Most of you know I grew up in the Chemical Valley of West Virginia and Ohio (along the Ohio River). And that I had asthma from age 6 to my early 40s. So, it should come as no surprise how invested I am in helping people understand the stranglehold Chemical companies hold on us. And why I feel we must do everything in our power to break their power over us and heal our bodies.
This is another nail in their coffin.

On being authentic
Yesterday, I wrote about how I wanted journalists to be investigative, speak truthfully, and be authentic. Well, I had this video to share also, but I felt the Shawn Ryan video trumped this one. Now, I think this video trumps the Shawn Ryan video. Sometimes, I share so much in my daily music blog posts because there’s just so many great things to share! So, here’s my favorite YouTube video about being authentic. As it turns out, according to what this man saw, being authentic is the #1 we are to be and do!
Dancing and meditating in the sauna
Believe me, last night after I finished reading The Pfizers Papers article I’m about to share, I had to dance to this song and meditate in the sauna. Anything to bring balance back to my mind, body, spirit, and soul. My mind just cannot wrap around how evil (which, I consider to be the opposite of ‘live’), the people are who caused or perpetuated (knowingly or unknowingly) the COVID debacle. At this point, I can only be happy to still be alive. And happy you are too!

What an astonishingly important (and sad) report! I am sharing this on my blog, SheilaMurrey.net with a few screen captures to entice readers to click and read this in its entirety. We didn’t take the shots because we follow Dr. Sheri Tenpenny, Judy Mikovitz, watched The HighWire with Del Bigtree and saw The Frontline Doctors on live TV talking about the early treatments they were doing that worked! I could NOT believe Washington D.C. didn’t organize a brain trust or Think Tank on this issue immediately when it began! It almost seemed like it blindsided everyone, including President Trump–though thankfully, he spoke up about early treatments like hydroxychloroquine!
I think I had COVID in December 2019 after a trip to Ireland. I knew something wasn’t right when I went to a walk-in clinic and the doctor asked if I had any shortness of breath. I’d never been asked that before, nor had my blood oxygen level checked when I’d had the flu in the past. (And I had a terrible flu in 2005 that I thought would kill me.) I had healed asthma from my body using natural and alternative health means in 2004–asthma I’d had from age 6 to my mid-forties and had taken up to 5 pharmaceutical medications to ease for decades. Detoxing from those meds, I think, was what had made me susceptible to the flu in 2005, but no one really knows. I wrote a book about my entire experience. Amazon has pushed it to the bottom of its category I guess, because I have not sold one copy.

What does success look like to you?
I appreciate the comments I read from a few of you on what success looks like for you. You inspired me to ask this question to the broader audience.
We would love to see some tangible evidence of success for all the work Richard has put into his songwriting. All I can do, I guess, is keep harping about him and his music. I’m open to receive, have been for many years, since writing my first co-authored book where that was the title of my chapter. (I don’t believe I made a penny from that book either.) Ha! We’ve certainly paid our dues. Now, we wait for the Universe to show us!
What it all comes down to is… love
Richard and I spent a couple of hours watching Ryan and his wife discuss his spiritual reawakening. And to think a vacation in Sedona, Arizona was a part of it! Tada! I love that! I know the vortex he’s speaking of in this video too (Boynton Canyon). I’ve been there, and it’s where I used dowsing rods to SEE the vortex of the twisted ‘Energy tree’! As I wrote yesterday, I was a career analyst for over three decades. I am wired to figure things out and it’s easy for me to ‘connect the dots’. But I have tried on many perspectives in my 62 years on the earth, and I know I continue to change and transform, based on how the outcomes work out. I live and learn. And I am humble enough to know, I am not always right, and thus, I don’t get too worked up over things when they don’t go in my favor. I hope my friends on the Left will be able to take a fresh look at President Trump, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Elon Musk, and Tulsi Gabbard. I truly believe we’re going to experience a LOT of great things to come, NOW that this Presidential race and election is over and we can focus on making America HEALTHY again. No censorship. No cancel culture.

I love Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and I love a lot about Elon Musk. Even more so after watching a few more videos about him yesterday. I hope you know we’re voting for a TEAM, not just one person. And I am only interested in politics now, because I realize it sets up the rules of the game for us ALL. Look at the wars. Look at the censorship. I have to speak up for Health Freedom, and for our better health in general. I’m a writer. It’s what I do. And I connect the dots. I was a career analyst for over three decades. I am wired to figure things out. But you don’t have to take my word for any of this. The proof is all around if you look at things from a different perspective.

I’ve been watching Robert Kennedy Jr. (I was a supporter of Bobby’s campaign for President), Candace Owens, Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Tucker Carlson a lot lately–and while one could nit pick here or there on some comments, overall I get a GOOD feeling from them. They’re super smart and I believe have a lot of love for this country.

I’ve been observing what spiritual leaders write and say and I must tell you, I’m PISSED! I’ve given some of these people a lot of money, time, and attention over the years and yet, they don’t want to listen, really listen, to those across the aisle and accept that what they’re stuck in (and squelching my voice when I am simply attempting to ADD to a conversation).
When spiritual leaders say that someone (meaning President Trump–yes, I see through hidden agendas) is disparaging people??? I think censoring people and trying to put them in PRISON is a LOT worse than disparaging people! And Kamala is pointing fingers and screaming at people the same way Hillary did, which immediately makes me lose respect for her and anyone who does that. As well, the Biden-Harris administration has blatantly used lawfare to his, now her, advantage (to interfere in this election and prevent President Trump from even running again). And the Democrats have a bought and paid for media willing to do ANYTHING to keep the Democrats in power! The media maneuvering to stage and present Kamala in a way that makes her sound smart, when clearly, she isn’t has happened right in front of our eyes by cutting and splicing–actions we’ve never seen news networks do before! They’ve falsely fact-checked President Trump during a Live debate with Harris, only to have the truth come out (that President Trump was right) days later, yet they offer no apologies! If the FCC had balls, they’d take those networks off the air–but you see, the networks are OWNED.
Is peace a virtue? Is humility a virtue? I think all humans ‘compare’ and ADD to the conversation if they think they can take something to the next level or higher plane. But apparently, when Ego sneaks in, the teacher cannot learn anything new being offered from his/her former student. That’s when we know the student has surpassed the teacher in his/her spiritual growth. But yes, even the student who has progressed beyond the teacher needs to be humble.

We all know Democrats have 70% of the wealth in America. Yes, those things are much worse than President Trump disparaging anyone. I won’t even go into how ‘someone’ got to where she is because I’ve never liked the phrase, “slept her way to the top” even if it’s true. But you can watch this and then argue your point if you must:

p.s. I’m thinking pedos and dad’s, brothers, or uncles that do incestuous things to the children in their own family, would agree that ‘Love is loving‘ too. So, I don’t agree that with that general phrase from spirit. I think we ALL need to discern what IS loving. There are gentle, honest, and pure ways to be loving and then there are hidden agendas and snarky, even evil ways, to be ‘loving.’ Think about it!

Super Patch – Mind & Body
I’ve recently noticed that my left hand is shaky anymore! WOW! I had gotten so used to it shaking that I hadn’t noticed when it quit shaking! As well, I’ve experienced better digestion and fat-burning, healing of a frozen shoulder (that had been bothering me for over two years), a release and total resolution of knee joint stiffness (that I had been using magnesium on every day for almost a year, and had provided relief but not resolved), relief from sciatica back pain that I’d gotten during/shortly after our move from Florida to New Hampshire last May.

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness.
