independent journalism – Integrating the Spirals

The foundation of the courses I teach and all I write is FREEDOM. And FREE SPEECH is KEY to us finding and sharing our truths. I know it’s been key for me finding my VOICE!

The culmination of all I have done in my life has led me to realize my aim has always been to help people feel better. Mentally. Spiritually. And Physically. Not like a personal trainer, but by helping release chronic stress, illnesses such as asthma and allergies, or such.

And when people would not listen to me, I began writing. I have been writing since I was in elementary school, when I felt my voice had been squelched by adults (those in some kind of perceived authority).

I support independent journalism and FREE PRESS!

I believe so much in the freedom of the press, that I support Rumble by sharing videos there, and plan to do more in the future. But Rumble needs our attention and help!
