I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before! I’m starting a new series here on the Integrating the Spirals blog site called, Asthma Stories. I’ll feature a new story in the series as I come upon interesting Asthma Stories with a happy (healed) ending! Here’s the first Asthma Story:
Robyn Openshaw’s Asthma Story in her own words
Robyn Openshaw (the Green Smoothie Girl) tells the Asthma Story (about her son) on Facebook as follows:
My intro of Robyn’s Asthma Story when I shared her Facebook post. Link to Robyn’s Substack: https://robynopenshaw.substack.com and to her Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/gsgrobynMeme: Doctor: “Please don’t confuse your Google search with my medical degree.” Me: “Please don’t confuse your god complex and financial incentives from big Pharma with my ability to independently research the side effects of your medications with the most powerful information tool in the history of mankind.” I am sharing the full meme because I couldn’t capture it all (in the previous image) when I grabbed it along with my intro, and I wanted to give the meme author credit. Meme author: Sandie Gascon, Integrative Healing Practitioner.Robyn Openshaw’s Asthma Story from her Facebook post.
I love the meme Robyn shared within her Asthma Story as well. And Robyn believes as I do, Nature always provides a way!

My daughter and I had a long conversation last night.
She talked with me about trauma and I intently listened. She told me about a great Gabor Mate and Mel Robbins YouTube video she’d watched.
I told her about the three year old Shawn Ryan podcast I’d just finally watched (with Lee Strobel as Shawn’s guest).
We talked about Elon. And I went on a short rant about how Elon Musk was the Left’s darling when he was a Democrat and did business in California (we still see Teslas in many of the TV shows and movies we watch–they used to LOVE him!), but they cast him aside and encouraged people to throw Molotov cocktails at Teslas and Tesla dealerships when Elon joined forces with Trump and set out to uncover government waste and abuse with DOGE).
We talked about Pharma. And I brought up the chat I’d had with a fellow blogger, which I wrap up later in this blog article. I explained Homeopathy and how Pharma pushed it aside and took over health, much like the whole pyramid scheme Insurance industry has convinced people that they must pay them for “peace of mind.” (And I have called BS on THAT for decades! My parents didn’t believe in paying for insurance either, after my mom worked as a fire/property casualty insurance agent for several years when I was young.)
We talked about when my dad, my children’s papaw, and how after he passed away I never really grieved for him (as I thought I would) because I’d had that vision of his soul departing (https://sheilamurrey.net/2019/04/19/a-surreal-vision-of-soul-departing/). That vision changed my whole world view about death, though granted, it had been changing a lot prior to, which I wrote about in Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. (Find links for my books at the end of this blog article.)
After our conversation, a few thoughts on the past (past events) came up for me:
I was bulled from the time I was young, perhaps 4 or 5–before Kindergarten, by a neighbor girl whose mother said, “She plays hard/rough with her cousins.” We were both only children and the same age, so my mom almost didn’t believe I was getting beat on, bitten, hair pulled, etc. until I came in with marks on me! Then the two moms had to agree that the girl and I couldn’t play together anymore. But we lived just a few houses apart from each other, so it made things challenging for a few years as she’d try to get other kids to play on her side and that upset me. I have always taken up for the “underdog.” And yes, sometimes that’s come back to bite me, because the person I thought was an underdog was really a bully (in disguise or because they hadn’t fully healed their own wounds).
My mission now is to untangle as much as I can on the topic of “the need to Control” (which I maintain is the opposite of Freedom), so our three granddaughters don’t suffer bullying–two have already told me they’ve been bullied, which makes me mad and sad.
Many years (from the time I was in my late twenties to mid thirties), I attracted a bully/drug-addict husband who hit me and even once fired a gun at me! (I never pressed charges but did get a restraining order when he got into my secured office building after hours one day and started screaming all through the building to find me in my bosses office working over time. I was so humiliated and embarrassed. I made a plan to leave and got out as soon as I could. I had two children from my first husband so it made leaving that second one even more challenging. I still feel guilty for putting my children through the experience of living with that man for several years.
I believe much of this boils down to people feeling the need to Control–EVERYTHING. And when people feel out of Control internally, they try to Control everything externally, that is outside of themselves in their external environment. And that’s when the problem began.
From chats and comments
Certain words still challenge/trigger me. I’m a work in progress. I’m not perfect (nobody is). I’m human. I am an introvert by nature and is probably why Buddhism attracts me, but over the years, due to having to work full-time to support two children (mostly as a single parent, even when I was married), I had to learn how to talk with people, actively listen, engage, earn trust, elicit responses, even speak in public (though I learned to sing in front of an audience at an early age in school and in church).
I prefer nature to man-made anything. When I hear words like MISINFORMATION, I tend to go on a rant. Sorry. Not sorry. It’s who I am.
The following are last two comments I made on a fellow blogger’s article:
Searching on the phrase, “Nurse authors in Aromatherapy,” offers a great source of information. I hear you about not wanting to complete an Aromatherapy course/certification at this point in life. And not giving advice out of one’s depth.
I wrote my holistic health book from personal experience, one’s anecdotal evidence of how I continued to uncover and experiment to find solutions to several health issues. I doubted whether it would sell and experienced procrastination for years while writing it and still bump up against the psychological pitfalls or syndromes that it won’t sell, but as a writer and analyst, I wanted to document my journey to support the few others, or my family, who might be so inclined to take it upon themselves to relieve any suffering. Perhaps it was my way of Paying it Forward in service to humanity. I don’t know.
I am now embarking on writing a thesis kind of metaphysical book that challenges my mind each time I read research for it, much less choose what to include or remove from the manuscript. It’s quite an ambitious undertaking! I hope it sells, but even if it doesn’t, I will have stretched myself in untold ways—and it’s definitely more inspiring than knitting or working a puzzle to engage my aging brain! Ha!
I don’t want to go back to school either, as I am way too good at challenging myself these days without some professor beating me over the head.
The last comment on this subject I wrote to the same fellow blogger:
Now, if we could only get the doctors and other health professionals who guide governments to follow the leanings you have so aptly expressed. Look at the harm ‘they’ have caused!
But yes, I hear you. I state many times in my book that I am not a doctor and believe in interviewing any and all health professionals we hire to work on our bodies to ensure they “do no harm” as the Hippocratic Oath dictates. Oh, for a brain trust of doctors like Dr. McCullough who are actual practicing doctors, i.e. The Frontline Doctors, and those who signed The Great Barrington Declaration to lead political health directives instead of a talking head (Fauxi) who never treated one Covid patient, to guide us during any other pandemic! I agree. Books are time capsules. (That’s why I prefer writing blogs I can update, versus writing books.) Science progresses. We need real-time critical information and egoless thinking next time around.
While I hope my holistic health book helps at least one person, I wrote it primarily to expand people’s belief in their body’s ability to heal. So many have forgotten that (until they cut their finger).
Thank you again for this discourse. You can tell how passionate I am about healing. ❤️🩹
And your gentleness does help me balance when I rant. OM
At this point I felt our comment/chat conversation had gone “full circle.” I haven’t heard back and hope he’s okay. I so enjoy our chats.
In closing
Separately, and to close this particular blog post article, I will say that as for some Democrats (because I know not all of them are bullies, sore losers, or the like), I feel this post sums them up, regarding some of the more crazy insane antics they’ve pulled recently:

I thought I’d share a quick post to capture some comments I just made to a fellow blogger, on what led me to write the book, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life: Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally, and why I love nature’s way of healing using herbs! (And yes, Richard got me pronouncing ‘herbs’ with the H sound at the beginning as I’d always learned/heard it pronounced ‘erbs.’ but that’s why stay ‘open to receive’ new knowledge all the time. Ha!
From chats and comments
When things like this come up during my social media chats/comments, I capture them, but I have sooo many, that I don’t often take the time to turn them into a blog post. Today’s an exception. I thought this was important to share since many of us are just now getting back outside and planting a garden or flowers.
If you’re scared of nature, it can feel intimidating, I know. But I’m teaching our twin 8 year old granddaughters to embrace, not fear, nature. Yes, things can happen, like bee stings, and they’ve happened to me too, but there are natural cures! Nature always provides a way!
The beginning of our chat, when I speak of Frankie Fella, a very curious cat who seems to love bees while outside in the garden. This discussion about Frankie and the bees led to my recall of a time I was once stung by a wasp!Since I can’t use the word, ‘cure’ in my book or marketing it, I sometimes use it in comments or conversation. It definitely packs more of a punch than ‘reversing’ asthma. I usually don’t go into this much of my history, but this comment is with a longtime blogger pal, so there’s that. When the subject of anaphylactic shock came up, I thought I would acknowledge that it’s quite serious, while other stings can be gently remedied in the moment we’re out in nature. Obviously, now that some of us have developed such intense allergies, due to our toxic environment, medical treatment is advised.
A few of my favorite healing herbs
At the time of my commenting/chatting (as in the preceding screen captures), I was reading this article and choosing some herb seeds to plant:
Dandelion. I don’t have to plant this herb. It grows wild in our backyard and since we use no pesticides or herbicides, etc. I can eat it and make tea with it often. See the article at The Sacred Science site: https://www.thesacredscience.com/backyard-medicineStinging Nettle. I love this tea. I won’t grow it though. It’s too tricky for me to harvest. See the article at The Sacred Science site: https://www.thesacredscience.com/backyard-medicineYarrow. I grew this herb when we lived in Florida. It grew very well for me. And I needed it at that time. I used to harvest it and make a salve out of it with coconut oil. I used it for bug bites and skin rashes. I love it and will attempt to grow it in a pot here in New Hampshire though now I have cleared the issue that had once caused me to have skin rashes. Yes, sometimes it takes YEARS to clear physical issues in the body. See the article at The Sacred Science site: https://www.thesacredscience.com/backyard-medicine

Three cheers for getting this neurotoxin, Fluoride, out of our tap water! We haven’t drank tap water for decades, but we still shower in it. With all the tooth decay still going on in people’s mouths, I can’t believe drinking fluoride has prevented one cavity.
From having worked at the CDC as a contractor during one of my last working years, I can tell you, people are human. Even when they KNOW all of these emails are part of the public record, they just cannot contain themselves or their language! I don’t doubt one bit that this is true:
Screen capture from the World Economic Forum website not hiding its affiliation with Nestle. Nope! It’s all front and center for ALL to see! Go figure. Ugh.Screen capture: If you don’t believe me about Nestle stealing water, check out the many stories about this topic on Google or other favorite search engine. We’ve seen their trucks come into small towns for years, presumably empty, until they’ve filled their tank with water from public wells.
Grounding or Earthing
I meant to post this on Earth Day 2025. Oh well, I’m only human.

I am all for removing artificial food dyes from food! Especially NOW that I’m learning they’re made from PETROLEUM! I mean, we’ve been told not to eat Vicks salve and Vaseline, but all the while (I don’t even want to know for how long), we’ve all been ingesting artificial food dyes made from petroleum?!? OMG!
You might laugh when you see this, but I didn’t. And yes, I had to delete a comment and unfriend a longtime associate who I worked with about 20 years ago over the comment he made to me on this one. Word to the wise, you’ve been warned!

Acupuncture (have done 3 sessions so far–the dowsing rods tell me there’s no end to the number I’ll need)

I continue to follow The HighWire because I love keeping up with the latest vaccine news:
This was a GREAT episode! Learn why you didn’t need the flu shot this year. Cleveland Clinic’s latest study suggests people who got the flu vaccine were nearly 27% more likely to GET the flu! Go figure. My daughter and I went to a dance class last night where I saw many dancers of different race, culture, sexual orientation, etc. and I found myself being delighted at how well everyone did, totally enraptured by the dancing, paying attention to the instructors, and wrapped in the love of music and community!
My daughter and me —Sheila Murrey
I only danced a little because my daughter didn’t want to try it, so we mostly sat and talked. It was a different scene for us. But we really enjoyed having mother daughter time, and people watching! I only recognized three songs out of the 2.5 hours we were there.
To get an idea of the size of the dance floor. There was an upstairs where more people could hang out and dance too, but we didn’t go up there.
Here are a few short clips of the dancing (I took these mostly to capture the type of music they used):
Dancing 1
Dancing 2
Dancing 3
Dancing 4
Do you know the songs? Let me know in the comments.
Feeling it, or not
I can’t say I felt GodBumps while listening to the music last night or from watching all the people dance, but I had an enjoyable and refreshing experience. I was a bit disheartened that none of the music I heard matched up to the level that my husband’s produced over the years (no ego here), and that I don’t know what else to do to get his songs out (in a massive way) to prove that. Perhaps, it’s just something that will never happen. And I have to accept that.
Syncronisticly, a friend sent me this “good example of AI” / positive (her words) this morning. I had heard about this mashup but hadn’t seen it til now. I am curious what you’ll think of it:

Have we disconnected from our heart and soul as we pursue Artificial Intelligence (AI) song generation, or in any AI pursuits for that matter? That was the subject of this fascinating YouTube video.
After all of the AI song generation I’ve done, and that my husband has done in the last few months, I can tell you this: While the songs may stick in my head, I’ve yet to feel GodBumps (the way I explain that soul resonance I feel) as I listen to our AI songs. And that disturbs me. It also makes me think this way of creating music is best used to get ideas from and then go back into the studio with real singers and musicians in order to put out quality music.
For me, this means, using AI to help me build the skeleton of the lyrics, then I massage them and ensure the lyrics relate MY personal story, and then let the AI general the singing and music as an initial raw demo.
My husband writes all of his own lyrics and lyrical structure. Then he plugs his lyrics into the AI song generator to have it sung and played. Most of the songs he’s plugging into the AI generator are his, songs he’s already had played/sung by real live musicians and he’s published/released. He’s simply using AI to generate a different version. A different sound. It’s fun for him! Far be it from me to deny him of that.
My hubby’s original song, The al gore rhythmic. I think you’ll find it amusing!

After purging a lot of computer files, I now find that I’m getting a blast of new information. I’ll keep this short, and get right to the point. This information is that important:
Now, you might want to do this first, as I listened to the Sacha Stone and Dr. David Martin talk first, though now, I think it helps to watch/listen to these in the order I’ve put them in here, instead of how I viewed them. But to each their own.
I know it’s a lot, but I’m taking a break from creating anymore new songs using the AI song generation tool, because as I’ve said before, I don’t feel the GodBumps when I listen to the songs, and to me, music is healing. And I feel at least one of the mechanisms of that healing is the resonance we feel internally, what we used to call SOUL MUSIC, when we heard it. All of this AI stuff is DEVOID of soul and I think it might be setting us up for this trans-humanism junk. Ugh!
To hear some real honest songwriting
Check out my husband’s YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/richardmurrey and specifically, any songs he put out before Feb. 2025. He counted the other day and he has written nearly 600 original songs! Most of those were produced in a Nashville, TN music studio as well, and we spent over $100,000 doing so! That’s why we began plugging in his original lyrics into the AI song generation tool to begin with, to save us from having to pay real musicians and singers to get a demo back and be able to share it.
But a few hours ago I had a download that the “narrow way” is to server God, not Money/Mammon, as the Holy Bible makes pretty clear but somehow, I’d forgotten.
I’ve updated the Connect with us section below, so keep scrolling…

I have had two more healing zoom calls (over 2 hours—each!) with Maureen Edwardson. She is the founder of Inner Resonance Technologies (her website is: https://maureenedwardson.com/) and author of the book, Your Magical Evolutionary Code Unleashed: The Science of Inner Resonance. If you go to her website, you can download her PDF of the book for free!
Your Magical Evolutionary Code Unleashed: The Science of Inner Resonance, by Maureen Edwardson.
Maureen helped me uncover some new ways of dealing with the tinnitus, and it has been helping to turn down the volume, but I think there’s more going on in my head than what we have uncovered so far.
Maureen suggested I go for a massage, and agreed that seeing a chiropractor could help. I had wanted to see a chiropractor for some time, but hadn’t found one yet. And we have a massage therapist within walking distance, but have I made an appointment yet? Nooo… I don’t know why, other than just not wanting to go out anywhere during the winter (other than once a week with my daughter to pick up groceries).
Though, as it turned out, I did need a massage, but not the kind I would have received from a massage therapist.
I finally found a local chiropractor! And he’s brilliant! He did trigger point therapy on a muscle inside my mouth/jaw area that gave me temporary relief from the tinnitus. And people who experience tinnitus will agree that even a few minutes of relief is worth anything! The chiropractor also reset my neck, which I am sure was a contributing factor.
I still feel like my C1 needs attention, but we’ll see. Dr. B. gave me enough insight into this masseter muscle that I watched some YouTube videos and learned how to do self massage on it and have been massaging it twice a day in between my first and second visit with Dr. B. during this past week.
It may take more sessions to clear this tinnitus thing up. Bonus: Dr. B. resolved the sciatica issue in the first session!
Talking with Maureen and Dr. B. definitely helped me restart some things I had dropped, such as practicing my yoga and mat Pilates. And I decided not to take the 18-week course I had been accepted too (which is why I removed the paragraph about it from an earlier blog post).
Dr. B. gave me some homework too. A way to test myself for yeast overgrowth, which I have done before but not in years.
Spiritually speaking
I have been continuing some one-on-one calls (both on zoom, phone, and individual/group conversations with the 4DU Fellowship group, as well as with my Theosophy book club, so I am pleased with the spiritual progress I’m making, as well as how I can offer support to others. Being of service in this way is very fulfilling. And I believe that’s why I’m here.
I’m considering opening up one or two afternoons a week for consulting calls if anyone is interested. Let me know. I’ll accept donations. No fees. Ever.

I’ve been following Del Bigtree and Dr. Sheri Tenpenny years before the COVID fiasco. As you know, I spent 13 years writing a holistic health book, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life: Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally – available on –>> Amazon.
And THAT’S why we didn’t take the mRNA COVID gene therapy jabs. I haven’t had a flu shot since the early days of it. My dad had one and was sicker than he’d been in his life back then, and he strongly suggested I not have one. But I didn’t listen, and I had a flu shot (sometime in the late 1980s or early 1990s, I don’t remember), but then I heard on the mainstream news, that the formulations pushed out each flu season were based on the prior year’s strains and were only a ‘shot in the dark’ as to how effective they’d be for that year. At that point, it was my ‘common sense’ that they probably wouldn’t do any good anyway, so I just stopped getting them. I wrote about all that in my book. Ironically, I didn’t even write about COVID in my health book because I finished the arduous 2nd edition in 2018! Thus, COVID wasn’t even a thing, yet.
After going to Ireland, England, and Scotland in 2019, and getting COVID in December of 2019 after returning from the second trip to Ireland (for the Winter Solstice at Newgrange), I began digging into that subject because the doctor I’d seen didn’t know what I had (as it hadn’t made the news yet in the USA), but she did ask me if I felt I had to ‘gasp for breath.’ And I bought a digital pulse oximeter (hand-held oxygen meter) because she’d used one on me and explained that my oxygen level needed to stay in the 80s/90s level or I’d have to go to the hospital. The look on her face and the whole conversation haunted me. It would only be a few weeks later that the news of COVID would break nationally, and that my family and I would discuss my symptoms and likely, what I had. It’s all supposition because I wouldn’t do the PCR test either. But I had no sense of smell or taste, and other things that aligned with COVID. –FYI: I wrote about this back in 2021 (Due to the censorship back then, I spelled it as, C*VID): https://sheilamurrey.net/2021/10/20/cvid/
After one of my longtime childhood friends, Joe, passed away after taking the jabs (both a flu shot followed a few weeks later from one of the first COVID jabs, I doubled-down in my belief of NO JABS. Joe was a nursing supervisor who was back in school continuing his education at the time and I know his heart. He wholly believed he was doing the right thing getting immunized. I will never know if he fully understood the risks he was taking though. We wrote the song, First Friends about him and to honor him. People forget about honor.
And if that wasn’t enough, I got COVID again, after we’d moved to Bradenton, FL and had been going out in public a bit more than we had (remember we’d been living in the woods of Hollister, FL for the first 17 months of COVID). In Bradenton, I’d been walking outside every morning at 7am for half an hour. Now, I’m not saying I picked it up from the AIR… but who knows! All I know is after going through that kind of ‘flu’ TWICE, I am even more adamant I need no shots. You may feel very differently and that’s your choice. I fully support body autonomy. Always have. My body, my choice has never been political for me, and certainly not only about a woman’s right to choose.
Sending much love and blessings
