It’s April 1st, 2024; Here’s an original rock song–for your April Fool’s Day! Ain’t this funny? Just the image on the YouTube thumbnail for this pop song should make you laugh! LOL
Bushy pits
Here’s the ninety-second new music post for 2024, as I consistently enjoy sharing one of our original songs every day–and today I’m howling! Ha! Bushy pits. While we listened to this pop song Richard said, “I have no idea why I wrote this.” More laughter!
I do go ‘au naturale,’ but Richard didn’t write this song for me; I didn’t quit shaving my underarms for many years after he wrote this original rock song. I also quit wearing makeup too, except for special occasions, so yes, I’m a natural woman. And I continue to laugh every time I listen to this song!
In what ways do you differ from the status quo? (Nod, to Gray Summers for tuning me into The Quo band.) I love it when a plan comes together! Our WordPress blogging community is quite aWEsOMe!
Facebook meme: I found this meme amusing too, though it’s probably true: “Before we work on artificial intelligence why don’t we do something about natural stupidity?” –Author unknown.
Thank you for your participation!
Thank you to all who read my blog posts, listen to a song or two, and share. I’m very thankful to each of you for your participation. Have a great April Fool’s Day! It’s always good for a laugh!
Enjoy (IN Joy) and have a belly laugh today! Be Everything All the Time.
May we all soar in ’24! Here’s to loving ourselves and each other–MORE and living FREE!

It’s March 31st, 2024; Here’s an original pop song–okay maybe this would simply be classified as a gospel song. We have Bubba Hudson on vocals again, singing to this smooth melody. Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN put together an excellent mix on this as well, with some guitar highlights for elegant touches.
Holy books
Here’s the ninety-first new music post for 2024, as I consistently share our original songs every day to have our originals heard. This song encourages us to read the book. I’d add to read ALL the holy books, as I believe Omniscience God continues to talk to us. Are we listening?
Let’s choose to reflect upon the teachings of Jesus on this day of blessed resurrection. Jesus’ death and return to life sure seems to point us to what he meant by being ‘born again’ and reincarnation in my opinion.
My Facebook Story: Jesus said His followers would be known by their fruits. –Sheila Murrey
Thank you, Jesus!
Thank you, Jesus, for showing us a blessed path to redemption!
I’ll keep this short today so everyone can take the time to reflect. What are your beliefs? I believe in Jesus the Christ, the carpenter from Nazareth, as Master and Lord. I believe there are many paths as each of us is a fractal of Omniscience. ALL are children of God.

It’s March 30th, 2024; Here’s an original swingin’ rock song–okay maybe it’s a rockin’ country song. You tell me! As I was about to say this is a rock song, the vocal sure has a country sound–don’t you think? But the overall groove feels like a rock tune. I’m stumped! Ha! Maybe this is because of the way in which I listen to music. I’m always sort of turning it around in ALL ways–especially as I consider what I’ll write about it.
I didn’t say it that way
Here’s the eighty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently communicate through this blog about our original songs every day in the hopes of having the songs heard. I find the lyrics in this song sooo interesting since I talk a lot about ‘always and all ways.’ Have you ever felt misunderstood? Or have you felt you might have been able to convey your thoughts and feelings in a better way? This song is for you:
This is another extremely easy song to do the 2-step dance to. Now, if you don’t dance or want to try, let’s talk a bit more about the ‘always’ and ‘all ways.’ Here’s a snip of some of the quotes, and mantras I’ve used over the years:

Thank you, Peter!
We just finished watching Peter Santenello’s latest video on YouTube. I loved his final words, “You never know until you go.” And that’s my mantra now, for our move from Florida to New England in a month. Of course, I’d love to try this French bread, ginger cakes, gumbo, and prawns (yes, Peter, those were prawns in my estimation–not just shrimp)! Haha!
Oh, and were the sweet potatoes still in the bed of your truck after you got back from the sugar plantation?
I’ll keep this short today, so we can get back to a movie we’re watching. I’ll share about it tomorrow. Have some down time today in prep for Easter tomorrow. Much love!

It’s March 29th, 2024; Here’s an original honky tonk song about a hell of a man. As I was about to say this is a rock song, I suddenly realized it’s a swingin’ country genre of music! I guess this reminded me right away of the Stray Cats kind of music (for the tone of the guitar, I don’t know). Then I was reminded of Merle Haggard and the honky tonk music he used to play. And I also thought about Dwight Yoacam–didn’t he also play honky tonk music? Yes! He even did a song called, Honky Tonk Man. (Here’s a previous post about him.) Okay, so I looked up honky tonk and found it is a subgenre of Country Music.
Hell on Good Friday
Here’s the eighty-eighth new music post for 2024, as I consistently share one of our original songs each day. I just found it funny to write about Hell on Good Friday. Not like I was trying to be sacrilegious or anything. Far from it. It just happened to work out that way as this was the next song in the YouTube library. I do skip a few ahead if I see a song coming up that would fit a holiday better, or if we have a new song back from the studio to share. But alas, we are where we are with this one.
I like the lyrics in this song. What do you think? I also like the swinging tune! It’s very easy to dance to, especially the 2-step.
Thankful for friends
Here’s my ‘hell of a man’ Richard at one of the sites we saw in Edinburgh, Scotland (2019). We were walking to meet a friend, a gentleman who had sung one of Richard’s rock songs, and we walked by this door (or gate). Richard asked me to snap his picture by this door so he could do something in Photoshop with it. This door reminded us of our working years at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC). I thought it would be a good picture to share today since we just enjoyed breakfast with one of my friends (Cindy) from my KSC years who lives near us in Ocala, Florida!

Do you ever notice things like this while traveling that remind you of home? I’m always noting the architecture of buildings, names, or numbers when we travel. I also note the synchronicities. To me, the synchronicities in life always (and in all ways) point us back to Omniscience God. And on that note, Happy Good Friday everyone! Enjoy the day!
Enjoy (IN Joy) and have fun! Be Everything All the Time.

It’s March 28th, 2024; Here’s an original modern country song about one who sings, “Now, that you’ve come into my life, I don’t need to dream anymore. Now, I sleep holding you so tight, I don’t need to chase my dream anymore.” He’s found his destiny in her.
Holding you so tight
Here’s the eighty-seventh new music post for 2024, as I consistently trek along showering you with our original music each day. And in this song, we’ve got a wonderful love story! While I believe Richard wrote this before he met me (maybe long before), I claim it now “for me”! Ha! I know he went through a long time span between marriages, so I know he dreamed of finding his true love. And now, for nearly twenty years, we’ve held onto each other as we were destined to be together.
We don’t even just complete each other’s sentences, but we say, “Huh” or “Hmm” at the same time while watching movies or series on TV, or watching YouTube videos! Ha!
Always clarifying
Speaking of completing each other’s sentences, or simply sounds, we have always been clarifying for each other, like butter. We continually purify our needs, wants, and desires. And we noticed it yesterday while packing. We’re clarifying what we want to see and do when we get up north, though I realize I want to thoroughly enjoy the journey! I may not always love driving a moving truck, especially for long road trips, I do enjoy traveling. I enjoy all the surprising sites along the way.
I’ve loved every day Richard and I have been together, and since his stroke (Oct. 2022), I take nothing for granted. We love being tied together at the hip! LOL
Meme: One of my Facebook friends, Sheryl Jager posted this meme from Alexander James that I thought was fitting. While we’ve never had an argument we don’t always agree, and asking each other questions such as the one offered here, is always a great way to continue clarifying wants, needs, and desires, to keep a couple ‘on the same wavelength.’
Do you let memes inform you? I do! I will take information IN any way to continue to improve myself.
Enjoy (IN Joy) and have fun! Be Everything All the Time.
May we all soar in ’24! Here’s to loving ourselves–in ALL ways, expanding our consciousness, see each person as if they were a kaleidoscope, and living FREE!

It’s March 27th, 2024; Here’s an original rock song about a lover who sings, “I could love you better. Make you feel like a queen”! Who wouldn’t want that? “From head to toe and in between”! Ha! What sweet and sexy lyrics. This rock tune lays down a smooth rock sound, with Jeff Jordan on the steamy guitar runs yet also punches out the sax by acclaimed horn player John Heinrich. I think this was one of our most overlooked (not well-known to the public) original songs! Thanks to Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN for the amazing production of this melodious rock song.
Lovin’ all night
Here’s the eighty-sixth new music post for 2024, as I consistently amplify our original music and share it with the masses. This is one of my favorite original songs that gets me going. Richard’s sophisticated yet down-to-earth intelligent and witty lyrics get me every time!
While I’m listening to this original rock song, I’m consistently impressed by my husband’s wit and curiosity. He dives into nearly every subject imaginable in his songwriting. Have you noticed that?
Beginning to pack
I got the lease termination completed last night on our Ocala apartment. And I’m juxtaposing my feelings of “damn, can’t believe we will have only lived here for 8 months,” with the “get it going, girl, and start packing” excitement of our upcoming move. I need songs like this to put me in a better mood. I had such high hopes (and visualizations) of how great our life was going to go living here! UGH! But we did meet a few really nice people at Milano’s (one of four food places in the plaza we could walk to) and so there’s that. I told Maryellen that yesterday, while Richard and I were on our Tuesday date night (which we always do early so it’s more of a ‘date day.’ Ha!)
I still want to see
I told Richard that I still wanted to go to Weeki Wachi and see the ‘mermaid show’ before leaving town, even if I have to rent a car for one day to accomplish it. I’m sure there will be some other errand I’ll have to do here before we go. But he’s ready to move now. He doesn’t even want to see anyone else, doesn’t want to go swim or work in the gym, all things I thought we’d do while living here–things we couldn’t do in Bradenton for one reason or another (though they did have a heated pool).
Speaking of juxtapositions, I’m still processing a dream I had last night and may write more about it tomorrow. Let me know if you’re interested.
In my dream, I was driving a small tractor with a wagon. I’d just pulled up to a place where someone was building something (a building or stage not sure). Donald Trump walked by me; I gushed, saying a few sentences to him something like, “Mr. President, thank you for doing everything you did for our country. Thank you for standing resilient in the face of so much sh*t thrown at you.” He was wearing everyday attire, not a suit. He could have been anyone else, but I recognized him immediately. He simply smiled. He was not bombastic. He was not a narcissist (though I have characterized him as such). He barely even uttered a humble, “Thank you.” He was not condescending at all. He was almost SHY! It made me think I had misjudged him. And it took me aback. Writing this brought all those feelings back to me from the dream.
In this dream, a bunch of children got on the trailer I was pulling and said we all had to watch something. I asked if we were in the right place and if I needed to move the tractor and trailer before more people came. They weren’t sure. Then it was dark. We all looked up to see some kind of picture in the sky! It was like we were watching a cartoon movie, but there wasn’t any screen! It was big but not as large as say, a fireworks display. First, there was smoke and some text. I don’t recall what the words were or what the ‘movie’ was about. But everyone was focused on it and making ooh and ahh sounds. For a moment, I spotted a sort of iPad border around the movie and part of a hand. Then it went blank. Then the ‘movie’ started playing again. I could see that whatever we were viewing was a hologram; someone was playing this projection, but no one else seemed to notice or care!
What do you think that means?
Enjoy (IN Joy) and have fun! Be Everything All the Time.
May we all soar in ’24! Here’s to loving ourselves–in ALL ways, expanding our consciousness, see each person as if they were a kaleidoscope, and living FREE!

It’s March 26th, 2024; Here’s an original jazzy rock song about a handyman! Right from the start, the guitar rocks! And then, the saxophone kicks in as the melody takes off. With lyrics that include smart innuendoes like, “I’m coming baby, I’m almost there… I’ll give you my service all I can spare…” you get the idea this handyman knows what to do. Haha!
Work all night
Here’s the eighty-fifth new music post for 2024, as I consistently plug one of our original music tunes into your day–all for your enjoyment. This is one of my favorite original songs that gets me dancing early in the morning. Ironically, the lyrics sing about “working all night,” and our upstairs neighbors were banging around from 1 am to 2 am last night. UGH! I had just been about to fall asleep when all that started! Go figure!
I love it when I pull up a song for the day that is so tied to what is happening in our life, or fits well into a holiday, etc. Allowing the Universe to surprise me is one of the things that entertains me about writing these blog posts every day. And I must tell you, my stats are improving! This is an indicator to me of how much fun I’m having putting these articles together.
Are you handy?
I got the rental truck last night and am back on Angi.com to find loading help. I’m also going to ask on NextDoor. No way we are loading stuff ourselves again. And I’ve listed our TV credenza for sale on Next Door. I know a handy person would also love this wooden bookcase I have (I haven’t listed it yet because I plan on just setting it outside with a FREE sign on it for any of our neighbors who have children–to see if they want it for school books or such). Or I’ll give it to whoever buys the credenza.
Places to see
While I was on the NextDoor site, I noticed a question about someone wanting to take their children to do something fun and read through the comments before offering my suggestion–Weeki Wachi to see the mermaids show. I saw a couple of ‘things to do’ mentioned (like visiting the Butterfly Rainforest in Gainesville, FL) that I never knew about and would love to see before we move. They also posted about the Clydesdale Tours. I would have enjoyed seeing those horses.
What has stopped us? The Uber we use is a bit pricey, so we limited our outings. Now, I’m thinking of renting a car for a day and just going around and seeing a few things before we move. I simply don’t feel like we’ve seen much of Ocala while we’ve lived here, and that’s probably my only regret. There’s no way I could have known we would end up with loud neighbors–just the luck of the draw, I guess. And I know the apartment community can’t place people by age or work situation (like all the night workers living in the same building) because that goes against the Federal Fair Housing Act (or so we’re told). The apartments could have been built better though (in terms of layout and insulation). We should not have been able to hear so much structural noise from the upstairs (and the stairwell to their unit runs in between our living room and bedroom).
Enjoy (IN Joy) and have fun! Be Everything All the Time.
May we all soar in ’24! Here’s to loving ourselves–handy or not, expanding our consciousness, living without regrets, and living FREE!

It’s March 25th, 2024; Here’s an original country song about leaving someone, something, or a place you love. The song gives us a feeling of return. When you love someone, something, or a place most of us at least have a dream of returning even if we doubt we ever will. That seems to be built into our human nature.
Leaving a love
Here’s the eighty-fourth new music post for 2024, as I plug along at a consistent pace to share our original music for you to hear and enjoy. This is a smooth country tune that invites you to hum or sing along. Almost everyone has left someone, something, or some place they loved. Leaving a love isn’t easy.
Richard left Kentucky over forty years ago. I don’t know how difficult it was for him then because A) we didn’t know each other, and B) he had a great desire to live in Florida. I think when we have more of a reason (or energetic pull) to move somewhere new, it makes it easier for us to leave our current home place. What do you think?
Music helps to soothe the savage beast as the old saying goes. And that’s our hope with this song. I also think this is a point of convergence in this blog and why our original songs marry nicely in the whole kaleidoscope of my Integrating the Spirals spiritual message, philosophy, and mission.
People, things, or places
Is it easier to leave people, things, or places we love? We’re preparing to leave a place (the state of Florida) that we’ve loved for decades. We have to focus on the wealth of good things ahead for us in New England to dissuade us from fretting over leaving the state Richard and I have both loved for so long. I think it may be easier to leave things (because a lot can be gotten again if it’s really needed, unless it’s a priceless memento or such), than it is to leave people (though we can, via technology, see and hear them whenever we want. So, perhaps leaving a place is the most difficult, but let me know in the comments.
In speaking about our upcoming move north, one of my dear Facebook friends offered, “Florida will always be here.” Suggesting we can always come back, or at least visit, etc. And I am sitting here in Florida thinking that once we leave, we’ll never come back. So, taking my friend’s thought to heart, it can help me leave and feel better about it.
I think ‘Letting Go’ in general is difficult for people who are hell-bent on ‘Hanging on’ to anything. So, perhaps ‘Letting Go’ is a skill we can work on? I think there’s value in learning how to gracefully ‘Let Go.’
Picture of a refrigerator magnet I bought decades ago that I look at and meditate upon when I feel the need to reach for a better feeling thought about leaving anything or place I love. It says, “Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” It is a proverb.

It’s March 24th, 2024; Here’s an original country song about being a country boy and seeing all the love in the countryside. We don’t miss the hustle and bustle of the city. We like livin’ the simple life. And that’s what this song professes. Pleasing guitar chord progressions take us through this peaceful song.
Lovin’ the country
Here’s the eighty-third new music post for 2024, as I consistently release new music for you to hear and enjoy. Done with the concrete canyons and steel horses. We’re done with masking our souls. We’ve got everything we need. Are you a country boy (or girl)?
We wish y’all (as we say in the country) a blessed Palm Sunday.
Pleasing numbers
Yesterday, I wrote about the 50/50 ratio of Spirit and Matter within Animism. And today, here we are with the numbers 24/24 in the date. I love the synchronicity of that! I know I speak about yin and yang a lot and this morning, Richard reminded me that we shouldn’t want to raise the dark (I suppose that’s where “raising hell” comes from), and I noted that I’m always seeking the balance, even more than seeking the light, because Lucifer was an angel of light that God used to tempt/test people. I’d prefer not to be tempted/tested. Ha! It’s easier!
My meme: Look at the yin yang symbol. If one side gets bigger, it sucks the energy out of the other! –Sheila Murrey
Relative balance
I realize reaching a static state of balance is nearly impossible. If any of us could reach that level it would be like turning rough seas into glass calm seas. Thus, I feel all we can strive for is inner peace by balancing all the time in ALL WAYS. And this is why I say, “thank OMniscience ALLways.” The ‘OM‘ within the word Omniscience is capitalized to draw attention to the peaceful meditation sound (chant) I know many of us do. The ‘ALL ways‘ is for the many paths we take while balancing, whether it be practicing Qigong, Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, or others. I simply wish for ALL to find their way, path, or method, and BE that.
My design: thank Omniscience ALLways. –Sheila Murrey
Enjoy (IN Joy) and have fun! Be Everything All the Time.
May we all soar in ’24! Here’s to loving ourselves all the way through, expanding our consciousness, getting back to the garden, breathing well, calming the seas, and living FREE!

It’s March 23rd, 2024; Here’s an original country song that’s very timely. It speaks to being king of the world. And what the world would be like if we were king. Such as there would be no ethnic cleansing (genocide), the CIA wouldn’t use bugs, no babies would be sold, no overcrowded prisons would exist, diseases wouldn’t cut you short, and there would be no reason to abort. There would be no need for drugs, no one to chase, no one to race, and a smile on every face! We’re ALL God’s children. We’d make some serious changes to the human heart with more compassion, love, and empathy.
Love the human race
Here’s the eighty-second new music post for 2024, as I consistently release new music on my blog site for ALL who have ears to hear. I am always thrilled to give you songs that can penetrate hearts and resonate with the soul.
My mom taught me (when I was a wee child) how to love and care for animals. My parents grew up on farms and were taught how to ethically raise and slaughter chickens, turkeys, and cows. They also hunted deer. Yet now, we often hear of people treating other humans in ways much worse than I could ever imagine someone mistreating an animal. It’s one thing to kill an animal for food, such as the Native Americans–offering a prayer to ask for it to release its spirit while giving thanks for its life. The Indigenous people used every part of the rabbit, elk, bison, or deer in one way or another to clothe and feed the tribe. It’s a very different thing than the factory farming of animals that happens today. I cannot even fathom what we’re hearing about cannibalism happening in Haiti.
Honor ALL
When we look back in history to Animism, the 50/50 blend of Spirit and Matter ancient belief that the Native peoples followed in their day-to-day life, we can appreciate how they lived and had compassion, love, and empathy for each other and the creatures they consumed. That is nearly all but lost now, in the time of Scientific Materialism.
I have been thinking a lot lately about the three words I stand for most, and Honor is high on my list. I believe we honor each other when we take the time to let each person speak, listen intently to their words and body language, and let them know we truly hear them. Then, if we disagree, we may choose to let them know, but allow each other the right to speak. That is what Free Speech means to me. One can yell, “Fire” in a theater when the theater is on fire, and that’s exactly what’s been happening. When everything is copacetic there’s no need for anyone to scream or protest. Here are a couple of examples that bear out my point:
Screen capture: .”..the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in a case involving “the most massive attack against free speech in the United States’ history.” …We made our voices heard.”–Children’s Health Defense.
Hitting home
Sometimes things happen that wake us up. Sometimes something happens in our hometown (like presented in the movie, Dark Waters about my hometown in West Virginia), where friends and family live, or where we live and work. And then it gets real. If I were king of the world, these things would not be happening.
This just happened in St. Petersburg, Florida USA–the town where we used to live:
The story Tucker presents in this video hits home to me since we lived/worked in St. Petersburg, Florida for several years. I used to drive by this house often!

It’s March 22nd, 2024; Here’s an original blues song with a sizzling hot sound thanks to production at Steven Cooper’s studio in Nashville, TN. The instrumentation on this tune embraced the snappy guitar and sweet saxophone from acclaimed horn player John Heinrich. This original blues song included the vocals from our friend Bubba Hudson, who sang so many of our songs. Just enough to keep you satisfied. Ha!
Love the soul we feel
Here’s the eighty-first new music post for 2024, as I consistently release new music right here on my blog site for everyone to enjoy. And yes, I am always delighted to give you the songs that I feel the most soul when I listen.
My parents and grandparents taught me so many lessons. Music was beloved on both sides of my family. One of my cousins (Greg, Omniscience rest his soul) on my mom’s side always had music playing in his home, and one of my cousins (John) on my dad’s side of the family is a true audiophile. I am digging into the history a bit more on my mom’s side and researching the steel guitars my grandfather and grandmother played before they had their children.
Honor our relations and ancestors
My cousin Greg was always going to music festivals. He would dress up as a fuzzy bear too! I know he and his wife, Susan, and their friends all had a blast. I think I’ve mentioned we were all at one festival, Bonnaroo, yet never could find each other. One of my biggest regrets as I sooo wanted to hang out with them.
I loved festivals too, even being an emcee for many years at a yoga and music festival in St. Petersburg, FL. As much as I loved hanging out with like-minded people during these festivals, I have been feeling for a while that it’s time for me to let my friends go. We’ll soon move to New Hampshire to spend the rest of our days with my daughter, son-in-law, and three beautiful granddaughters. I’ve already missed so much with them–especially with the 7-year-old twins. I don’t have the connection with the twins that I’ve had with our 12-year-old granddaughter for many reasons. I am sooo looking forward to hanging out with them!
Meme: “Spiritual Relationships. One of the changes you may be feeling right now is that you want to be with people who SEE you – the real you, all of you, those who get your FULLNESS. It’s no longer about hangin’ with peeps you know just because you know them or have been in their lives for years; it’s being with those who understand all of your layers and dimensions. They SEE your journey with deeper eyes. –The Minds Journal from a group I’ve been in on Facebook, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, & Joe Dispenza fans.

It’s March 21st, 2024; Here’s an original blues song with catchy guitar riffs and a sizzling keyboard bridge. We love the fantastic vocals from Bubba Hudson on this tune. Plus, we greatly appreciate the extra attention to detail on the production mix by Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN.
My parents and grandparents taught me a valuable life lesson. Buy quality. Simply spending a few more dollars for things reduces how much ends up in the landfill. And we get to use our stuff for a lot longer–I still wear some of the clothing my mom bought. Plus, I have a coat from my grandmother! On a metaphysical level, I can feel the love through the clothes I inherited. I’ve handed several pieces of clothing down to my granddaughters as well!
Fun fact: When Richard had the stroke Oct. 2022, his rehab nurse loved this lava surfin’ t-shirt he was wearing so much, that Richard took it off and gave her the shirt off his back!
Reuse or recycle before throwing stuff out
I don’t have to tell you that landfills the world over are filled to the brim and overflowing. We’ve all seen pictures of the junk pile in the ocean too. So, please reuse and recycle before throwing junk out. You may have known a hoarder in your life (I have), or watched the TV show about hoarders–it’s not pretty. And hoarding is a mental illness.
Speaking of junk, please honor your body and eat real food not processed junk food.
Meme: “We’ve consumed meat, eggs & dairy for thousands of years. Processed foods have only been around for about 100 years. But for some reason animal foods get blamed for all our health woes, & processed junk food gets a pass. Weird. –Dr. James DiNicolantonio
This song may also apply to those of us who have been in unhealthy relationships. Sit with it for a while and consider this ‘going inward’ advice by Shirley MacLaine:

Improve the soil
I was so excited to see Dr. Zach Bush last night when his replay became available on Gaia! He did not disappoint. I felt his whole speech was genius! I probably held my breath through the first few minutes when he explained how a baby develops!
I sat mesmerized and will watch it again today and take notes. His profound way of holding my attention, even when presenting science-type information, is incredible. Not to mention Dr. Zach’s compassion, and immense love for humans–from babies to the dying. Ahh!
