Integrating the Spirals: Healing Tinnitus (Part 5)
I am continuing to take fish oil (for about a week now), and the two amino acid supplements—GABA and Taurine. And I continue to do some manual tapping on my ears and hearing re-education (homework provided from my craniosacral specialist), but so far, and unfortunately, I still hear the tinnitus. In addition to this regimen, I am tuning my ears three times a day with my seven tuning forks—thanks to a reminder today from fellow blogger pal, musician/songwriter, and retired nurse, Gray Summers from: https://graysummerstwo.com
I had just decided to take a break (for the summer) from seeing any of the three holistic health professionals (Gudrun, the morphic field/craniosacral specialist; Kathy, the acupuncturist; and Dr. Borsini, the chiropractor), when Gray happened to write an article that mentioned the tuning forks he bought for complementary therapy.
I love the videos that you can watch on the SomaEnergetics website. I have all three of these tuners, so this is the video I watched today. I believe at least two of the tuners I have are therapeutic–perhaps they all are. I bought them several years ago. Integrating the Spirals: Healing Tinnitus (Part 4)
I’ve been taking two supplements—GABA and Taurine for about a month. I still hear the tinnitus.
And I went to a holistic health practitioner who cleared my morphic field among other things, similar to craniosacral work. This shifted the tone and severity noticeably!
I checked in with my dowsing rods and was directed to do Acupuncture 5 more times; I’ve got another acupuncture appointment scheduled for next week. No more chiropractic and no more craniosacral (though I actually like the chiropractor and the holistic gal better than the acupuncturist)! Ha! That tells me for sure that my conscious mind is not ‘in the way of’ the dowsing results!
I’m also going to start taking fish oil again. Because one of the academics in my Theosophy book club strongly recommended it. I actually did a review for fish and krill oil a few years ago: https://beingwhollyvibrant.wordpress.com/2023/03/07/health-benefits-of-nordic-light-fish-and-krill-oil/
I had taken fish oil for a few years but never to relieve a specific issue. So, we’ll see if it relieves the tinnitus! I’ll write another post in a month or so on this topic. Hopefully, it will be the last!

On being authentic
Yesterday, I wrote about how I wanted journalists to be investigative, speak truthfully, and be authentic. Well, I had this video to share also, but I felt the Shawn Ryan video trumped this one. Now, I think this video trumps the Shawn Ryan video. Sometimes, I share so much in my daily music blog posts because there’s just so many great things to share! So, here’s my favorite YouTube video about being authentic. As it turns out, according to what this man saw, being authentic is the #1 we are to be and do!
Dancing and meditating in the sauna
Believe me, last night after I finished reading The Pfizers Papers article I’m about to share, I had to dance to this song and meditate in the sauna. Anything to bring balance back to my mind, body, spirit, and soul. My mind just cannot wrap around how evil (which, I consider to be the opposite of ‘live’), the people are who caused or perpetuated (knowingly or unknowingly) the COVID debacle. At this point, I can only be happy to still be alive. And happy you are too!

I wanted to get this out as quickly as possible to everyone, but I had to finish reading it through first. I’m diligent like that. This is EXCELLENT! And I highly recommend reading through this excerpt of the Pfizer Papers so you’ll understand the importance of why we need Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary. What an astonishingly important (and sad) report! I am sharing this on my blog, SheilaMurrey.net with a few screen captures to entice readers to click and read this in its entirety. We didn’t take the shots because we follow Dr. Sheri Tenpenny, Judy Mikovitz, watched The HighWire with Del Bigtree and saw The Frontline Doctors on live TV talking about the early treatments they were doing that worked! I could NOT believe Washington D.C. didn’t organize a brain trust or Think Tank on this issue immediately when it began! It almost seemed like it blindsided everyone, including President Trump–though thankfully, he spoke up about early treatments like hydroxychloroquine!
I think I had COVID in December 2019 after a trip to Ireland. I knew something wasn’t right when I went to a walk-in clinic and the doctor asked if I had any shortness of breath. I’d never been asked that before, nor had my blood oxygen level checked when I’d had the flu in the past. (And I had a terrible flu in 2005 that I thought would kill me.) I had healed asthma from my body using natural and alternative health means in 2004–asthma I’d had from age 6 to my mid-forties and had taken up to 5 pharmaceutical medications to ease for decades. Detoxing from those meds, I think, was what had made me susceptible to the flu in 2005, but no one really knows. I wrote a book about my entire experience. Amazon has pushed it to the bottom of its category I guess, because I have not sold one copy.

December 19th – Fut the shuck up
It’s December 19th, 2024; We have a clever original song for you today. Fut the shuck up, goes out to all of the mainstream media (MSM) and others who just can’t seem to be investigative, real, or authentic. We need more honesty! This is the three-hundred-fifty-fourth new music post for 2024! Written a few years ago, Richard created the music video specific for 2020, when so much information was being withheld and the very experts who were trying to get the truth out were being silenced! Where was the brain trust? Why didn’t the government put together a Think Tank of experts? UGH! Hopefully, we’re beyond all of that now, and can focus on moving forward! All that ‘ease and grace,’ and ‘love and light,’ stuff didn’t get us too far in 2020-2024, but we have hope, NOW! I just hope those folks will chill (stop the anger and revenge) and JUST BE and COEXIST with those of us who really are working to Make America Healthy Again (MAHA)!
What does success look like to you?
I appreciate the comments I read from a few of you on what success looks like for you. You inspired me to ask this question to the broader audience.
We would love to see some tangible evidence of success for all the work Richard has put into his songwriting. All I can do, I guess, is keep harping about him and his music. I’m open to receive, have been for many years, since writing my first co-authored book where that was the title of my chapter. (I don’t believe I made a penny from that book either.) Ha! We’ve certainly paid our dues. Now, we wait for the Universe to show us!
What it all comes down to is… love
Richard and I spent a couple of hours watching Ryan and his wife discuss his spiritual reawakening. And to think a vacation in Sedona, Arizona was a part of it! Tada! I love that! I know the vortex he’s speaking of in this video too (Boynton Canyon). I’ve been there, and it’s where I used dowsing rods to SEE the vortex of the twisted ‘Energy tree’! Richard wrote this song after we went to Ireland, England, and Scotland in 2019 (on a life-changing Sacred Celtic Journey), because one of our friend, Shari Hinkle, goes fishing with her man. I don’t fish. And Richard doesn’t fish either! LOL! But that’s my hubby. He takes inspiration from people watching and listening to their stories. If you know Shari, her background picture in Facebook is of her holding a huge fish she caught! Yes, if you catch the Big One, be sure to have someone take a picture, so others will believe you when you tell your big fish story! Haha!
I love it when a plan comes together
Shari Hinkle wrote a book too! And I bought it, read it, and wrote a review for her book because I enjoyed it sooo much! (I’m currently reading 80smetalman’s book too, and will review it here when I’ve completed it as well…). Shari’s book focuses on her past life regression sessions with our lovely Patricia McGivern (our hypnotherapist), and the physical healings she manifested from the result of those sessions. It’s fascinating and incredible and I still recommend it to people who “follow the Science.”
As I explained yesterday, Western Medicine let me down in 2005 and led me to write the book, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life. My intention was to help people understand more choices were available. What’s irritating to me is that no one has wanted to read it! Go figure. I guess it has become my barometer to just how ASLEEP people are!
I won’t stop preaching the truth of holistic health until all of us do. Because not many do ‘get it,’ yet. That there are myriad ways to heal.

October 29th – Blame it on the hurricane

This is the three-hundred-first new music post for 2024! I’m so proud of myself (not something I say often, as I am the most humble and ego-less person you’d want to meet), for being so consistent this year. I’ve been able to say what I need to say, and share one of our original songs everyday. Woo-hoo! And speaking of making my voice heard, this song brings up so much for me!
Richard wrote this song (he began it before and finished it after) he experienced an ischemic stroke in October 2022! We were going through a hurricane in Florida and our power was out for 8 days! We’d already gone through so much, having had our power off there for one reason or another before (4 times total outages in the two years we lived in Bradenton, FL), and we’d only moved THERE (to a furnished rented condo), because we’d been living Off Grid in the northeast Florida woods for 17 months in our RV. Richard had all he could take of ‘roughing it.’ So, we picked the particular condo to rent because it was a mile from a hospital and was supposed to be on the hospital power grid, and because the power lines were all underground. But THAT didn’t matter. It was another situation where we had made the best decision we could with the information we understood at the time. And yet, we were still wrong.

Did you ever that old movie with Matt Damon, Mickey Rourke, Jon Voight, Danny DeVito, Claire Danes, Mary Kay Place (one of my favorites), Virginia Madsen (whom we loved in Sideways), Roy Scheider, and even Randy Travis? Watching that movie this morning, really got me thinking of how big money corrupts. And that a person can spend their whole life swimming upstream, fighting the ‘big bad companies,’ like the insurance companies, banks, chemical companies, and so on, and even if you win, you lose. I won’t ruin the end of the movie for you if you haven’t seen it. But I cried because it so closely resembled the fight my parents had in the early 1980s with the banks. I could write a script for movie about that, but who would care? What good would it do?
We see the evidence, or at least hints, of what’s going on all around us, but do we pay attention? And does it change anything?
I’m tired of ‘leading the horse’ to water. I’ll just leave the following right here, without explanation, and as each of us do, we can decide whether to believe or not. And if we ‘connect the dots,’ what then? What action do we take?
I gave up on Big Pharma after Western Medicine let me down in 2005. Actually, they let me down years before that, but 2005 was the last straw for me. I wrote about it in my holistic health book, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life. We tend to only open our eyes and see the truth of what’s going on when things hit home for us. When things impact us personally. It was after I began eating a raw vegan diet, and listening to people in the raw vegan movement, as well as, health practitioners who got slack from people in their churches for practicing Acupuncture, and massage therapists who studied World Religions, that I began to become aware that the world of health was sooo much bigger than I’d ever realized. And how much money my asthma specialists doctors had made off of the asthma I’d had from age 6 to my 40s. But I chose to say, NO MORE. They’ll get no more money from me.

Art class projects from Friday night and Sunday
My daughter and I went to an art class Friday night together and designed another ceramic bowl. She did a small one and gifted me a large bowl for my Christmas present. I chose lapis blue this time. You can’t see the blue yet though, until after it is fired in the kiln. And then Sunday, my son-in-law, daughter, and their twins (our twin granddaughters) went back to the art studio and painted molded ceramics. It was the art studio’s Halloween party, and the owner even dressed us an Axolotl! She went outside and waved at passing vehicles and offered to hand out candy too. Most people smiled at her and honked their horns, but I didn’t see anyone stop for the candy. She danced though! And I thought to myself, “How great is this! She can have fun no matter what”!

It’s September 23rd, 2024; We have an original country love song for you today, though you might find it a bit sad. Ray Barnette lends his vocals again to bring this story song to life. Beautifully produced by Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN.
Here’s the two-hundred-sixty-seventh new music post for 2024, as I consistently offer you a new song to engage your mind each day this year. This is a good slow dance song. I can hear a few of you swaying out there to it now! It’s very touching for sure.
Can you laugh when you’re hurt?
Oh, I shouldn’t tell you this, but this morning, Richard and I were lying in bed and talking about how good it feels to stay in bed on the chilly mornings. Yes! But when I went to stroke his arm, my little finger slipped and poked him right in the eye! Geesh! I pee’d my pants, TWICE, because I was laughing so hard! But of course, I felt bad and guilty and all that, but laughing all the way anyway! Gosh I am so glad he laughed too, though he held his eye shut and began making pirate jokes. Good God. I told him, I’m a horrible wife. But good thing I had just cut down (and filed) all my fingernails YESTERDAY! Ugh.

We’re stuck on Leann Morgan now, after just finding her on YouTube a few days ago. I can sure relate to many of her stories, or ‘bits.’ Here’s the first video of Leann we watched, and the most recent (with a guy you’ll remember from Seinfeld, if you ever watched that TV show)–I just love interview videos. I love getting to know the real person. Yep, there’s that transparency for ya!
Honor your ancestors
My grandmother and great grandmother wore moccasins, and this is my way of honoring them. I even hiked in Sedona, AZ wearing these (back in 2016), and pebbles hurt! Ouch! Uh, huh. How the heck did Native Americans only wear these things (and walk for hundreds of miles)? (I have had mine resoled with leather after I wore out the original suede bottoms.)

The Peace patch is part of my daily hormone reset cocktail. I’ll keep you updated on the results, but it’s only been a couple of weeks and I am definitely sensing an ease to my nerves and body.

I’ve got a few pictures from our eldest granddaughter’s 13th birthday party (no faces though, parental preference–sorry). But this is enough to give you an idea of what kind of place this was. We were thrilled that they had a large enough viewing area for the parents, and grandparents, and that is was quiet (behind a glass wall). Ha!
Birthday play
Jenn is such a runner! Jaclyn was great on the balance beam. And Jewel amazed us with her hand strength (grip strength) on the rings. Wish I had gotten a video of her on the rings–Richard said she looked like a professional!) I have pictures of all the other kids, but cropped most out. I think there were 9 in attendance all together–3 were boys and one of the boys’ little sister attended too. All good kids. There were no arguments, etc. No injuries. They had this room for an hour and there were two trainers watching and instructing as well. One of the boys was able to climb the wave wall to the top and all of us parents cheered!

Case in point, while we were watching all the kids play at the party yesterday, my son-in-law’s sister mentioned her little 6 year old girl went to a summer camp and came back telling her (in a surprised and questioning way) that girls could marry girls. I’m glad I have learned to mind my own business and keep my mouth shut! Ha! (I personally think that’s a bit too young for those kinds of conversations, but who am I? LOL)

September 21st – Come to my senses
It’s September 21st, 2024; We have an original country song about coming to one’s senses. When we can’t seem to forget someone. Ray Barnette offered golden vocals on this Steven Cooper production in Nashville, TN. We’re exceedingly grateful.

Today’s our eldest granddaughter’s 13th birthday party (it’s not her actual birthday, but she’s only home one weekend a month–due to visitation rules), and we’re taking her to a place she’s always wanted to go. We’ll have cupcakes, cookies, etc. and she’s able to bring a few friends with her as well, so it should be a great time. I will have to miss my monthly Zoom call today with Dr. Bruce Lipton, but I know the group will understand. And I can watch the replay in about a week when Bruce’s nephew, Alex, gets it uploaded to the Bruce Lipton commUnity portal. (I love that!)

It’s September 20th, 2024; We have an original country song that was almost a hit. A starry night love song. A wonderful job by this female pro singer from Nashville, TN sang this for Richard many years ago. Another gal wanted to put it on her album but her label didn’t agree, so it never happened. Richard doesn’t remember her name but it was a Mexican singer from Mexico City. She loved this song! Steven Cooper did a fine pro demo of it though at his music studio in Nashville, TN.
