I went to the movies last night with my daughter, Marie, and eldest granddaughter, Jenn. We saw Wicked. WOW! It did not disappoint! (Well, maybe a bit in the beginning when I thought we were watching Barbie instead of Wicked. Ha! And that it was only PART 1 and was still 3 hours long–yes, I’ve seen the Broadway play version too, so the movie expanded the story.) But Jeff Goldblum delivered the best line, “The Best Way to Bring Folks Together Is To Give Them A Real Good Enemy.” That immediately brought to mind many things that have happened in the last four years! I got to have a nice long phone conversation with my son, Matt, last night while I took a sauna. He was concerned for us, since we got our first snowfall last night and it’s about to get a lot colder in the next few nights. But he was also going through stuff, so we talked heart-to-heart. He misses me, and I miss him. But thank Omniscience we have technology and he can always read my blog to learn what’s going on with us. It felt like a warm hug for sure, though I did get emotional.

After that, I checked my email and replied to a soulie sister regarding family issues and more. She knows who she is. Wink! I’ll keep private things, private. HUGS! Today’s going to be an emotional roller coaster for many, I’m sure. But I am practicing what I preach. I’m hugging myself (inside and outside, wrap one arm over the other and hug–then switch so each arm gets a hug on top of the other). Don’t forget you’re aWEsOMe, no matter what happens. And don’t cry for things that can’t cry for you! That’s something my wonderful husband, Richard, has taught me over the decades. HUGS!

The turkey is almost done. My FIRST rotisserie turkey–ever! Whew! And I’m contributing Southern Baked Beans, Holiday bacon, cornbread, turkey gravy, two pumpkin pies (one spiked with bourbon), and banana bread. Also, two cheese balls and crackers. We sure have a LOT to be thankful for!

Photo: I received a beautiful gift from soulie sister and blogger pal, Debra of Jaguar Spirit yesterday (a few moments after sharing one of her aWEsOMe blog articles within my daily music blog post yesterday). I love it when these synchronicities occur. I didn’t know anything about the Rose of Jericho (Resurrection plant), and when I watched a few YouTube videos, I was REALLY honored and impressed! I can’t wait to create a lovely little tray for this plant to sit in. I’m thrilled! What a Thanksgiving week surprise! Thank you, Debra!

Speaking of blogger pals

My soulie sister, Debra, offers so much truth on her blog Jaguar Spirit. One of her recent blog posts felt so warm and comforting to me… everything resonated! A few days ago I had an experience of healing via meditating on (breathing in) Omniscience, and then (breathing out) Doom, Gloom, Fear/Pain. It worked. It works. We Are All Connected. Air and breath proves it. We rise (like bread) through heat and air. Blessings in ALL ways. Here’s the audio. You might need to turn up the volume or wear headphones as this was recorded in a whisper:

Every breath we take is from God, but every breath we take is not acknowledged.

Breathe in breath from the Holy Spirit, omniscience, God.

Exhale, fear, doom, gloom, doubt, illness in the body.

Oh, the multiple and myriad ideas (that’s the fractal nature of things), that can come from one idea.

Now, I know why I didn’t share Debra’s post and my meditation until today. Very early this morning I awoke with a feeling that one of my aunts (on the Other Side) was near. I fell back asleep. And I dreamt I was with her, having a little chatty chat. She was so happy and lovely. I don’t remember what she told me, unfortunately, but I was able to tell her a couple of things that were very important to me! The last thing I told her that while we’re never in the same place/state of knowledge at the same time, we all learn at differing rates of speed. And she gave me a nod and one of her biggest smiles! It made me feel so warm and comforted! I just had to write her eldest son, John, and share that with him too! He has two sisters and I’m hoping he’ll share this with them over Thanksgiving. If not, I will. HUGS!

Go figure. What’d I say?

WOW! Didn’t I tell you yesterday… “What if Russia gave Mexico billions of dollars and military weapons to help them invade America through our southern border?” And we were watching Redacted a few minutes after I published my blog article and one of the guys in their video literally used that same “Mexico border” analogy/scenario for what’s been going on between Russia and Ukraine. I about dropped my jaw to the floor!

Happy to be here

At this point, all I can say is, we’re happy to be here. Mr. Putin’s constraint is amazing. I woke up this morning wondering if all the people who voted for President Biden know how close we are to WWIII now. I cannot believe how cruel and insane he is to order missile launches on Russia. How would we like it if Russia gave Mexico billions of dollars and military weapons to help them invade America through our southern border? Before this conflict began in Ukraine most Americans didn’t even know where Ukraine was or anyone from there.

See it. Feel it. Heal it. COEXIST

But all I can do is see it, feel it, and heal my feelings of angst. I know We Are All Connected and must COEXIST.

I let go of my Ego decades ago. I just don’t understand doctors, nurses, and other health professionals who continue to stick up for Dr. Fauci and all the lies that were told to us all through COVID. I actually read through a LOT of current event stories, via the news sources (like 1440 news) and influencers we follow (most retired military, government contractors, and Health Freedom advocates). I spend the first two hours or so every morning going through these to curate the best for you. And to save for myself so when/if things do happen, we’re aware and not taken off guard. I guess because of just hearing/seeing everything that happened after the hurricane in North Carolina, we’re a bit gun shy. At least we don’t live in the house up on top of this hill!

November 18th – His place

It’s November 18th, 2024; We’ve got another lost love song for anyone who’s been through a breakup. This is one of Richard’s favorite songs, but for me, it hits differently–it reminds me of my second ex-husband and his house. UGH! Brings back too many bad memories for me. Richard penned this way before me though, and that’s all I tell myself every time it comes up on our playlist. This is the three-hundred-twenty-first new music post for 2024! Yes, my husband, Richard, is very good at getting to the heart of a story and creating relatable original songs. And while I am not triggered by the ones that align with my past, it doesn’t mean I’ve totally conquered past memories. But as I always say, I can choose where to place my focus and find the next better feeling thought! Ha!

As I wrote yesterday, I’m still a work in progress. I think most of us are, so we can forgive, offer grace, and raise our consciousness higher, each and every day. We don’t have to stand in front of the moving train, but we can walk the tracks and appreciate the path. And appreciate the fact that we can get off the track when the train passes by! Ha!

My comment on a meme (“The cause of Addiction is unresolved Trauma”) a friend shared on Facebook yesterday. “I was addicted to drama (thanks to the environment I was raised in). Ha! It led me to getting married at 17 (thought I’d escape the chaos), then again to someone else in my late twenties. UGH! Finally, the words, “know thyself” kicked in and I was able to unravel it, peel the old layers away like an onion skin.” –Sheila Murrey

I think the land clearing that has been going on across the street from where we live has gotten me all shook up. The constant hum of the backhoe (to dig out the rocks that people placed there over a hundred years ago or more), and uproot the tree stumps (they cut down the trees about two months ago, which was also unnerving), and remove part of the hill, has brought back the memory of my mom cutting down many of her beloved trees (back in West Virginia when we built a house). Mom would cry after cutting down a tree and tell me she’d heard a voice saying, “This is all in vain.” And it was. It took six years to build the house that I would only live in less than two years, and she and dad would lose during bankruptcy about five years later. To this day, land clearing disturbs me. I am an environmentalist at heart. It’s something I continue to work through using the process I created, Integrating the Spirals. It’s why I can sit in the middle, truly. It’s why I teach what do and balance myself out daily. It’s why I believe in grounding so much. And grace. Giving myself and others grace, though choosing to cut ties when and as needed. Until shit comes back around again.

I have a whole other article to put out later today or tomorrow on this subject, so stay tuned. Suffice to say, I’m VERY grateful we have Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as HHS Secretary. He’s the bright light in this whole Election if you ask me. As well as President Trump reaching across the aisle and former Democrats joining his cabinet. We need more of that, think or say whatever you will about President Trump. I’m a silver linings kind of gal. Ha!

Setting up my spa room

I finally got the sauna I’ve been researching and eyeing for the last four years, thanks to Robyn Openshaw (The Green Smoothie Girl) talking about it so much, and me keeping our health a priority. And I’m sooo excited! Within the first few nights of sitting in the Relax sauna, I’ve already begun feeling positive results, and the pain I’ve experienced since moving (sciatica) is less and less. First, the sciatica was greatly reduced from wearing the Freedom Super Patch patches, but I didn’t want to have to rely on a patch forever. And I’ve not visited a chiropractor or acupuncture doctor here yet (it’s on my list to do though).

Yes, I reuse so many things so the plants are sitting on plastic tubs we used for moving/storage–some are empty and some store paperwork. My dragonfly painting will hang on the wall just above where it now sits on the chair rail. I also have crystals in the living room/bedroom and in my spa room. They love to sit on the huge windowsills so they can capture moonlight at night. I have selenite along the floor board of each wall in the apartment to cover each of the four directions. November 9th – Skin

It’s November 9th, 2024; We’ve got a hot new original rock song for you. It’s all about skin!  Bubba Hudson offered his great vocals on this pro demo and the smart edgy production is from Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN.

This is the three-hundred-twelfth new music post for 2024! I always believe unless you have ‘skin in the game’ you have no right to complain. But let’s see what you think:

I think you’ve got to put some skin in the game if you want to help people. I’m willing.

I announced my new blog categories in yesterday’s post. Let me give you a high-level brief on what I have planned to add to this blog in 2025. And I must tell you that I will be doing some clean-up of my blog next year, because I’m at 50% capacity here in WordPress and I’m not going to put anymore money into this site to increase that. So, I’ll be removing some images and posts, and streamlining it. I don’t know how many more years I can keep this going, at least, not unless I begin selling more books, or adding the ‘buy me a coffee’ type thing so I can at least make $100 a year from this venture. Just keep this in mind.

Moral ambiguities

From movies, to TV shows, to the books I read, I love moral ambiguities. I think it’s because of all the BS I’ve been through in my life. And how much love and grace I’ve received from those who didn’t judge me at the time. I know each of us can change where we are because I’ve changed. Perhaps by the grace of Omniscience God, or simply because how I was living at any given point in time wasn’t working. Considering life through the lens of moral ambiguities open me to greater perspectives.

Self reflection

As Don Henley suggested in his album, Inside Job, “It’s all an inside job.” We must self reflect if we ever hope to offer ourselves and each other grace. I know I’m here to teach and help others live with more ease and grace. This doesn’t just apply to those who think they’re all full of ‘love and light,’ this applies to ALL. We’re supposed to be unifying, right? We’re the change we’ve been waiting for and I still believe we can COEXIST! So, let’s do this! Love yourself and each other. Mirrorball perspective

I’m happy to offer a philosophy and practical method of using a mirrorball to observe and obtain new perspectives and open ourselves to new ways to understand and communicate with others who see life differently from ourselves. This helps us have more empathy and offer grace to ALL. I feel I understand people better because I dance on the edge of perception under the mirrorball.

Kaleidoscope teaching

The kaleidoscope method I teach is similar to the mirrorball, but we get into fractals and divine design of things in nature. The broken parts of us are useful within the design of our bodies and lives. Actually, when we expand our perception we come to know the broken pieces create the design! Nobody’s ‘perfect.’ There’s no perfection in art.

Multifaceted

I love exploring and talking about the multifaceted parts of life. Again, the kaleidoscope is probably the best example of everything I could say on the subject of living a multifaceted life. And loving it!

Multiverse

This new category will be one where I’ll explore and uncover The Stranger Things kind of stuff and I’ll share some blogs, YouTube videos and more of the stuff I read and watch that continues to sharpen my brain and expand my consciousness.
