It’s September 10th, 2024; We have an original story song for you today! Bubba Hudson’s vocals and radio-ready song production from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN should get us somewhere. Hmmm… where? What’s our goal? TV series, radio, film, games, any of that would work. Or introduce our music to a new up and coming band who needs original music (not everyone is a songwriter)!

Here’s the two-hundred-fifty-fourth new music post for 2024, as I consistently attempt to reel people in, but apparently we’re just not that good! UGH. Sorry! I am usually UP and positive, but in 2 days we’ve only had 14 views on the new song, and it shows we have almost zero visibility out there.

So, if you missed the launch of the brand new song, here it is! Prove me wrong. Restore my hope!

The Super Patch contest is revving up!

Right now, the Super Patch holistic health team I’m on is running a contest for those of us who want to release excess weight. If you want to lose weight, you might want to join now and get in the contest. I’ve been told they’re going to give away some great prizes, and as you know, I’m good at winning contests! Haha!

I’m wearing either three or four patches a day for 90 days to do this challenge. I’m wearing Liberty, Ignite, Peace, and Defend. My friend, Kary Kruger, who introduced me to these patches, she and her adult daughter have both lost/released 40 pounds in the last year (yes, they move more than I do, and probably eat better/cleaner than me, but if I can drop even half that, I’ll be on track to release more next year). I am doing my stair-climbing daily, the patches have eased all the joint stiffness and crap I’d had for a bit more than a year, so I am very thankful for that! And I am back to my daily yoga and qigong, along with some Energy Medicine (I do Jin Shin Jyutsu, a type of body holding if you’re not aware of it).

As far as costs go, the patches are much less expensive than any other diet/exercise program I’ve bought before, so we’ll see. I’ll report my progress or frustration, either way.

Bubba Hudson’s voice and the way he recorded and produced this song in his home studio is amazing! Richard cried when he heard it the first time! (He’s been more apt to shed tears after the stroke in Oct. 2022, which yes, makes me love him even more, if that’s possible).

Speaking of chatting, I am available via Zoom–signup via my Calendly calendar if you would like to talk. But I know my friends in the UK and India are many hours apart, so talking is often difficult. I am sharing this for a fellow blogger who ‘couldn’t believe’ Cheney was going to vote for Kamala. Yet, here’s the proof!
