Chaos & Kindness

My daughter and I had an abSOULute BLAST yesterday at the Recycled Percussion concert. We took a cab (after the Uber and Lyft didn’t work out–go figure, the city cab was less expensive and faster too!). We went 1.5 miles to the town center to the band’s own venue, The Cake, for a 2pm show. We sat in the front row and it was sooo worth it! (Yes, we wore ear plugs, and yes, we got free cookies when those got thrown out into the audience. Should they have thrown cake? Haha!)

I shot more video than still photos, so you’ll have to check those out in Facebook ‘reels,’ unless I can share them to Rumble, because YouTube won’t allow the music. I’ll share a couple of links to those, just in case you want to see. And here are some photos. I’ll include a very PAST photo of my daughter and I at the end too. It’s the abSOULute best, being able to hang out with her again!

I’m not telling you this to make you worry. I don’t worry, but like many people I get caught up in overthinking.

Integrating the Spirals: It’s ALL Frequencies

Here’s a new short video creation I made called, It’s ALL Frequencies, for anyone who hasn’t meditated. Meditation is so important to increase one’s awareness of their soul; of Light and Shadow; of the ebb and flow of life. And to embrace its mysteries.

Drop in (inward)

Meditation 101: Settle yourself. Focus on your breathing. Close your eyes to go inward. Close off most of the frequencies coming into you through your eyes (to heighten other senses). But if you need a little help to focus on your thoughts, try observing this:

I purposely didn’t get into a big description or explanation of this short video because I wanted to give you a way to perceive sound frequencies without the sound and without setting you up with preconceived ideas. It isn’t water, ocean, or sea. The video is a representation of sound frequencies! Now, think about what water really is! Ha!

Meditating on the yin-yang symbol

As you know, I love to meditate while focusing on the yin-yang symbol–well, the 5D version of it. I also love to sit with a kaleidoscope and mirror ball to challenge and change my perspectives. Of course, walking in nature and looking for the Fibonacci sequence in plants and trees and other natural objects, such as seashells, helps tune me UP too!

I love deep discussions

I really enjoyed listening to the deep discussion on physics and the Universe of Danica Patrick and Nassim Haramein on YouTube. Nassim said several things that validated esoteric experiences I’ve had. As well, he confirmed some of the “out there” thoughts I had when I was a young child! From age five or so, I seemed to intuitively understand how electricity worked. Yes, I shocked my mom once when I asked her a question about electricity while eyeing multiple electric poles (and the power lines that connected them) for miles as we drove home one night. I also always thought I’d be the one who invented a way to harness electricity (Free Energy) from lightning!

Speaking of lightning (and saving the world), Richard and I happened upon an older movie the other night called, The Core. Do you recall ever seeing that flick? It’s a bit corny but pretty cool in a way too.

As for having deep discussions, I didn’t hear from anyone regarding a meeting on Zoom, and I understand the time zone issues. That’s why I simply put my Integrating the Spirals course, and other things, on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqP9zJHArpmnufhZf0jFVoA
