seemed to care about the people who cared about the queen. So I appreciated what he had to say and I got through his soliloquy just fine without something rubbing me the wrong way. But let me remind folks, we fought a war in America against England. We fought against everything they stood for. The whole Church of England and the Anglican Protestant stuff. We did. We fought that and we gained our independence. India also sought, by the way, to gain their independence from England.

England is a monarchy

England is a monarchy that rules more than 10 countries. I don’t know if people are aware of that. In this day and age, I would have thought that we’re not living in a Game of Thrones scenario anymore, and we wouldn’t have kings and queens and rulers. When you say the word “subjects” it harkens “slavery” to my mind. So no, I’m not a big fan of the royal family. I never was. But especially not after my mother said the Queen probably put a hit out on Princess Diana because of her affair with Dodi El-Fayed.

The Queen wasn’t pleased about Diana and Dodi’s affair. I’m sure my mother wasn’t the only one to come up with that little plausible scenario. I mean, you just don’t piss off a queen. Right? So, Diana kind of made her own bed in that regard. And perhaps literally, but this king Chuck guy was no saint. Come on. He was doing Camilla for how many years? And why didn’t he marry her? Who knows? You know, it’s all screwed up and screwy with that family.

No tears

I didn’t shed a tear when I found out QEII passed. She loved to get along in life and she was the monarch for 70 freakin years. So most people can’t hold the job or maintain family relationships for 70 years, though, you know, again, she she has a few redeeming qualities. But I’m not so apt to pick up a tissue over her passing.

I watched that ridiculous pageant of a funeral for about five minutes. I preferred to spend my time going to a spiritually uplifting and enlightening day (part of what was going to be a weekend retreat). But, I didn’t want to leave my husband for the weekend. (And after he suffered a stroke two days after hurricane Ian passed our area, now I know why!)

Day retreat

I went for one day of a two-day retreat with Gloria Grace Rand, and some kindred spirits. And like minds, yeah, they may not feel anything like me about the queen, but that’s okay. You know, I’ve said enough about her anyway.

Change the subject

Speaking of spiritually uplifting things, subjects topics. Let’s work now to get myself back into a peaceful and calm state after I could feel it in my body that tension and anxiousness. I wouldn’t even call it anxiety. But yes, I get a little tense when I get in a bit of a bend over something and there’s only a few subjects, thankfully, that I get in a bend over anymore. Most of my readers know what those subjects are. Subjects in the other sense of the word.

To make myself feel better, I shift the subject, change the subject, because once a thought builds momentum and spirals out some emotion, it doesn’t just fizzle out. You know, when you get on what I call a bend, or event, or upset over, over something. So, to feel better, I changed the subject to one of the best subjects I can think to switch to, Spirituality. Now again, spirituality is a whole vast myriad, huge subject, huge topic because we can talk about it endlessly because spirit is there no, there’s no way to quantify or even qualify spirits.

In my book, Blue Eyes, I do talk about the vastness. I didn’t talk about the expansiveness, I talk about how spirit can communicate with us Beyond the Veil. Spirit can communicate with us in many ways, all of our human senses are able to differentiate, decipher identify, pick up tune in to spirit. Oh, we need to do this to be in alignment. All we need to do is tune in sitting and meditating and if one doesn’t meditate, you can pray and then just while you’re praying, just focus on your breathing and quit asking anything. Just stop talking. See how far that gets you. If you’re mentally praying, like I think most do, while you’re praying mentally, you’re speaking those mental words to some theory or divinity or source.

Meditation

Just stop asking and wait and focus on your breathing. Focus on how your breath feels in your nose in your mouth, down your throat through the different parts of your body. Sit and do that for a few minutes. And you’re meditating. You’re waiting on an answer. If you go into prayer with a question or or with a concern or worry about someone or something, when you get to this point of just sitting and waiting and not asking anymore, you make it a thought. If the thought is unrelated to what you were just thinking about writing it out. Just let that go. Did I leave the iron on? or isthe bathwater running? or is the stove on or the lights on our side of the car? Any of those kinds of parent thoughts that creep in? Just let that go.

Meditation teaches us to watch those thoughts float by on a white fluffy cloud or some something of the sort. If you get a thought drop in to your mind that is something new that you’ve never thought of before directly related to what you were asking about. That is an answer. And you can fairly be fairly certain that it is directly applicable to your question in a way in which you may be able to take action upon it or tell someone else or ask someone else to take action on it. And at that point, you can simply get up and say thank you put your hands up.

I’m assuming you’ve had your hands together if you’ve been praying but if not, that should have been what I offered you first put your hands together say a prayer. Stop your mental talking. Pay attention to the thoughts that drop in not something that you were thinking about before you sat down to just let all that stuff go. But anything new then you can make a note of it something you need to take action on. And then of course you you take pull your hands apart, write down the note and you’re done. Say thank you.

Prayer

The greatest prayer you can ever pray is simply, “Thank you.” because honestly, when you die and you meet your Creator and you look at your creator in the face, whether near or far however you picture that meeting occurring, if you can even utter the words, “Thank you” in that amazingly glorious, stupendous, spectacular, outrageous blessing, beautiful experience that the lusciousness the depth of that experience. If you can even other two words, I will be surprised. I would be amazed.

Gratitude

If you can say thank you for everything, all of this journey of life, the ups the downs, the roller coasters, the fights, the arguments, disagreements, the hurt, the hurtful feelings, the abuse that being cussed at, whatever, you know, whatever. If you can say thank you to your Creator for everything for your life. That’s it. I mean, that is the pinnacle, the highest that you’re gonna get, and the most just incredible, exhilarating experience. Because God simply wants to be acknowledged now God would love it if we would acknowledge God and I use the word Omniscience for God (now, as of the last 15 years or so), because that’s what was given to me during meditation, prayer and meditation Omniscience. If you’re standing in front of or laying prone in front of Omniscient God or God Omniscience your very breath, your very essence, came from God. And God just wants you to keep connected with God in always every day in all capital all ways.

So, while you’re doing anything, you’re washing the dishes you’re scrubbing the floor, you’re cleaning the toilet, you’re raising your children, you’re working your job, you’re shopping in a store. That’s why lying or stealing, or coveting someone else’s wife or belongings, that kind of thing. That’s why those 10 commandments are Commandments. Not because he just set up rules of the house to say don’t do these things. I don’t like it. It was because when you’re doing those things, you’re out of communion with God. You’re not including the presence of the holy, magnificent immeasurable experience of God that’s why God is Omniscient, right? God sees everything, hears everything knows everything is everywhere all the time. You know, look up the meaning of Omniscience. That’s God. If you do anything that is outside of God, then God’s not in it. Right.

God in ALL

Yeah, the mystery of it is is that God is in everything. So even when the man is beating his wife, God is in the middle of that. Those people aren’t aware of that or they wouldn’t be taking that action. That’s the whole issue with works. And when people say faith without works is dead. There’s truth in that. Yeah. When people say all you need is faith, there’s truth in that as well. I am here to wake people up to that. I am here to simply help you become aware of the fact that you can live in gratitude and Grace every single day of your life and in every single moment and every single action when somebody pisses you off when somebody says something to you don’t like when some driver acts a fool on the road cuts you off. Any any of that. I’m I’m driving as I’m speaking, as this is being transcribed by otter. So yes, I’ve seen people act a fool and drive radically. And I mean, I may not approve of it because they’re putting themselves at risk and other drivers on the road. They’re usually someone who’s not mature enough to know that if they lost a tire or a part of their car, that they could have an accident and they could kill themselves or other people. Maybe they kill the people in the car with them and they live themselves what kind of guilt are they gonna live with the rest of their life? Because they needed to get somewhere two minutes before 1000 other cars on the road.

That’s the kind of thing so we can look around we have eyes we can look around and we can see a lot of people doing foolish things around us and we can judge them just like I judge the Queen, right? What was she supposed to do? Give up her crown? Well, she could have said listen, the days of this royal family. This shit is over. We don’t need this anymore. Who’s gonna walk away? The royal family has 88 billion with a B assets, who walks away from that? You know, so it’s a lineage thing. That has gone on for millennia. And so people just don’t walk away from that. Okay, I’ll end there.

We’ve had a nice circular discussion, and I’m going to continue to pray and meditate perhaps come to some different ideas and completions. And be able to be in a more relaxed state when I reach my destination. I love you ALL. Peace to you ALL. Put your hands together when you pray. Ask your question. Stop asking. Wait for the answer. Breathe. Focus on your breath. And when the new thought that you never thought of before drops and say thank you, get up, write it down. Take action. Go about your day with God with knowing Omniscience is always with you. You are never alone. You are never alone.
