Partial Book chapter drop “We Are All Connected” – Spirituality and Consciousness

One might define spirituality as consciousness and vice versa. Why? Well, the Daoists claim that the dot of creation, the dot within the void, was spirit. If we follow that train of thought, that’s perhaps one reason these two terms are interchangeable. But others frameworks suggest that consciousness and spirituality are related but not interchangeable: consciousness refers to awareness or sentience, while spirituality refers to how that awareness orients toward meaning value, and “something more” than the merely material.

“The reality today is that we are all interdependent and have to co-exist on this small planet. Therefore, the only sensible and intelligent way of resolving differences and clashes of interests, whether between individuals or nations, is through dialogue.”

“We humans are social beings. We come into the world as the result of others’ actions. We survive here in dependence on others. Whether we like it or not, there is hardly a moment of our lives when we do not benefit from others’ activities. For this reason it is hardly surprising that most of our happiness arises in the context of our relationships with others.” ― Tenzin Gvatso, 14th Dalai Lama

It seems obvious to me that the people of the world are not all operating from the same level of consciousness. Let me offer this concept, first written about by Jane Roberts, and later, I’ll fill in the details in the chapter, Afterlife.

Simply understood, the territories of consciousness can be thought of as multidimensional and layered, encompassing both the known waking awareness and deeper, vaster realities that underlie physical experience. At the simplest level, consciousness was seen as composed of basic “units of consciousness” (or CU’s), which form the building blocks of all physical matter, perception, and even the fabric of space itself. These units are inherently creative, self-aware, and interrelated, meaning every aspect of reality—from matter to thought—arises from conscious interaction and intent.

Jane Roberts also outlined “inner senses,” faculties of consciousness beyond ordinary physical perception. These inner senses allow individuals to access deeper subjective experience, intuitive knowing, direct empathy, and an expanded understanding of time and reality. The territories of consciousness described by Roberts span:

• Everyday waking awareness

• Dreaming and altered states

• Deeper subjective realms accessible through inner senses

• Larger fields of nonphysical, creative consciousness that interact to shape both personal and collective reality

Simply put, the territories of consciousness for Jane Roberts (and the entity she channeled, Seth) begin at ordinary thought and sensation but extend into far-reaching, multidimensional realms where physical and nonphysical realities meet and co-create.

Resource: The Seth material by Jane Roberts.

Speaking of altered states of consciousness, this supports parts of recorded conversations and lectures I’ve listened to of Terence McKenna. He was the ethnobotanist who said we could all have a deeper relationship with the divine via experimenting with substances such as ayahuasca, marijuana, and psilocybin from mushrooms. For more regarding this, circle back to the chapter, Botany. Now, I wonder what Jane Roberts was ingesting to wake up her inner senses or tap into some faculties beyond the everyday consciousness.

The rest of this chapter focuses on spiraling on the spiritual, interconnectedness across traditions, how mystical traditions merge, The Holy Bible, proving Bible authorship, The Tao Te Ching, The Book of Mormon, Lesson from the Maya, comparing the numerics, about scholars and rigor, spiritual deepening, oneness, and fractals of Omniscience.

Spiraling on the Spiritual

What lies beyond our human body could be considered spiritual. Think of spirituality as everything we are that is outside of our consciousness, mind, and body. Spirituality is the study of our soul and spirit. I often muse on the words, inspire, spirit, spiral, and spire (of a church). And then I meditate on the spiral of a snail’s shell, a seashell, ocean waves, and ferns.

Revisiting the Spiritual Layer of Consciousness

As presented much earlier in this book, I love to follow the work and observations of thinkers such as Viktor Schauberger and Terence McKenna. I find the simplicity of the spiral pattern in nature to be one of the most relaxing and consciousness expanding visual cues we have.

The way I see it, spirituality beautifully weaves together breath, being, and the spiral patterns of nature; etymology and symbolism support something that I simply intuit. Spirituality can be seen as the exploration of everything we are beyond the surface layer of body, thoughts, and everyday consciousness, while remaining deeply patterned by the same living sacred geometries that shape seashells and galaxies. And the saints of old must have agreed as I’ve found spirals at sacred sites dating back thousands of years.

Mapping Interconnectedness

As presented in the chapter, Layers of Consciousness, any map we might draw to illustrate our interconnectedness with the surrounding infinite field would need to include all of the layers — not simply circular or spiral rings, but it would need to include the space in which they exist. Not an easy task. It might be akin to drawing a rainbow to include the seeming invisible boundaries between each color.

Interconnectedness in and around Physics (universal consciousness and divine essence), that encompasses the Spiritual (universal consciousness and divine essence), that imbues the Biological (anything that breathes, uses vibration, frequency, or language to communicate), and thrives on Social (interacts via language models, cultures)

A drawing representing interconnectedness could be structured as a nested, multi-layered diagram or a network of flowing connections, using visual metaphors to link the concepts. The core idea is that everything is fundamentally linked, from the universal scale to the social. My mind tends to better grasp large complex subjects when I can draw them out on a piece of paper. However, I’m not a trained illustrator or artist, so I’ve asked AI to help me with this task.

If one could simply map out a drawing of Interconnectedness, visualized by using structural elements it might look a bit like this:

Taking it a step further, our diagram could be represented by a unified field or a cosmic web/tree of life design that permeates all other elements.

Layers, Levels, Doses, and Degrees of Universal Existence

In the last several years of exploring what it really means that We Are All Connected, a simple framework has kept returning to me: life unfolds in layers, levels, doses, and degrees. Often, we can understand the vastness of the macro by looking closely at the micro and then applying those patterns from one scale to another. It is not perfect in every circumstance, but it comes surprisingly close.

When I picture universal existence, I see an outermost layer like a vast, swirling galaxy or quantum field, with subtler layers nested inside—physics, biology, society, and spirit all interacting. In that imagined map, every part affects the others. Nothing can be removed without changing the whole, which is a beautiful visual reminder that nothing and no one truly exists in isolation.

The Spiritual Layer would be interwoven with physics, represented by glowing light, a central “divine essence” or “universal consciousness” symbol (e.g., a bright, radiating light source or a sacred geometry pattern). This suggests that consciousness is a fundamental aspect of reality, as some theories propose.

The Biological Layer would display a the universal container, focused on life on Earth. Use green, earthy tones, and organic shapes (cells, DNA strands, natural landscapes). Highlight living organisms that “breathe” with small illustrations of animals and plants. Incorporate subtle icons representing vibration, frequency, and language (sound waves, brain synapses). This demonstrates how biological systems process information and connect through various means.

The Social Layer — to represent the inner, dynamic layers that interact with the biological and spiritual layers, using more defined human figures, networks, and communication lines. Colors can be diverse to represent different cultures. This layer would show interaction points and a flow of information between individuals. We want to represent the various languages of the main cultures with flowing lines of text illustrating how shared narratives and information processing shape social power and interaction.

While it may seem impossible to show the relationships between the layers with gradient color transitions this might be the closest AI could get to it in a 2D model. I submit that our planet, Mother Earth, Gaia, is the 5D representation of such a model where each of us can live as individuals, yet connect with other humans, plants, animals, and minerals in such a way as to learn, grow, and understand via feedback loops and come to a knowledge of our universe. Our senses only allow us to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch a portion of our environment, but every particle, thought, and social interaction, depending upon how and when it is observed can give us a clue as to the unbroken, undivided web of reality.

Any drawing of this nature should present a unified, organic whole, where no single part can be removed without affecting the entire structure, visually emphasizing that “everything in existence is fundamentally linked, with nothing existing in isolation.” And that would be quite the tall order for any illustrator or artist in my humble opinion.

We’ll revisit the spirals in the last section, Spiral Ascension Path, at the end of the Afterlife chapter.

Interconnectedness Across Traditions

Growing up in an interfaith family—Latter-day Saints on one side and non-church going Methodist on the other—and watching my own family branch into new traditions (my eldest granddaughter is a quarter Jewish), has required a different kind of spiritual flexibility. Daily life has meant sitting at the same table with people who hold strong, sometimes conflicting beliefs, and still choosing to love each other.

Eventually, I came to understand that every tradition arises from a particular worldview. Whether or not I resonate with an entire system, I can still notice which teachings genuinely nourish my spirit and soul, and which do not. And I can also choose, at times, to step outside all systems and simply rest in direct experience. Perhaps it is enough, to allow that there may be truth in the saying, “Every person is connected to all others in God’s plan.”

Perhaps it’s enough to allow for the possibility of truth in the saying, “Every person is connected to all others in God’s plan.”

Theme of Interconnectedness and Unity

When we begin to read across the world’s sacred texts, one theme rises again and again: interconnectedness. The language changes, the symbols differ, but the underlying message is remarkably consistent—that all life, existence, and spirit are woven into one living whole.

In the Bible, for example, Paul’s image of many members forming “one body” points to a unity in diversity, where each person is a vital part of a greater living presence. The Tao Te Ching speaks of the Tao flowing everywhere, giving rise to all things without claiming ownership. Buddhist teachings describe dependent origination and Indra’s Net, where every jewel reflects every other, mirroring the truth that nothing exists in isolation.

The Bhagavad Gita affirms that seeing the same divine presence in all beings dissolves the illusion of separateness. The Quran speaks of a single soul from which many men and women arise, grounding human diversity in a shared origin. Indigenous and shamanic traditions remind us that harming one part of creation affects the whole spiritual ecology. Even the Golden Rule, found in multiple faiths, offers a practical expression of this unity: what we do to others, we ultimately do to ourselves.

1. The Bible (Christian and Jewish Scriptures)

The Judeo-Christian texts emphasize unity within diversity and humanity’s connection to creation through the divine spirit.

  • “So we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another.” — Romans 12:5
This verse presents the Church—and humanity—as an organic whole, each person a vital part of a single living body.
  • “There is no longer Jew or Greek, slave or free, male or female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.” — Galatians 3:28
This passage abolishes separation, affirming an underlying unity beyond social differences.
  • The Hebrew concept of shalom originally referred to a cosmic harmony linking humans, creation, and God—a peace born of right relationship. Biblical prophets like Hosea and Jeremiah warned that human injustice disturbs this natural interdependence. I offer a chapter in this book on The Holy Bible to dive deeper into the scriptures.

2. The Tao Te Ching (Taoism)

The Tao reveals the self-organizing wholeness of the cosmos:

  • “The great Tao flows everywhere. All things are born from it, yet it does not create them.”
Lao Tzu’s vision sees multiplicity as variations of one eternal current—each part distinct yet inseparably linked.

Taoism/Daoism promotes the idea of living in harmony with the Tao/Dao (the Way) and the flow of all life. I offer a chapter in this book on The Tao Te Ching to take this a bit deeper.

3. The Dhammapada (Buddhism)

Buddhist texts teach dependent origination (pratītyasamutpāda)—that all phenomena arise in relation to others.

  • “All things are interdependent. When this is, that is.” — Buddha, Dhammapada 1:5
This principle acts as a law of cosmic causality: compassion and suffering are shared because nothing exists in isolation.

Mahayana Buddhism philosophy extends this idea through Indra’s Net—an infinite web where every jewel reflects every other, symbolizing perfect mutual containment and universal awareness. This philosophy offers that our minds create the illusion of life and death. This idea is presented in the book, The Tibetan Book of the Dead.

4. The Bhagavad Gita (Hinduism)

The Gita describes interconnectedness as divine immanence—the presence of God in all beings.

  • “Established in oneness with me, one who beholds me as present in all beings, that yogi resides within me, in all circumstances.” — Bhagavad Gita 6:31
This verse expresses the core of Vedantic philosophy: seeing the same divinity (Atman/Brahman) in all things erases the illusion of separateness.
  • The wider Hindu corpus (Upanishads, Rig Veda) proclaims the oneness of existence, encapsulated in the formula Tat Tvam Asi (“Thou art That”), linking individual self and cosmic self as one reality.

5. The Qur’an (Islam)

Islamic scriptures describe all of creation as signs (āyāt) of divine unity.

  • “He created you from a single soul, and from it made its mate, and from the two spread many men and women.” — Qur’an 4:1
This founding unity of life roots human diversity in shared origin and spiritual equality.
  • “To God belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth; and all things return to Him.” — Qur’an 42:53
Interconnectedness here flows from tawhid, the indivisible oneness of God reflected throughout creation.

6. Indigenous and Shamanic Texts

Many shamanic and animist traditions, particularly those preserved in oral or early written records, emphasize life’s reciprocity.

  • In traditional Native American and Siberian shamanism, the Earth, animals, and ancestors belong to one living continuum. Sacred texts and rituals in these systems affirm that harming one part of creation affects the entire spiritual ecology.
  • Many times humans feel the need, albeit carefully and with good intention, to thin the herd, prune the tree or plant, or amend the soil. But nature can perform these tasks on its own without human intervention. Sometimes when we watch a thunderstorm take out a tree or set fire to a forest, observe one animal kill another for food, or a baby bird fall from its nest, we can appreciate the concept, though it isn’t always easy to watch the circle of life on this planet.

7. Interfaith Teachings

Modern comparative theology highlights parallels across faiths:

  • “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” — found in Christianity, Confucianism, Hinduism, Jainism, and Sikhism.
The “Golden Rule” stands as a universal expression of ethical interconnectedness—every action toward another is action toward oneself.

Across traditions—from the Vedas to the Qur’an, the Torah to the Tao—the sacred view of existence is relational rather than isolated. Interconnectedness is not only a moral concept but a description of reality itself: each being is a ripple in a vast divine continuum, a reflection of the same sacred whole.

End of the first three segments of this chapter. The chapter has fourteen segments. The book is just over 600 pages. Let me know if you are interested in receiving a link to purchase it. I’m setting the book launch date as: March 18th, 2026! It will be available on Amazon.

Integrating the Spirals

I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

Integrating the Spirals: Happy New Year!

So, here we are, in a brand spanking new year! Woo-hoo! I sure hope 2026 brings all of us health, wealth, and wisdom! I’m considering doing a book tour for my 5th book, We Are All Connected. I’m planning on renting a car this spring or summer and taking Richard to Kentucky (with stops in Pennsylvania to visit a cousin and a friend, and in West Virginia to see family and friends), so we COULD stop in at a few bookstores or such and see if I can drum up some support for the book. I’ll be reaching out to a few of you for advice on how to best go about that. Plus, I’ve got some wonderful marketing lined up… a big name has offered to share my information and book link out to his massive email list!! More on that as we get nearer to the time of release.

We’re doing much better this winter than we did during our first winter in New England. We aren’t even using our electric blanket on the bed! And Richard loves our new red light therapy device too–yes, believe it or not, he’s using it! Here’s the link if you’d like to check these out: Red Therapy Co

Speaking of the temperatures, I thought it was curious that the very day 3I/Atlas was nearest to earth (Dec. 19th 2025), it was the warmest day of the winter here in NH and in much of the northern USA! Wow! Go figure.

I’m going through my 2025 calendar and I’m fairly surprised at how productive I was!

I took several art classes (I loved the clay and etchings classes the most and want to do more); I had lots of Zoom calls (with Michael of Peaceful Rampage, with my Theosophy book club (twice a month), and once monthly with Dr. Bruce Lipton and commUnity, with IONS, Consciousness and Healing Initiative (CHI), Lazarus Initiative, Shared Crossing Project, and most recently Herbal Cottage (friends in Cocoa Beach, Florida run that; as one of their first 100 members I’m in for free for herb classes, which I very much appreciate–we use the Skool app for that, but it’s been an easy learning curve for me). I pay an annual fee for a few of these groups. Few are free.

I also bought live access to a 3-Day consciousness conference–it was the first time I’d done this. Our dear Bruce was a headliner and I love Gregg Braden and Anita Moorjani as well, so it was a no brainer. Here’s my previous article about it: https://sheilamurrey.net/2025/04/22/thrive-in-25-expanding-consciousness-via-3-day-livestream-conference/

Early in the year, I was certain I could clear the tinnitus I’ve had and went for quite a few health treatments such as Reflexology, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and worked with a couple Energy Medicine type practitioners–one was in person and local to me (she did a different type of craniosacral therapy on me) and another lady offered more of what turned out to be talk therapy and breathwork via Zoom. The lady via Zoom was actually more expensive than the in-person gal, so I opted out of her sessions and if I need more treatments, I will go for in-person treatments since at least, they are hands on and there’s so much to be said energetically, for that.

I still experience tinnitus. I have tried many things, including Qi Coil and now, the red light therapy. The red light has made some small bit of change in pitch of the buzzing/whirring I experience, and the Qi Coil (when I’m running the ‘clear auditory tubes’ at night when we’re in bed) has been best at completely eliminating the noise, but sadly, the noise returns as soon as I turn the Qi Coil off.

My daughter and I took a line dance class at our local Opera House–we’d went more just to have a girls night out though and didn’t realize it would be so much of a ‘class.’ Months later, we took two of the granddaughters (one was sick and couldn’t go) back to the Opera House (we all walked to/from there) and enjoyed a Christmas show with dancing and photo opportunities with Santa and Mrs. Claus. We all enjoyed that. The girls got to meet some K-Pop Demon Hunters gals in costume and were thrilled with that too!

I went trick-or treating with the family too and had a blast, though yes, it was cold and I was freezing! Next time, I’ll bundle better and take a thermos of hot tea or such. Some neighbors offered us warm cider but I don’t always do well with that and didn’t know how much longer we’d be walking. The joys of being an old person. LOL Ugh.

As a family this year, we went to an indoor flea market and that was fun. I found some Avon Nativity collectable pieces I’d been missing, so I bought those and I’ve been enjoying seeing a full Nativity on our bookshelf this Christmas season.

We also celebrated our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding anniversary by going to Loon Mountain in the White Mountains region and rode the gondola. That was a blast! I overdid the hiking though and almost got stuck trying to go to the cave. Thankfully, I made it back up the mountain unassisted–though my son-in-law had came looking for me when all three of the granddaughters had came back to the picnic area, sans grandma! Ha!

We also had a great time at the annual Pumpkin festival. We didn’t get to the speedway for the Christmas lights though (as we did last winter), because at one time or another one of the girls, our daughter, or son-in-law were sick. Oh well! Hopefully, we’ll get to go next winter!

I began songwriting on Suno AI nearly a year ago (on January 16, 2025) to be exact.

We’ve cleaned up our diet a bit and a few months ago I gave up hard liquor. I still have a bit of wine or sake, but I’m almost ready to let that go too. We buy two bottles of Koso per month–it’s a fermented pre and probiotic from Japan that we found out about on a YouTube video vlog. It was my first substitute for my evening cocktail. Now, I am finding it too sweet too. Richard still likes it though and has continued to order it. He takes a shot of it with his breakfast every other day.

Speaking of Richard, we hosted his sister and her husband here for a few days during their birthday time in August. Yes, they share a birth date–though they are many years apart. My uncle has the same birth date too. I’ve always found that kind of synchronicity fascinating.

I started drinking a pint and a half of lemon-lime herbal infused mineral water daily. As well as a protein drink each day to which I add rose hips and sea buckthorn powder. My theory is that by increasing my nutrition, the less I’ll eat overall and lose some of this lard. I have released about 10 pounds in the last six months and am down one pants size. So yay ME! I think Jiggle Butt has something to do with that weight loss as well.

And my JIGGLE BUTT videos have been going really well. I’ve stayed accountable to doing my dancing every day (even when I have had sore knees or back) and I’m up to 149 subscribers as of today! I want to get my YouTube channel monetized at some point, better this year than next! Even if I make a few dollars a month, it would help. Living on Social Security, even without owning anything, is not for the faint of heart, especially when one wants to go and do with grandchildren.

Warren Buffet Goal list 2025 accomplishments

My numerology Life Path is a #5. If you’re into such things, you can look that up. Accomplishments seem important for me, which is probably why I am always, “busy, busy, busy” to quote my dearly departed dad who told me that every time he used to call me.

I had a short TO DO List though for 2025 of goals to achieve for the year. And I nearly completed each one. One goal was to finish my 5th book–and I very nearly have! I’m in editing mode now.

I had wanted to visit WV and OH for my 45th HS reunion and I did, though I got sick three hours before the main event and missed it! I know. I was pissed about that too. But I did get to see the most important people to me while on that trip, so there’s that.

I also got to Salem, Massachusetts to experience the witchy city and meet up with dear friend Jennifer Carey (whom I’d met years ago in Florida and did the Breakthrough program with). Her husband has read my manuscript for We Are All Connected and given me wonderful feedback on it already too! Do you sense the circular impact here?

Currently, or most recently

I happened upon a video post from Sly Stallone on Facebook today and I watched it with great intent! I shared it publicly on my Facebook page too. It was THAT good! I made a lengthy comment to Sly in case he (or someone in his family) might see it. I really respect him and it helped to see him sitting in front of a huge binder of HAND WRITTEN pages–he completed his memoir. He’s calling his book, The Steps. We can probably imagine why too (for the steps he used to run up/down in Philadelphia when he was training… and that were shown in the film, Rocky).

We also watched a YouTube (that was probably all done on AI) the other night and it was such a good story (from Clint Eastwood) that I teared up. Here it is if you like him. With my background in Aviation and Aerospace it hit close to home for me: https://youtu.be/EDafHdy9Xpw?si=pD43O2H1nQWH7uqR

We’re now watching season 4 of the TV series, Justified. I have asked dear hubby to write a funk-a-billy song for me to dance to now. Haha! It seems I’m getting more channel growth (more subscribers) on YouTube because of my smile and enthusiasm for what I’m doing. I wish I’d get more comments about the songs though, as that and getting more movement into my day were my initial motivations for doing the videos, but alas, one never knows what the public will get out of anything, why they’ll like it, or if they’ll stick around. Fame is fleeting. And I’m not in it for fame, thank God.

Here’s a few recent photos and links to the blog posts I wrote earlier in the year that stand out to me as I scroll through my monthly archives:

My Christmas Day meal and it was all I ate that day and was still way too much!
Daughter’s Christmas tree and all the presents. The granddaughter’s decorated the tree this year. Aww!
I finished writing my longhand notes in a very heartfelt and impressive journal. I’m not sure I’ll continue journaling (as my hand gets tired after a page or two), and I prefer to type on my MacBook Air keyboard. Unlike Sly Stallone, I learned to type in high school and I love the feel of the keys under my fingertips! Plus, when journaling, I would get a week or two behind, especially while I was heads down writing, We Are All Connected. This particular UK journal was a suggestion from fellow blogger, Gray Summers from: https://graysummerstwo.com

This is the potential front book cover. We love the flower of life!

Richard is going to rework this one to make the back cover (so the text will go away and a block of text will layover the middle). I loved there were more people on it and that it had a more DNA look to the frequency bands flowing between the people.

Happy New Year everyone! Many blessings and much love!

Book chapter drop via Substack of “We Are All Connected” – Coverups Exposed

I thought I’d try something new. I dropped a whole chapter from my upcoming 5th book, We Are All Connected onto (or into?) Substack. Yes, I’m always trying new things, and this is just one of such examples. I will be curious to see what kinds of comments I get there, and whether the Substack comments will be as supportive (or divisive) as the ones all of my kind WordPress folks offer me.

Consider it my Christmas gift to you. Here’s the link:

So, the race is on. Check it out. And let me know if you use Substack too. I’m curious how many of us are publishing in both platforms. Don’t worry, I just paid for another year to be here on WordPress with my name as the URL, so I won’t be leaving anytime soon. (I’m not at all sure I like the Substack platform anyway.)

A couple of you have told me you checked out the draft of We Are All Connected and you like where it’s going. I’m nearly through the editing part now, but reading and voicing it also, to be able to cut more. I’m also highly considering publishing it as TWO books!!

This idea came to me last night while discussing “long form” vlogging and blogging. And short video clips, handbooks, cliff notes, etc. for those with short attention spans. I find it curious that Shawn Ryan and Joe Rogan can do 3-4 hour long video interviews on YouTube and have attained a massive following! Then I also get bombarded with YouTube shorts, which give us YouTubers a LOT more views and count toward quicker monetization. Anyway, suffice to say, people either love the “long format” video and books, think Harry Potter, or the millions of YouTube video “shorts”!

I do hope everyone had a lovely and merry Christmas today, for those of you who celebrate it. We had a big meal earlier with the family and we all opened presents last night. (Richard actually used the Red Light therapy device today that I’d bought months ago and put away for our shared Christmas gift to each other. Yes, because it was pricey.)

Hubby and I just finished the last two seasons of Ray Donovan (we had quit watching it years ago and had missed those, so when I noticed it was on a few weeks ago, we decided to binge watch it). I’m aggravated at how it ended though. Ugh! But apparently there’s a movie that wraps it all up. I am on the hunt for it now. Oh, and we’re in Season 2 of Justified, with Timothy Olyphant. Really enjoying that show!

Again, Merry “Murrey” Christmas everyone!

Integrating the Spirals: Let’s play a game! And progress on my 5th book (with link where you can read it)

The month of December has been flying by for me. But I do have a second draft ready (for those of you who would like to preview it) of my 5th book, We Are All Connected. Happy Winter Solstice and 3I/Atlas being at its nearest! What a day!

Because my Theosophy book club leader spoke on the significance of Matthew 6:22 to her on our call today, I decided to play a little game with it and AI on Facebook, and then I thought it might also be fun to extend it out to you all via WordPress!

I thought a fun thing to do might be to compare what some of the different AI sites had to say about Matthew 6:22. Here’s the first one I looked at, from Google:

Matt 6:22 per Google AI

If you’d like to play along just type in Matt 6:22 into whichever AI you use and take a screen capture of it, or copy and paste the outcome into the comments. Thank you for playing!!

If you’d like to read, and give me feedback on my 5th book, I have a link to Dropbox if you want to read it and can navigate Dropbox (please don’t print it out as it’s 500 pages).

We must love Timothy Olyphant because now we’re binging on the initial 6 seasons of the original series of, Justified. And yes, I love the funky hillbilly theme song and hear it in my sleep! Ha!

And to question EVERYTHING!

Integrating the Spirals: Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Because I’ve been continually working on my 5th book, We Are All Connected, I’ll share a beautiful Thanksgiving mass email I received today from the folks over at, TCCHE.

Join me in receiving emails and updates from TCCHE at: https://tcche.org

That email sums up how I’m feeling about all of you. And how I’m feeling so blessed to be with family today (it was so easy to simply bake and cook and then run everything next door)! Plus, we got to spend time with our son-in-law’s mother and her husband, and our three lovely, loud, and vibrant granddaughters. Whew! Big day. Lots of food. Lots of love. I said grace at the table and shared an Energy blessing. In one word, the grace I said was, One LOVE. And I draw a big heart in the air over our table. Later, Richard, said he thought we should all share one thing we’re grateful for. And each of us did! We even shared more than one thing!

Not to make anyone hungry, here’s some of the food. And yes, we had turkey (see, Linda? Ha! I remembered to enjoy a bite for you!) I made a pumpkin pie, man candy bacon, and pineapple upside down cake.

Cheese ball with crackers. It’s never a holiday in our house without a cheese ball. And yes, there’s a story about these. Haha! Wouldn’t you know it (it has to do with my first marriage)?
Man candy bacon. It went over so well last year, everyone wanted me to make 2 pounds of it this year! It takes a bit of time to make it, but it’s so worth it. FYI: We didn’t eat pork for about the first 15 years of our marriage, so this is huge deal for us. And only once a year.
Our son-in-law makes this amazing Canadian meat stuffing that’s half pork and half beef and includes special spices (it takes him hours to make it). Even their picky eater girls love it (that tells you something)! So, I loaded up on that (top of my plate). Plus, turkey, regular stuffing, gravy, a cheese roll, a little mac-n-cheese (that he also makes homemade) and pumpkin dip that my daughter made from a new recipe. We usually always do have something old. But yes, Mike’s meat stuffing is the real deal. Richard said it reminded him of haggis (that we had in Scotland in 2019). I think for the consistency and spice that we don’t normally have.
The pineapple upside down cake (I would say this is a nod to the upside down in Stranger Things, but it’s in memory of my mom). And we had chocolate silk cream pie in memory of my dad. Plus, I baked a traditional pumpkin pie. We waited an hour after we ate our lunch to have these desserts and no, I could’t eat them all.

My daughter and I thought of my dearly departed mother as we ate the pineapple upside down cake (as mom used to make that a lot), and we had chocolate cream pie, which was always my dad’s favorite. We bought fudge from a local German bakery because mom used to always make fudge and also because our longtime family friend, Liz, is from Germany. We tried to remember all the special people in our lives today.

Hours later, I can’t even look at the fudge. Ha! I haven’t been able to put another bite of food in my mouth. Mind you, I’ve only been eating one meal a day for a few months, and this was more food than I would normally ever eat. I’ve been doing so good in regard to diet and exercise that I don’t want to set myself back much simply to celebrate a holiday. Of course we still have Christmas and my birthday to get through, but after that, I’m planning on a three-day water fast. I understand all too well what eating too much can do to a body.

Much love and hugs to ALL of you! I hope everyone enjoyed their time with family, or if not, at least got to give them a call, or send special thoughts to them. You wouldn’t believe how important it all is (the more I research and put into place in this 5th book). Ah!

We finished watching a series called, Justified: City Primeval starring Timothy Olyphant and his real life daughter. It was only one season, but if they do a season 2, we’d be interesting as it would include Walter Goggins as the villain. And we like him.

Integrating the Spirals: Couple hot topics

I have been learning a LOT while working to complete my 5th book. I’ve come to find out that the Observer Effect is REAL. And at this moment, I’m literally experiencing it, after reading about a dear family friend (Gary) who’s had a stroke and brain bleed. And he’s currently in the hospital with his family gathered around him. As I wrote out my prayer for him and his family (in a Facebook message), and then said it (while sitting here resting for a moment between my daily tasks), I began feeling a sensation in my chest I have never had before! I don’t know what it is/was (it’s now dissipating thankfully), but for a couple moments, I laid my hand on my chest and thought, “If this is it, and it’s my TIME to go, I’m good to go it alone.”

My hubby is upstairs.

I know when the end comes, or the transition to the Grand Beyond, we go alone anyway. Then again, it only seems that way.

In speaking on the phone with my last living uncle, Jim, (who is a pastor) about my book, he summed it up in five minutes. He told me he felt God gave me that experience of being awakened in the middle of the night by a deep male voice (of someone not there physically) say the words, We Are All Connected, twice.

My uncle said he felt it occurred so that it would set me on this journey. And that it would be a blessing. That someone would need to hear or read about my experience. He also told me, “We’re never alone.” And I’ve written on both subjects (We Are All Connected and We’re never alone) many times. And now, in my 5th book, I’m writing a lot about frequency, planes of existence, and consciousness, that drives these points home.

At any rate, yes, I do desire to bless others. But I’m human too, and as my friend and fellow author, Michael (of https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com) can tell you, I procrastinate big time. While encouraging him, being his weekly “check in” to keep writing his book, He Was Weird Too, he’s heard me come up with all kinds of excuses NOT to finish my book. And then, fellow blogger and author Lauren Scott sent me a reply that I’ve saved and read (almost) daily, for a couple of months, that fired me up about finishing this book. I’ll share it with you, in case you are also procrastinating about something:

Now, here’s what I really came here now to say. I’ve disagreed with some of you on political topics. And I have even unsubscribed from some of you. If you’re still following me and I’m not following you, that’s why. I left without telling you, but here it is. And I’m sorry. Watching what has just happened with Marjorie Taylor Greene helped me see my error. We each have a right to our opinions, beliefs, and view on life. Most of us want the best outcome and simply disagree on the HOW.

So, here I sit, bemused that I’ve not blogged in weeks because I’ve been so heads down on this book. And here I sit realizing my end could come at any moment and I’ve been ignoring many of your posts (of those I do still subscribe to) because I’ve been living in my own little book writing world. Sometimes, that’s what we have to do to get things done. I get it. It is what it is.

MUST READ:

We finished watching a series called, Only Murders in the Building last night. It was five seasons and was put out by Hulu. We got to see it because my daughter and son-in-law added us to their Disney account. My husband thought it would be great to check the show out because it stars Steve Martin and Martin Short. He said it would be funny. And it has been. I recommend it. And while the topic certainly seems dark, ‘murders,’ it’s more of a detective ‘whodunnit’ thing than a bloody gore thing.

I hope to share more enlightening information with you soon.
