I found out that I can’t use Wondershare Filmora while Richard is logged into it. I’d taken the pieces from my book promo and was going to import them into the new software and see how it would work. But alas, when I couldn’t log into it (without logging Richard out, which I knew would irk him when he went back to use it), I just started making changes in the Mac movie maker software. Speaking of rocks, I bought a new crystal!

The owners were in Massachusetts (a couple hours from where we live) and I thought, at least we didn’t have to drive there! And also, truth be told, if I go to one of these gem and mineral shows, I will spend even more! Haha! Shiny object syndrome for sure! So, I bought this one as my Christmas present. Of course I bought a few other things for our granddaughters and a lovely piece of Ocean Jasper slab to place on my bedside table and reconnect me with the ocean.
When I speak spirit-filled words, I feel GodBumps
I love speaking with people about all things, God, spirit, and the metaphysical. I love it when spirit blends with the body. And I feel that’s what causes this inner sensation I have called, GodBumps. I have written about GodBumps many times and include some of that in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. Our personal lived experience is vastly superior (to us) than ANY rhetoric or propaganda that others tout! That’s my story and I’m sticking with it. And so it is. We Are All Connected whether we choose to acknowledge or ignore. We can choose to detach and free ourselves from suffering. We can choose Holism. What comes around goes around. It is what it is. And so it is.
One reason I signed up for the Super Patch business
My friend, Kary Kruger has shared many memes with me over the years on holistic health. She lives on a horse ranch in Colorado (or has horses, maybe she doesn’t actually live on a ranch, though I get that impression). She’s been into many different multi-level, networking marketing companies in the past, and I’ve considered joining her before, but not until she brought Super Patch to me did I finally decide to take the leap! I love being in commUnity with those who share my love for holistic health. I would love to work at a health food store one day. Time will tell! At least for now, I can sell Super Patches from home and be at home to care for Richard–though now, he doesn’t need as much help from me, and that’s GOOD!

Yes, The Fifth Element is a favorite movie and I believe songs like, Energy, certainly deserve a space and place in a film like that. It’s April 19th, 2024; Here’s an original hard rock song as we roll into the weekend. For those of you who love rock, and prefer the Live production sound, this one’s for you! Richard’s band, The Righteous Buds, who performed around Brevard County, Florida for about ten years (late 1990s to mid 2000s), and this tune was one of their original crowd pleasers.
Aligns with what we’re watching
Here’s the one-hundred-tenth new music post for 2024, as I consistently lay out one of our original songs to the masses. I am always amused when one of the music videos I pick to share pops up in alignment with a show we’re watching. In this case, this video follows the one I shared yesterday (in the sequence of videos on Richard’s YouTube channel), and aligns with the episodes we’re watching of seasons 4 and 5 of Weeds where the protagonist, Nancy Botwin, is with child.
Biology
I find Biology sooo very interesting. I probably would have gone into nursing (as I had several nurses as role models in our family, and even younger cousins who became nurses), but I strongly disliked the sight and smells of blood, puke, and other bodily excretions. UGH! I was even named after my mom’s delivery nurse! So, yes, I give all my nurse friends kudos for handling all of that for sure! I had two children so I totally understand how grateful my mom was to nurse Sheila for helping get me out of her. (I love you, Mom!)
The reason I bring up Biology and my interest in it is that there are a lot of jobs that deal with Biology other than nursing, and I think I would have been GREAT at some of these:
Academic/Medical Researcher (or some kind of Health Archeologist)
Health Writer (Oh, I guess I have done that! I wrote a 200+ page holistic health book)
I love digging in the dirt, both literally and metaphorically. I love digging for evidence of natural healing or healing via alternative methods. I geek out while listening to NES Health presentations (like the one I attended yesterday with Dr. Zulia – here’s a link to their Instagram ad for the webinar. If you’d like to register on the NES Health site, you can watch the replay). I also geek out on lectures by Dr. Zach Bush (he talks a lot about birthing babies and sitting with the dying, as well as the health of soil) and conference proceedings from doctors Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton.
