What was the initial impetus?
Someone had shared this meme about “One who vibrates to the energy of pure love will counterbalance the negativity of 750,000 who do not.” Another individual (in the group) asked how this researcher came up with such a number? And thought that those of us who buy into this supposed research are buying into yet another illusory paradigm that’s not real (continuing to perpetuate the problem that doing our inner work is supposed to solve)!

After my dad’s passing, transition to the Grand Beyond, or his “Celebration Day” (March 2019), I continue to get little “winks” from him that “All is okay” on the other side of The Veil. And that makes me smile.
And since my mom’s crossing over beyond The Veil, I’ve had visitations from her! Thus, “I Know,” have become words I say often when referring to life on the Other Side.
I love teaching large and complex topics: like we’re part of God, or different leaves on a tree. And when I want to observe MORE, I take my shoes off (as I did when we laid my parents to rest recently in my home state: https://youtube.com/shorts/fmmrTPI-SC4?feature=share
When I hugged the boxes that held each of my parents’ remains, I tried to say, “I love you eternally,” but my voice was stunted. I couldn’t eek out the words! But I knew, they knew, and that was ALL that mattered. My intention reverberated throughout space and time in that single MOMENT.
We are all one with God
Now, and for some time, I’ve felt we are “fractals of Omniscience” and I have often spoke about that concept. But when I hear people say, “We Are All One” it really magnifies that point.
I soulfully love the practice of imagining the fractal though, as it points out that “as above, so below” insofar as we are created in the same fashion as our Creator, and we beget, in the same design. A fractal is defined as:
Check out the movie, Everything Everywhere All At Once, and you may begin to see what I’m referring to when I say, we’re a part of Everything happening all at the same time. We’re limitless.
The ocean are drops of water, all over the planet–even underneath the earth’s crust.
A fractal of Omniscience
As a fractal of Omniscience, designed into Spirit, Soul, Mind (the Infinite and Unified Field), and Body (a sort of earth suit or meat suit–that’s made up on 70-100 TRILLION cells), you really can speak to anything that’s going on in your body and recreate it! Your body is always listening to YOU!
The ocean is made up of millions of drops of water. Each drop of water contains the ocean within it.
If our physical senses had a different frequency range, we would SEE the infinite vibrations (energies and frequencies) and whir of interconnected fractals. I love sitting in wonderment of what different species see and hear… as some see much better at night than we do, and dogs hear and smell so much more than us too!
Observing your WORDS can lead to Awareness
Record yourself freely speaking for a few minutes and then watch it. What do you repeat often? There’s power in analyzing the words and phrases you say repeatedly.
I love focusing on the OM (as found in OMniscient, OMnipresence, and OMnipotent attributes of Source Creator God). OM is hidden in many everyday words like cOMe, hOMe, sOMe, wOMan, and tOMb.

This philosophy or mantra came to me after my dad’s passing in March of 2019. I can’t tell you exactly how to come around to this thought, especially during times of anger, upset, or grief. But, I can tell you that’s what I received in a KNOWING kind of way.
Everything Resolves to Gratitude
I’ve said these words to people many times. And I’ve written them. I even created a t-shirt with these words on it! I get sideways head glances when I wear it grocery shopping, especially during these COVID times, yet few smile. Perhaps it’s too big of a concept. 🤷🏼 But, I love teaching large and complex topics: like we’re part of God, like different leaves on a tree.
We are all part of the one living garment of God.
I’ve been shown that WE are all part of the one living garment of God. That is why there is no value in judging one another.
Years ago, I watched Russell Brand eloquently talk about how The Christ in confused people is calling out to be saved. He said he loved the elegant simplicity of the Dao (Lao Tzo), the charming voluptuousness of the Vedias, the passion of Catholisicm, and the potency of Islam. For me, The Chosen series about the life and times of Jesus the Christ, and his “‘chosen” disciples enhance the knowledge I have of Christianity and Mormonism.
Brand knows that, “We Are All One.” And Russell admonished us to not be confused by our own conflict or our own biological drives…to simply breathe… Take a moment to strengthen the awareness behind our fear, our desire. Being a recovering addict, he knows a thing or too about desires. He suggested that all of our lives change when we reach that Awareness and that this KNOWING transmits and connects… to each other and to something bigger than ourselves.
Indoctrination and Programming
We all tend to define the world according to the indoctrination and programming we’ve received from the PUBLIC EDUCATION system. And I, along with many others, are now questioning the ideologies behind this “education.” This is why I love continuing education.
I have taken so many courses from thought leaders, Energy Medicine doctors, ministers, life coaches, founders of the Reflexology school in St. Petersburg, FL, raw vegan chefs, Reiki masters, and nurses (like Healing Touch, taken years ago at the cancer hospital in Orlando, FL) and the list goes on and on (see the list on my homepage if you’re very curious). And I live with a genius husband.
Yet, nature and my own body continue to be my most thorough teachers.
You are a fractal of Omniscience
For years I have told you that you are a fractal of Omniscience. Now, I can tell you that your Ego, your individual personality, gifts, and skills is a temporary expression of a much larger YOU – comprised of Spirit, Soul, Mind (Infinite and Unified Field), and Body (that’s made up on 70-100 TRILLION cells, most of which, are not human–they are viruses, bacteria, fungi, and more!
If we had different eyes, ears, skin, indeed more complex senses, we would SEE the infinite vibrations (energies and frequencies) bleeding, leaking, blending, and glowing in a vast and ever-expanding, chaos of tangles in some constant, whir of interconnected fractals. And that what you currently have faith in, is just the structure you’ve been taught to follow. We may never have the knowledge of who and what created ALL (including us), but we don’t really need to if we ACT upon the guidance we’ve received and exercise our FAITH–yes, LIVING what we believe.
How you might “get there”
I deeply appreciate the many blessings in my life, especially:
exciting work that I am well paid for
beautiful granddaughters (and love of my whole family)
increased awareness of how We really Are All Connected everyday, all the time
that I Am really so fully saved – feeling the ever increasing awareness of what that actually means!
this tactic of writing an “A list idea – of 5 things I appreciate” list!

Om karuna swaha
This is a daily meditation / chant for the God of compassion.
Wayne Dyer said, this something (power or force) that grows our fingernails – we cannot stop. And that is true, even after the death of our body, our fingernails keep growing.
My thought: everything in the universe vibrates. I tweeted it. Is it documented in Physics? Yes! Read Niels Bohr.
Having trouble loving someone? Seeing them as God sees them? Remember what Jerry once told Esther, when Esther had gotten mad at him. Pretend she is their granddaughter. Because Esther could never not love their grandchild – no matter how much of a mess she made, etc. Her love is unconditional for her!
Keys
I am going through some Energy shift since facilitating a TWO hour call in my club: Integrated Spiral this past Saturday night. I spent all day yesterday watching videos of spiritual masters (that had been shared with me), and I boiled my philosophy down even further.
To be IN SPIRIT is to be OUT of one’s mind. All the intellect in the world is no good if we are not LIVING our beliefs. Compassion and Love are keys—for ourselves and others. Yes, ALL others without judgment. Breathe. 💨 Water. Even a splash will work.❤️💦 Earth. Hands to floor. Bare feet in sand. Garden.
3 keys: Breathe. Water. Earth.
And then, or all throughout those actions: Observe.
I was introduced to Japji (not one but many videos on YouTube), and I am swimming in the enormous Energy of this.
Would you attend a 15 minute room in Clubhouse called, Breathing in Spirit? It will be a “check-in” kind of experience. Consistent practice I find, and this was reiterated to me Saturday night, is key. Because when we are upset for any reason, our breath can balance us (our emotions and body chemistry).
Awareness hidden in your WORDS
OM is hidden in many everyday words like cOMe, hOMe, sOMe, wOMan, and tOMb. And bOMb would be using this power as an opposing force.Do you really want to go there?
Why don’t we choose the positive path?
Choose to feel aWEsOMe! OM is also found in OMniscient, OMnipresence, and Omnipotent. All the attributes of God.
Choose LOVE
Looking through the lens of Love can be easy or difficult, depending upon how you’ve been conditioned to this point in your life. Sometimes, simply being aware and asking yourSelf when issues arise, “Am I feeling restricted or open to this new information?” and sitting with the answer that comes to you. The answer can show you if you are looking at the issue, conversation, person, or such through the eyes of Love, or not.

As I have written previously, in the “We Are All Connected” article, “In my experience, if your heart is pointed in the direction of LOVE you emanate a vibration, sending ripples of unconditionallove and compassion outward, which allow you to be a blessing to others. You will help yourself and lift others.”
I have also spoken about frequency, vibration, and energy as it pertains to the tone of our voice. As we communicate our words to each other, our tone sets off and gives to all, the intention of our hearts. Our tone actually communicates MORE than the words we are speaking! It may be one reason why some of us prefer to learn from hearing people speak, vs. reading, though I am certainly grateful that a good many of us read!
Now that my doggie is going deaf, I have noticed that he still responds to my voice and I think that is because my tone sends a vibration to him, that while he cannot hear the way he used to, he still knows the vibration of ME (and what I’m requesting of him).
Imagine throwing an object into water. You see the ripple effect from the pressure disturbance. In physics, one name for this effect, is the Huygen’s principle.
Huygen’s principle theorizes a “qualitative explanation of linear and spherical wave propagation” but does not answer the question of why waves are not circular (irregularities are maintained ) when an irregular shaped object is thrown into water.
What has that got to do with fasting, insights and synchronicities?
As you know, when you fast (abstain from solid food) the body uses the time it normally would to digest food to take care of a lot of other processes instead. For me, it always sharpens my mental abilities, opening me to new insights.
I am prone to using the time I would otherwise be thinking of what I want to eat, shopping (well, my husband does most of the shopping actually), preparing food, etc. to using the freed up time to read, exercise (even walking Beau more), watch YouTube videos, pray, clean, engage with others, think, and write.
Yes, while it’s my nature to analyze and over-think, this occurs on an even deeper level when I am fasting and though synchronicities abound, I am more aware of them.
So, I’ve looked back on some of my tweets (I love Twitter because I can note these deep thoughts in the moment) on days I’ve fasted (or when I’ve just came off a fast). In the moment, I’ve tagged these deep thoughts with #Love, #God, or #Peace. The particular thoughts that just seem to drop into my mind, are the ones I specifically tagged #God, or even ended with “- God” as if to sign them from God (as some church billboards have done).
Looking back on that, I see that Love, God, and Peace are all attributes of the energy and vibration that makes up All-That-Is, All One, the Ever-Living,Filling-ALL-Space, LIMITLESS Creator that vibrationally, connects us all.
You ARE only seeing PART of the picture – ever. God.
All tone of voice comes from the intention we are flowing, transmitting from our hearts. We literally pulse vibration outward!
See a pulsing, breathing yin yang symbol in your minds’ eye.
Most people have had God’s unconditional love, conditioned right out of them.
We are each a leaf on God’s tree (Gaia), each with our own unique perspective.
Displaying confidence is really just YOU, your real unlimitedself!
Because I am a “being“, I am always worthy, because I am always #becoming. Always on my way. Always accepting.
When you #hangout with the ones you think the #world of, the world is yours!
When what you believe in hurts other people rather than helps, it’s not about #God, it’s about you.
When my tasks are aligned with my #passion, I am going with the flow and feel great! When I am tired after work, I was in resistance.
If you can #love your enemies, man everything else comes #easy!
There is nothing static in this world. Everything #changes, revolves, shrinks, or grows. That’s life!
It’s simple really. Instead of “God made us in God’s image”, we see and make God to be like us, in our image. (Which is what causes the most problems.) God is Energy, in All.
Why were we made in God’s image? To reflect God in all we be, do, and have!
Be as water, flow on and #reflect all. Seek your own level (balance). Water is not good or bad, water just IS.
Imagine God is the water in our bodies. About 70% of the body is water.
WE are to #reflect God upon each other, as water reflects the sky.
Whenever I #FEEL bad, sad, mad, etc. it is always because my perspective differs from God’s POV which, is ALL WAYS
If your in a quandary about something, the best you can do in the moment may be to stop and do nothing (but keep breathing). Then, as you begin to start again, say yes only to the things that come your way that feel lighter (vs. heavier) feeling for the guiding bodily sensations before making a particular choice. Many call that listening to their “gut feeling.” I call these familiar sensations, my “God bumps”, and they are my validation that I’m heading the right way – and perhaps also confirming, so are you.
My way, may not be, your way. Many paths – one destination.
Don’t ignore your inner guidance – it exists for a reason.If you want to experience greater vitality, health, and prosperity, choose thoughts that move you to FEEL good. That’s about as simple as it gets and even a child can understand.
