This book blends science, spirituality, and personal experience, and follows my analytical mind’s 20‑year journey for how—and why—we might truly be connected.

This book dives into quantum science, spirituality, and personal stories about connection. Integrating the Spirals – JIGGLE WIGGLE

I’ve rebranded JIGGLE BUTT to JIGGLE WIGGLE per one of my followers comment!

I’m now encouraging those “over 50” to open to lifelong learning (observe, gently question, and loosen up their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions to encourage more ease, loosen up and move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

The book is large in scope. 600+ pages! MARCH 18th, 2026 –> Is Sheela na gig day! And the day my dad and I were going to meetup, but dad passed ten days prior. And that’s why I wanted to launch my 5th book on THAT DATE as a huge wink to my daddy on the Other Side!

I had been procrastinating for a YEAR, as my fellow author and blogger buddy Michael (80smetalman: https://80smetalman.wordpress.com and https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com ) will attest! Michael and I have been meeting on Zoom calls for more than a year, as he’s completing a second follow up book to He Was Weird, and I had been sitting on the manuscript for my 5th book for months and months. I was uninspired to finish it since my previous books were not selling and I’d been convinced it was due to Amazon algorithms pushing them down in the list. Ugh. But Lauren, wow! This one comment of hers helped more than I’d ever thought it could:

p.s. I go back to the chiropractor next Tuesday to see what he says about my two numb toes. I hope it’s nothing serious (and maybe only related to the sciatica, which I also hope he’ll fix), so I can get back to dancing again.

Integrating the Spirals

I’m encouraging those “over 60” to observe and gently question their thought patterns, pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’ to ease grief and suffering, and gain new perspectives–that’s why I teach Integrating the Spirals. AND I also encourage all of us to move our bodies more consistently (most of us are stuck in our heads and physically unhealthy because of it). We can do better! We can become strong and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, and body. And it’s healthy to expand our consciousness and question EVERYTHING! Just observe, don’t absorb.
