And I am starting to create more songs on another AI song platform because Suno AI has totally wrecked my account (and I can’t access it anymore). (I have written them twice and put in a help ticket with them about it.)

Richard and I enjoyed our 20th anniversary the other day, especially because dear daughter bought and brought a wonderful dinner over to us, vegetarian pizza from a local pub! Woo-hoo! It was yummy. And we had a cold piece for each of us leftover for the next day’s lunch too! Ha!
We sure won’t be going out on our back deck and down those stairs anytime soon… Hehe! I say this because just as the ice and snow began melting from lots of sunshine the last few days (and 40-45 degree high temps), we began getting snow again today (about 3 inches so far) and are supposed to get between 4 and 5 inches on Saturday!
That’s ICE all down the middle of the stairs. Yes, we can access through the front instead, but why? Ha!
Let’s ensure we’re getting our information from people who are the ‘boots-on-the-ground.’ I often say, the least we can do is entertain another’s view, and I am in 100% authenticity and integrity when I state that.
I jumped right back into video creation today after sitting in on a two-hour Zoom this morning with Gregg Braden. It was excellent. As well, I had a great synchronicity occur. Just after that where my friend and blogger pal, Debra M over at https://jaguarspirit.com published a blog article that ‘hit the nail on the head’ to answer a question I’d had for Gregg, but he didn’t get to all of us who had questions for him today. I’m getting closer to meeting him though! I’ll write another article in a few days after I digest everything I learned from Gregg today. He did speak about AI quite a bit, including a fascinating bit about AI music generation from he and his wife attending the Grammy Awards!
As you might remember, I was supposed to meet him in June 2022 when I’d attended a TCCHE conference in West Palm Beach, Florida (but he was ill and couldn’t attend):

My new music video
I’ve got more in the pipeline. I reworked my background a bit in Canva (to better fit YouTube), so you might catch my ‘mistake’ in this music video (that actually occurs several times–it’s the difference between the older slides and new ones), but it’s okay. I’m good with it since, #1 there’s no Perfection in Art, and #2 the ‘mistake’ actually fits the song because the spiral (of the treble clef) is in motion! Ha! I’ve also decided to make new thumbnails for each music video, so this is the first that features a thumbnail that is a slide, which isn’t in the video. I’m still playing around with these videos and probably will be for a long time. Go figure.

I have good news! My elder artist friend and blogger pal, Linda Lewis (and her husband), are both home from the hospital! Woo-hoo! (And while I don’t typically “worry,” I was finding myself concerned for them since I know they live alone, high on a ridge in Arkansas, and no one really checks on them, other than their son who video conferences with them–but lives far from them. So, I prayed for Linda and her husband and laid my hand on one of the recent items she made and that I’d purchased to hang outside our door for the New Year. (Frogs are supposed to bring New Year’s luck!)
Also, and thankfully, I’ve been experiencing relief from tinnitus! I’ll post again about that, but suffice to say, I’m now reading Maureen’s book, which you can also pick up for FREE from her website. (I have decided to continue working with Maureen Edwardson beyond my first initial free session, as I have another health issue I feel she can assist me with.) And she’s such a high vibe person, that I love talking with her!

I continue to delve into, or play, with Suno AI for the music, I’m also diving in with both feet to utilize the Playground app that came with the latest update on the iPhone. Suffice to say, I’m glad I’m retired so I have a lot more time to PLAY! Ha!
Co-listening?
A blogger pal, Gray Summers, and I were commenting back and forth on one of our blog posts a few days ago about how much our devices listen to us. We agreed that “input is across the board with these platforms.”
Gray stated that this ‘device listening’ seems to show up “in the way you can write, speak out loud or even think at times.” As we all tend to “get hit with adverts, similar subject matter, etc.” He’s seen and heard it happen with Alexa. And we’ve all had it happen with our smart phones. (I tend to think these phones are scary smart!) It is strange how these devices can pick up our voices from “other home systems in the same way Alexa and the phones do.” Thanks, Gray! Check his site: https://graysummerstwo.com
I had commented back to Gray that my daughter and I play Monopoly GO on our phones and had the experience of both being in the same room, conversing about the game recently. As we were talking about the newest mini game within Monopoly GO, I showed her a particular ’sticker’ I had been requesting from friends within the game and no one had the sticker! Next thing I know, I clicked something else within the game before setting the phone down and I won that exact sticker!!! It freaked both of us out!
So, yes, I think Siri, AI, and all of these devices that have a microphone built-in are listening to us! We know the phones have been listening to us for a long time, but with AI now, I think these devices are accessing our hard drives too! (I use Suno AI on my laptop and it’s uncanny how many of the same words I often use and appear many times in my hard drive pop-up in the ChatGPT lyrics during the co-creation songwriting I do with the Suno AI app–and it’s not installed on my hard drive. I use it via a browser.)
Mind-body works together
I’ve told many people that the Relax infrared sauna is one of the best self care items I’ve ever bought, and I mean it! I look forward to spending 30 minutes in the sauna every evening, now just before bed. It really relaxes me (and that’s why they named it such), as well as relieves back, joint, and muscle soreness, aches, and pain. If you’re in physical pain, it might be worth your while to buy one and check it out. I make no money from sharing about these saunas, but always want to share what’s worked for me. Yes, I’ve been a bit down because my blogger pal, Linda Lewis from https://creativeartworksblog.wordpress.com, hasn’t posted anything since February 7th and I’m concerned. I reached out to her via email just in case her son has access to it and might write me back. I have a feeling he doesn’t have access to her WordPress. I don’t want to think the worst, so I continue creating. I read Linda’s posts every day and often commented. She has over 6,000 followers! I figure someone must know what’s happening, but as of this moment, I don’t know. I know she and her husband went to lunch about a week before they got sick (both had the flu) and his turned to pneumonia and Linda was on breathing treatments. It sucks to think they are both possibly still in the hospital, or worse. I don’t want my mind to spiral downwards. So again, all I can do is to continue praying of them, continue creating, and being grateful to know them even if it’s from afar and through this website community.

I continue to work with my mirror ball and kaleidoscope, but have a session with a lady in a few hours to learn another new technique. I’ll write about it in a few days. I’ve just ordered a masterclass course on The Ontology of Christ through Aaron Abke and the 4DU. I’ll be writing more about that in weeks to come. I always put a priority on my spiritual development and mind-body processes.
I’ve been pumping my immune system UP using the Relax infrared tent sauna every evening for 30 minutes, taking Vitamin C, Zinc, Vit D with K, NAC, clove water, and homeopathic Bryonia and Mullein tincture in water–as needed. So far, so good here in the cold north. And brrrr, yes, it’s C-O-L-D! Haha!
I’ve finished a 31 day health upgrade process with Ashley Black and her Fascia Blasting community, doing my fascia blasting while sitting in the sauna. Why I hadn’t thought to do that before, I don’t know! Ha! But that’s been a huge takeaway from this past month of her daily videos. (I’m an investor in her company, so I knew it was good for me but since moving I had been lax on using the tools.)
I’ve been starting my stretching again with a previous personal trainer from Cocoa Beach, Florida. He and his wife have been doing a health detox online course for the last few weeks and I’ve been watching their replays. So, yes, I continue to work on my health.

I’m continuing to improve on my video making process and using some of the other versions of the songs I’d released previously, so yes, unless you’ve seen them on my YouTube channel already, these are new (haven’t posted these in the blog before). Note my new AI selfies! My iPhone just got an update the other day and it installed an AI image feature which I love! Ha! I’ve been creating kaleidoscope images, fractal images, selfie images, and images of my family too! Now, while I am still not allowed to share photos of my granddaughters, I can share their AI images! Hehe! Shhh!

I’ve been pondering the following points in the last few days:
We don’t have to solely rely on the thinking mind when discerning or making decisions (as it mostly shows us where we are Programmed). But we can use our awareness to redirect or fine tune our thoughts. After all, meditation makes us aware of our thoughts, the space between, and over time, helps us lengthen the space between our thoughts.
As for the feeling I get (during the decision making process)? I don’t feel anything in my body unless the words uplift me (GodBumps), or emotionally trigger me (a rub against my Ego).
Case in point, I was involved with a conversation with three dear, sister-like friends on Facebook who were blatantly attempting to change my mind (or add what they deemed as ‘correct’ information), on a topic I shared. I kept going general with my response to them (because none of us were there, and academic scholars disagree on the issue).
I replied to their comments that their point of view was simply an opinion (so was mine). Because there are two schools of thought on history, we weren’t there when the event happened, and even the best minds have disagreed for many years on the subject. Ha! They didn’t like that (and kept offering more), but each kept telling me they love me!
The whole conversation stirred a lot of feelings within me. Positive and negative! ☯️
I had to do a lot of mirror ball and kaleidoscope work with myself on this topic!
Anytime we push against something, we get more of it. This is why walking away is often the best response. Jesus said “Let your speech be yay or nay.” And I can see why!
A gentleman in the Dr. Bruce Lipton WhatsApp group I’m in reminded me of a t-shirt my daughter had made for me years ago with the words, “Infinite Love and Gratitude” on it. People used to approach me whenever I wore the shirt because it had a picture of a lotus and prayer hands. They would comment and ask if I was a massage therapist! (I’m not.)

I’ve decided to channel any irritation, aggravation, or angst I feel into my songs. I’m done with posting and rebutting my posts on Facebook. I know I’ve said it before, but I mean it this time.
Yes, I wrote this song, along with the AI generators initial assistance on the lyrics, to try to get a few main points across to some people (none of whom will read this blog post though), about how every time they try to push their beliefs down my throat (figuratively speaking), I will push back. Call it Ego or whatever, that’s how I’m wired. Spiral thought: I’m always observing this about my Self. It’s how I do the ‘Know thyself’ work. Take it or leave it.

Things continue moving fast for us. We’ve been well, but my daughter’s family (specifically, her twin daughters and husband have been ill), plus my best friend since 4th grade has been in the hospital (she’s home now, thank Omniscience God!), and now, one of my blogger pals, Linda (and her husband) are in the hospital–https://creativeartworksblog.wordpress.com/2025/02/07/still-alive-but-in-hospital/.
Yes, I probably do THINK too much about others, even people I don’t know personally, but that’s who I am. I am learning about Ontology now though, yes, it’s a thing and it’s research for my 5th book, so there’s that. I wanted to rush outside and TOUCH the wood-burned artwork I bought from Linda (but it was about 10 degrees out on our sun porch where it’s hanging) and it was after 11pm at night when I read her post. Ugh! I always send out waves of healing love though (when I’m not triggered about something), and I’ve had a couple of instances of getting triggered this week too! Spiral thought: I’m always working on my Self.

So, I’ve been creating but not sharing on here about all that’s gone on. I know you ‘get it’ and are probably even glad I’m not blogging every day like I was last year. But if you follow me on Facebook, LinkedIn, Rumble, or subscribe to our YouTube channels, you’ll get notified each time Richard or I publish a new music video and from what I’ve read from a few of you, that’s probably better anyway. LOL
I’m going to share a few YouTube videos with you, some are my new ones, and a few are about AI music generation. Before you use the link at the bottom (that I’ve shared since I began this new AI songwriting endeavor), There’s a few things to note:
Suffice to say, read the Terms of Service. We won’t put any of our original songs (that we wrote both the music and lyrics for years ago and paid music studios to make pro demos for) on any AI app! Apparently, once you do that, it becomes a nightmare for copyright, and probably the original lyrics become part of the lyrics and musid that the AI reuses in part! It’s messy!
Apparently, the music labels and catalog owners are duking all this out in court because Suno AI and other AI music generation companies ’trained’ their AI algorithms on music readily available on the open internet. Ugh Nothing is safe anymore.

I’m going to get a lot better about specifying which new music contains ALL MY LYRICS, vs. partial AI lyrics. But know that ALL the music is AI generated. And as I create new videos I will make that distinction clear in case there’s any argument in the future WHEN I hit it BIG! Ha!
This is one of my favorites so far, as I hear it in my head before going to sleep at night and when I wake up each morning. Let me know what you think:

Every time you input lyrics (or even a few words to stimulate AI to write full lyrics) for a song, it will give you two different versions and sometimes it’s hard to choose which one I like best, much less which version you’ll like best. –Sheila Murrey
Greater Things – We Will Rise. This is a completely different song than the two preceding ones. It started off with a few of the same words to stimulate AI to write full lyrics, and this way, you can get an idea of how it all works when you let Suno AI do the lyrics. Oh, and I’m continuing to learn about how to make these YouTube videos better. Yes, I have illusions of grandeur and I want to make some money from YouTube… but I need at least 1500 followers on there?!? I have a l-o-o-o-o-n-g way to go to do that! Haha!
But I did add some End Screens today, and I feel VERY accomplished. Also, I updated my little mini logo for my YouTube watermark today… woo-hoo! And yes, I still attended and did chat facilitation on my monthly Dr. Bruce Lipton call–it’s my favorite thing each month! Busy bee today! But still got to eat birthday cupcakes and cookies from the twins’ birthday–sad thing, the girls have both been sick so even though we’re right next door, we had to rely on video my daughter took of them opening their gifts. At least we got those treats though! Ha!

I am sooo thankful for artists friends (and blogger pals), like Linda from Creative Artworks Blog and Handmade Haven by Linda on Etsy!
I’d been reading (I forget from which blogger) that if you put a frog outside your door it will bring good luck in the new year. So, I’d mentioned to Linda of Handmade Haven by Linda on Etsy, that she might consider making a frog when she started a new wood burning project. And she did! She’s so great, she totally went for it! Linda sent me a picture of ‘Froggy’ (because we haven’t named him/her yet) and I loved it! I knew I was going to buy Froggy pronto! Linda sent me an email as soon as she posted her delightful wood burning piece on Etsy so I could order it. Of course, all along the process, Linda assured me I was under no obligation to buy it–but pretty much, I’d requested it and definitely wanted it. I knew her work and that it would be first-rate! And Froggy is aWEsOMe!
Froggy came wrapped in bubble wrap, and neatly packaged in two mailer bags! No way was he getting damaged on his big trip from Arkansas to New Hampshire! Here’s the one-hundred-thirty-third new music post for 2024, as I stay true to my consistent approach in sharing one of Richard’s original songs each day this year. This is an older song and when I first heard it years ago, I thought the melody was so pretty. It also reminded me of my mom and the fact that my dad hid things from her (not letters though) for much of their married life. I think many people live this kind of double life. Sad. But I’ve found that even sadness has a purpose–watch the movie Inside Out.
Time with my daughter (and grands)
My daughter and I went to our first art fused glass class together last night (at the art shop where my daughter works, and the place I’d taken our eldest granddaughter when she was about 4 years old to paint ceramics).
This was our one-on-one Mother’s Day celebration. One of the plant spikes I made (of course) included a blue glass spiral! Ha! Perhaps when this class is offered again, or I have the opportunity, I’ll make a treble clef design (I was still recuperating from the stomach bug so it was all I could do to attend and attempt to keep my mind on what I was learning and creating). My daughter’s plant spikes were much prettier than mine! Smile!

I’m sooo enjoying living next door to her and I’m waiting for our granddaughters to come over and visit us (and give daughter a break) for a few hours today. I’ve missed so much of their lives. I know I can’t make up for lost time but I’m sure going to enjoy what time we have!

Dreams come true
Here’s the one-hundred-thirty-second new music post for 2024, as I work to stay consistent even when life happens (or gets in the way). Ha! I’m feeling better today but my whole stomach/ribs area of my midsection is super sore. But the love of family, being here (right next door) to my daughter, son-in-law, and three beautiful and active granddaughters is taking my mind off of my body pains. And tomorrow is Mother’s Day so we’re celebrating today too! Yes, could I love you more? For me, moving here was one way of saying YES! I love them sooo much!
Watching Coco again
We just finished watching the animated movie, Coco. In that story, it’s all about the love for family that pulls the plot along. We love the beautiful songs in it, the story, and superb graphics. It features a grandmother, mother, and son (and other family members), a tortured past, the wrestling of forgiving and forgetting/remembering, crossing over, and guitar playing. Right up our alley!
Me and the bronze statue of Roy from Winnisquam – one of the things I dreamed of doing (sitting with him on this bench) as soon as we arrived at our new home, and after seeing our family. Thanks to Chaos and Kindness for introducing the world (and all of us) to Roy. The years I followed Justin and Roy’s story (via Facebook live videos) helped me feel closer to my family when we lived in Florida.
Wrapping up this #dreamscometrue post now so I can go say Good Morning to the girls and get ready for my noon Zoom with Dr. Bruce Lipton. Then we’re all going to a pre-Mother’s Day lunch out and later, my daughter and I are taking our first art glass class together!!! Tears of joy as the happiness envelopes me!
