I don’t think I’ve ever described it this way quite this way before. But after leaving on my second (of a two day) class for Level II Reiki, I feel that I’m only speaking (in all of my writings and talks) to people who ultimately feel a responsibility within themselves to grow their consciousness, to grow their being and connect with (and you can call this any name you would like but it’s a another version of you in essence). It may be your inner child, it may be your Higher Self it may be God, Creator, Divine, Source Energy, the Unified Field, The Field, fractal universe, multiverse, The Force, or The Energy. Omniscience is the word I prefer because it definitely explains how God is Everywhere. All at once. And sees ALL. Omniscience hears ALL frequencies on and in The Field. And creates all and is really the underpinning for everything that exists in the universe, and, in particular, each of us.

So, I’m very grateful for you and glad you’re getting something from this blog. I do believe that it’s for all “believers.” Because if you’re a person who only believes that you are only the body you reside in currently, that you’ve never lived before, as in your consciousness has never existed anywhere else in the universe before, and you don’t believe your consciousness is going to exist anywhere after you leave this body (in other words, you don’t believe YOU go anywhere after this body dies), you are not the person I’m writing this blog for. You’re not the person I’m speaking to right now (for those listening to the audio).

The person that I’m speaking to right now has some belief that they have a soul and a spirit and that they are not this body, this body is a temporary sheath, a meat-suit a spacesuit, a temporary asset that you own. And this is why when Jesus walked the planet 2000 years ago, he said, let thine eye be single. You’re in the world, not of the world. And you have a responsibility to take care of and guard your body Temple. I’m loosely paraphrasing to give you an example that he was teaching the temporary-ness or temporal-ness of this body, and yes, he could bring a dead body to life. Yes, he could. lay hands on someone, put mud on someone’s eye to make the blind see, the lame walk etc. We can do all these things as well. He said we would.

We have the tools available to us. We have the resources available to us. Either surgically, medically, or spiritually psychically (as in psychic surgery cases and things of that nature), as well as Reiki, as well as laying on of hands prayer work and such. Your intention, visualization, speaking words of health, light, love, growth, opportunity, and helping people to see a different version of their future so that they are healthier and living a more vibrant life. Those are all ways that we can affect one another because We Are All Connected.

I see the divine as Omniscience because God is the underlying Omniscient Force that envelops everything in the universe and is the blueprint–the structure.

When I meditate, I see the underpinning framework the Reiki symbols hang on. The world’s languages hang on this framework, the light languages and the words we think and speak. They (the words with their intended meanings) penetrate and hang on this framework. And when we die in the physical body, our consciousness goes into the Grand Beyond because the Grand Beyond is this framework. And we can go through it as well as hang on to it. Those of us who believe Jesus Christ is our personal Savior. We have a relationship with Him. We have a kinship, we have an acknowledgement from Him. We have a vow with Him. We have a promise from him, that He will be there to deliver us from any “evil,” which in my estimation is a “misstep.” We have simply missed the mark. We have made a misstep (or some say “mistake”). Jesus will be there on the Other Side to course correct for us (His believers and followers). But if we don’t believe in Jesus, and this is where I am different than 99% of the people who talk about religion and spirituality, WE are simply hanging onto other branches. In the tree, if you look at a Banyan tree (it’s a prime example of what I see as the best representation of this principle). The Yew tree as well, is a prime example. The trunk of the Yew is made up from multiple branches, limbs, vines and so forth that wrap around and create a stronger trunk. All the branches wind around to form and strengthen the tree trunk. Branches spiral, twist, and wrap around each other. And so the tree itself, the base of the Yew tree is the combination of all of its branches.

Now why is this important? Because every faith and even if you aren’t a part of an organized Faith structure, you are a branch or vine and you are enveloped in the wrapping of this spiritual tree. So, if you can picture one single tree made of hundreds of branches or even thousands of branches, limbs, and vines–they are ALL connected. This is why the various paths lead to one place. There is an Above and there is a Below. You can reach both through any Faith branch. If you will. And if you are the lone person who believes in XYZ I still believe you can be enveloped by that tree (Omniscience) and be absorbed into that tree, either through one of the main branches or through a vine, or weed! Let’s say if we’re using that tree, Yew tree or Banyan tree as the example, it’s not impossible for a branch to be cast off.

But again, that involves choice. The creators choice and your choice. If you want to be enveloped in a part of that tree, whichever path you’ve chosen will get you there. Some paths may be more, may be shorter, or may be longer. Some paths may be more crooked and have more angles and you may look at those challenges as missteps, but eventually you will be welcomed into the fullness of that tree and it will be explained (to you).

Answers may come after you’ve crossed over or transitioned into another consciousness. Again, (this is all larger) than Heaven and Hell. I see life as the growth of your consciousness and once you cross over, you’re going to continue growing! You may continue as a spark of divine consciousness. You may come back as a human. You may come back in another life form somewhere else on another realm. You may just hang on to a frequency in the Field. There’s any number of ways that you could continue to grow your consciousness and for those who are interested in reading more about that or studying more about that or hearing more about that I highly recommend the Institute of Noetic science (IONS). I also highly recommend the Monroe Institute. If you know of any other scientific exploration or scientifically backed exploration I would certainly be open to hearing about those communities in the comments section below this article.

Thank you. God bless you. God bless the universe. And the world. My heart is so open. And I see myself as a porous vessel. A vessel that longs for connection that longs for peace and unity, but I also understand that the fire can burn off chaff from the wheat. I understand the fire can purify. And I understand fire helps us destroy the things in our life that are no longer needed as we continue our track to improve and grow our consciousness. And with that said, Nothing is ever wrong. Everything Resolves to Gratitude. We grow through the dirt even when it’s unpleasant and we don’t consciously ask for it. But it’s necessary because we’re on this journey and our soul and spirit knows we need the growth. We have dirt in our lives that may be painful, messy, ugly, or horrible. But we’re on a mission. We’re on a journey and growth is our forward motion progress. With love, Sheila Murrey and… ?

Reiki, practices, churches, and not denying the Power within

It is wonderful to be with you. I’m humbly honored to serve. I go to a Reiki circle in Bradenton, Florida every other Tuesday night. Because even though I may not always feel the energy in my hands, I’m practicing. I’m practicing being a vessel. And I love the connections I’ve made there. (I’m going for another Reiki certification Oct. 23 and 24, 2022 and another weekend in November as well.)

My first Reiki Level I certification was in 2009.

You know doctors are only practicing medicine. And that’s an important point. Let’s say that again. doctors, medical doctors are only practicing medicine. Just remember that keep that in mind the next time you go.

I wonder if my dentists whom I’ve been to in the past are only practicing as well? It certainly seems like they try out new thing because people every so often, like my friend who had five back surgeries and six years, the surgeon she went to, apparently is still practicing even though he’s the head or chief blah, blah, blah, of surgery in one of the best hospitals in the country!

So, it seems that people just keep promoting people. You keep standing on great shoulders and rising, but you’re always still practicing no matter how high in in a clinical setting you go or even in higher education, you know, the faculty. I mean, they don’t just reach some pinnacle and then “know it all.” They don’t just know something and then teach it forever. They’re always learning, so I guess that means they’re always practicing as well.

At any rate to get back from that spiral, rabbit hole of the thought. In my Reiki circles, I’m always practicing energy. I’m practicing energy medicine or energy healing. And I’m just the vessel it’s not me, you know, and I’ve had that experience before and I’ve talked about that publicly. It’s not about me, I could walk into a room and talk with 10 or 20 people and never tell them my name because it is not about me, this person who’s been named, right. It’s my energy, my aura, my presence, my awareness.

When I make a turn, and I drive down the street and then I have a thought drop in that I’m gonna see an open house sign. And I have time my schedule to stop if I choose to. What do you think that is? A few minutes ago that happened to me. And so after I ran my errand on my way back home, I decided to turn and follow the street sign that said open house, and I went down another street not far. It was actually the first house as I made the turn. And it was indeed an open house with Exit Realty and it had a four digit house number 3558 or something like that. I don’t want a house anyway. And if I did get a house, I’d want us very small house. And then my next thought was, the price is probably too high in Sarasota. It’s gonna be at least $300,000 And I’m not gonna buy a $300,000 house. So I didn’t stop. I thought I will look at the house. I’ll look it up on the Exit Realty website later that MLS or Zillow or something, but that’s kind of how this works for me. I’m driving down the road and I’m sort of in this meditative state where there’s nothing being asked of me. I’m just present. I’m aware I’m an open channel, if you will. I’m an open vessel for energy to come in, sit and then flow out and I do practice, and practice some more.

I’ve recently become aware I need to take that defensive driving mentality and apply that to other things in life, just like my anxiety levels or anxious thought levels, when I get anxious. I think I’m going to be asked to do something at work I don’t know how to do, or don’t want to do, or don’t like to do, and I start feeling those little tiny feelings of anxiety well up inside. I can apply the defensive driving attitude to that and say, you know, I don’t have to feel these anxious feelings. I don’t have to think these anxious thoughts. I can get up I can walk to the kitchen, I can get some water, I can wash dishes, I can make something to eat, put something on the stove to cook on low, that kind of thing. And then I can go back to work and one step at a time. One activity one action at a time until the task is done. I don’t have to sit in that anxiety.

I can tap on my body on myself. I usually tap around my collarbone Okay, the K37 point works. I can do my breathing. And now with WildFit. I’m doing the 5-5-5-5 breathing they teach and allowing that force of nature, even the 4-4-4 breath or 5-7-8 works too. I’ve decided I’m going to try to check out something new here. So on my way home, I’m going to make another new planned stop down the street called, Village of the Arts.

But I just wanted to really get that thought out there that medical doctors are just practicing. My dad used to say they bury their mistakes. Haha. Thank you for dropping that one. And just because my hands don’t get hot when I practice breaking, I’m simply continuing to go and I’m continuing to flow the energy. I’m a slow FLOW-er. I’m a flow-er of energy. And that’s really all I am right now. I’m flowing energy. As I feel it. I’m letting it flow through me as if and as it comes through my hands. I’m trusting and I have faith that it is and I do some movements that I’ve learned and practiced and sometimes just intuitively come to me to help him ever I am performing Reiki on.

One last thought when I hit the button to start transcribing this, I had a thought about if we all flow energy, if we all are present, why do we need priests? Why do we need pastors? And how many people sit in their depression? Sit in their loneliness or committed suicide? And the Pope, the priest, the pastor, they’re not there. They’re not there. So, why do we have these people?

Well, they’re an accumulation or like I said earlier, they’re stacked upon stack upon stack. There are people that are standing on other people’s shoulders and they reach something and go get to where they are. But are they any better than any of the rest of us? Do I really need them? My conclusion is no. We don’t. And I’ve even went so far as to call for the dismantling of churches, which has gotten me into a bit of trouble and have some friends and family members have unfollowed or blocked me on social media. So be it.

I just don’t believe in continuing to support religious institutions that are culpable of many ills, abuses, and wars. I mean, we’ve had the Protestants and Catholics fighting and killing each other in Ireland. They’re both supposedly Christian. Why in the world would they be killing each other? Why? Over a dogma! Over a way, a method of doing something! Killing each other over how they choose to practice and preach the gospel, or of not spreading the gospel? You know, I mean, it just seems to me to be a bit ridiculous.

So no, I don’t think we need these kinds of organizations. If you want to use the church because it makes you feel better you want to go assemble together, because it makes you FEEL stronger. Okay. You feel the churches are there in times of crisis, and you’ll actually go and use them. You’ll actually allow that community to support you and to correct you. And offer you guidance solutions, potential new ideas and open expand your awareness, expand your consciousness, provide limitless potentials, opportunities, possibilities, and that’s great. If indeed that helps strengthen you, okay. But I think you’re stronger than that as you always have God’s Omniscience Spirit within you. Please don’t deny the Power of God within you.

My new book, Blue Eyes, has passed the editing process and is now in the formatting and layout phase. It is getting a new cover and subtitle. It is due out soon. (Let me know if you’d like to be on the book launch team and be one of the first to read it!)

I thought I’d take a moment to share a page (from the ePub formatted version) in the screen capture along with the text of this story and how closely it aligns with the post, “She sees with her soul,” from Miyoshi. What synchronicities!

Unfortunately, just as we were finishing the book, my husband and love of my life, suffered symptoms of a stroke and is currently in the hospital! While we hope, pray, and believe (plus taking all the actions we can), together with hundreds of friends and family members for his complete recovery, we’ve had to stop the book cover and formatting process. Please join us in prayer for the love of my life’s recovery as well as my continued ability to be present with him as much as the hospital allows.

Many synchronicities abound and show us God’s grace! We are humbly blessed at every turn! I’ll write additional posts about “strokes” soon for those interested in that.

I thought I’d take a moment to share a page (from the ePub formatted version) in the screen capture along with the text of this story and how I believe my experiences ties into what I’ve learned from Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of Biology of Belief.

Mystical vision / visitation!

One night, I was shook awake by a profound and mystical vision of my mother! This was unlike any mere nighttime dream.

The wholly encompassing presence of my mom (when she looked like she did in her early 40s) was something intensely surreal and mesmerizing… I shall not forget the experience. This experience was incredibly unfettered, I wanted it to last forever.

It felt as though we talked at the foot of the bed for HOURS, though I bet it was only a few minutes. I didn’t recall anything of what we discussed, save for this one message from mom:

“I Am in your blood.”

I sat up in bed—stunned. I feel this message from my mom is still applicable for you dear reader, even if you were adopted, as the ones who loved and raised you affected you! The book, Biology of Belief about the science of Epigenetics, proves that nurture is as important as nature. Those who raised you are in you also, because they programmed you.

From that morning forward, I felt a very real awareness, or knowing, that those on the Other Side are often very near to us (we simply move about unaware) because WE are busy with life—and that’s okay too!

They send us little messages (like winks from the Universe) and are thrilled when we acknowledge them and their messages. We can simply acknowledge our awareness of their presence by blowing a kiss, smiling while thinking of them, patting our arms/legs, giving ourselves a hug, whispering their name, and so on. We don’t have to explain what or why we are doing anything to anybody else. ❤️😉

Our loved ones in the Grand Beyond are living in the most beautiful, vast, indescribable place! And if we could glimpse it, we’d never grieve or wish them back here in the physical.

Therefore, I have wished to save others some grief. I’ve sent those whom I knew were grieving the following messages:

“I woke up with a thought for you about your mom (or dad, other relative).”

“Kiss the palm of your hand. Then place your hand on the side of your face.”

“Our mother’s / father’s blood (and love for us), is in our blood.”

Oh, and mom says anytime we use something they gave us, wear a piece of clothing or jewelry they bought for us, cook with a pot they used, drink from a cup of theirs, eat from a plate they left us, whisper their name, or simply think of them, that acknowledgement, or action—honors them greatly. And they feel it. (Kiss!)
