On this very special Christmas Eve, I’d love to gift you ALL the gift of healing. May you spend some time alone this evening speaking or singing to the cells of your body. Know that each cell is a glimmer of light, just as the lights sparkle on the water or snow. We are made of light! We are healed. We are whole. Much love and many blessings in ALL ways!

My gift to you

While I was meditating the other night in the sauna, I started speaking these words. And then I was singing them for 20 minutes! After I got out of the sauna, I hit the record on the new iPhone Voice Memo app and captured this (though the melody, yes, even 5 minutes later was different). I’ll just call it a ‘healing audio‘ for now. I would like to put it on a video at some point. Suffice to say, my prayer is that it helps you heal.

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason in the multiverse and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.
