It’s March 18th, 2024; Here’s an original funky pop song with a hook about loving ourselves–in that way. This is one of Richard’s favorite songs and the more we listen to it the more we smile! Haha! Are you curious? Buckle up, Buttercup! This is going to get loosey-goosey and a bit woo-woo!
Celebrating the story
Here’s the seventy-seventh new music post for 2024, as I consistently place an original song from Richard’s 400+ song catalog in front of your eyes and ears each day. This funky pop song takes me right back to Ireland and the tour bus ride out to Newgrange for the Winter Solstice event of 2019 (the last public event too, until last year–due to COVID).
I remember exactly how I felt when Edel (of Eriu tours) told me the captivating Sheela Na Gig story after asking if I knew the Celtic history surrounding my name. And no, I had never heard of the Sheela Na Gig before. Here’s a link to a previous post where I discuss it.

Lovin’ self and our connections
There’s a lot of talk out there in the coaching, self-help, and personal transformation world about self-love. And of course, we’re poking fun at that (a little bit), by putting Lust for Myself (the song) out into the world. But we love to laugh and have fun, so there’s that. Take it as you will.
The day following St. Patrick’s Day will be special to me because it’s Sheela Na Gig Day but also because it was the day my dad and I were to meet up (he’d asked me to put him on my schedule–a word he never used, but because I was always ‘busy, busy, busy’ (his words), we’d set a day aside for a visit. Unfortunately, Dad passed on March 8th, 2019. UGH

I continue learning about my Irish heritage, Celtic Spirituality, and meditation. As an empath, spiritual teacher, advisor, minister, and confidante I love connecting with Omniscience God, Source, daily. It’s the highest and best use of my time and must always precede my writing.
I do take time every few days, to check in with enlightened others, and I switch them up as new ones cross my path. About a week ago, I was attracted to listen to Bashar. I knew I was being spiritually led to him because he also showed up on a Gaia event I’d registered to watch (for free). You can register and watch for free too, until March 26th, 2024 if you feel so inclined:
I listened to Darryl Anka who channels Bashar, last night. And then this morning, I watched Anita Moorjani’s presentation. I love her! I’ve followed Anita’s work since 2020 when we lived off-grid in the woods. I came to know of her as I was finishing up. Blue Eyes. I was stunned and thrilled at how much our stories aligned, though I’d simply had hypnosis and past life regressions–I didn’t have to die and have a Near Death Experience (NDE) to learn what she learned. I do teach different practices than she does, but our messages dovetail beautifully.
As for my take on Bashar, his style is a bit abrupt, but I learned some things from him last night. I connected with him immediately when he said, “If you feel alone, add an L. All one.” Aha!
I’ve said and written many times here in this blog and my books that loneliness is a lack of purpose. He seems to agree with that as he presents his guiding principles for living. The more I listened to Bashar, the more I felt the energetic rise in my vibration. I told you this was going to get loosey-goosey and woo-woo! Ha! I felt my consciousness expanding. I can’t judge you to say whether you’re ready to hear from him yet, but as Abraham always says, “For me right now, this is of value.”
Why I teach Integration
No one can change anyone. But we can offer guidance, inspiration, and hope! If someone is tired of being ‘sick and tired,’ they may be ready and open to change. I teach Integration because it offers ways to change while living our daily lives. It requires awareness and willingness. I began teaching Integration even before developing and codifying the practices into what is now, Integrating the Spirals.
I had to begin this work on and for myself–and you see? Now, we’ve come full circle to the song! Ha! I love it when a plan comes together.
My Stairwell story
One of the first things I integrated for myself was learning and using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). A few years after teaching that at a wellness center on the weekends, I learned Qigong. I was in a group class taught by a master lama. It was wild! It was a lot of work, but he taught our group in a bit easier way than how he’d learned it from the monks (whom he said could be brutal)!
And I learned why I needed both EFT and Qigong (and Pilates too, but I’m trying to keep this story short). I was working for a corporate company at the time and my work could be challenging and stressful. I used to go to the restroom to do EFT (where I had privacy in a stall). But one day, one of my coworkers mentioned that he would take breaks and climb the stairs. That gave me the idea to also go into the stairwell (not at the same time as he was climbing), and integrate my Qigong into my day–at the times when I was feeling the most stress. I now call this my ‘Stairwell story‘ and I don’t think I’ve ever written it up before, so thank you, Vicki (of Victoria Ponders) for reminding me to write it.
My soulie sisters
I’d love to send Happy Birthday wishes out to one of my first best friends, Susie. We don’t talk often, but when we do, it’s like no time has passed. We live many states apart, but I always feel connected to her. Our dads were friends, and we used to spend the night with each other when we were young. Oh, the memories. The favorite bands, songs, jeans, dolls, running from the bull (really!), and Susie teaching me stuff by writing on her chalkboard (I was always surprised she didn’t become a school teacher). I didn’t realize today was her birthday until I noticed her on the Facebook birthday list, and now I am sitting with this incredible synchronicity! This is a ‘full circle’ moment for me.
I’d also like to take a moment to wish a dear ‘soul sister’ friend a very Happy Birthday. To Jacqueline: I’ll always remember our drive to Gainesville, FL when you told me that March 18th was your birthday, as I told you the Sheela Na Gig story and why it meant so much to me (since it was the date my dad and I had planned to visit, but he passed before we could). I remember feeling like I needed to stop the car! I felt the GodBumps! It was such a profound moment that it forever cemented our soulie sister Connection. Happy Birthday, Jacqueline. Integrating the Spirals: Meditating on the yin-yang symbol
I’d like to share with you a meditation that I have done, and continue to do, that brings one increased awareness of the Light and Shadow. Both are needed and both occur in a sort of balancing act. Or one could call it a dance. Or breathing. As there is ebb and flow. If you would rather listen instead of read, play the audio (and there’s a few minutes of BONUS info on the audio this time too!):
Something just dropped in
Something just dropped in. I’ll share here that if you’re doing what you love, keep doing it. But if you’re not doing what you’d love, like at your job or something on a daily consistent basis, then keep reaching. There’s the word for you the key meeting. So, find the joy and enjoy the time that you spend reaching. And if you never make it to wherever that goal or dream job is, then at least you’ve enjoyed the time you’ve spent on the way, on the journey, on the reaching–for something.
While meditating on the yin-yang symbol
While I was meditating on the yin-yang symbol (and I do this as a ball, not simply as a 2-dimensional symbol), and I’ve spoken about this before, how I visualize or imagine that the yin and yang is a 5-dimensional ball–with the white part expanding and the black part shrinking. Or the black part expands and sucks volume from the white part! And now, I am speaking of the larger part of the yin and the yang sides, not the little circle that’s within each. That can change too, but that’s irrelevant at this moment.
The meditation I was doing was on a balloon-like yin-yang symbol. The wavy line that separates yin from yang indicates that it’s in motion. Yes, it’s moving. It’s pulsating. It’s breathing! The way in which it is changing shows me that it is always balancing.
But the new thought that popped into my mind while I was doing the meditation was several questions, “What if it’s not a ball? What if it’s not a balloon? What if it’s a tunnel? What if it’s a whole hole?”
When we see a bubble do we see a circular item a bubble, or a ball? Think about the inverse of that think about the hole.
And perhaps the reason this came to mind was because I love caves and I love digging in the dirt for things, planting, hunting for crystals, that kind of stuff. So I had never made the connection that the yin-yang could be a hole, could be circular.
I suppose also this may have come to my mind because in my subconscious rest, there was a show that my husband and I watched awhile back and it was all about this big hole out west somewhere. In this show, of the characters in the show, one falls into the hole, and you think, “Well, he’s gone.” But then later, he ends up coming back. When these things happen in a script we say, “Oh, we knew he was too big of an actor to be gone forever from the show.” So, tada! The actor returns to another place or timeline. And so it’s almost like the two-dimensional thing going on. So that might have been stuck in my subconscious, right?
As I was meditating, that image of that hole came up and I was like, yeah, what if? What if it’s not a ball or a bubble? Is it a portal or a hole? Tell me what you think about that to be really curious, also I’d like to really build a community and not just the WordPress community of readers, but a community that’s living and breathing.
Meeting
We can meet on Zoom, maybe on a Saturday or Sunday, maybe once a month. Let’s build something you know where we meet once a month. So let me know if you’re interested in that at least to start off with. I mean, there’s no cost involved for me as long as I keep it. I think it’s under 100 people on the Zoom call so I won’t have to charge we’ll just do it for fun and see what comes of it. I think at least for many of us, we can just learn and grow with each other and I’m more than willing to put had 30 minutes an hour of my time on the weekend. Once a month, maybe even twice a month. Returning to a former love
Have you ever returned to a previous love? It doesn’t take a psychic to figure out why. Letting go can be hard! Cutting those spiritual cords takes commitment to one’s Self. That’s why the lyrics say, “deep inside.” Those lyrics aren’t simply innuendo. Those loving feelings run deep. I believe there are metaphysical reasons for this–but that’s another story.
I could tell you about the time I returned to a former love but why bother? No one reads this far into my blog articles anyway. Haha! And I don’t need to revisit the past. I’ve forgiven us both years ago. I think forgiving him was the best thing I could have ever done too, as that allowed the Universe to bring Richard into my life! And we’re living our best life!
I figured out iMovie yesterday
I got the new music video done late last night and it’s uploading to YouTube now. I’ll post it tomorrow. I will have to play with the sizing of the images in order to create better videos, but I think you’ll like it. And it’s done, so there’s that. Ha! Sometimes GOOD is good enough!
I had used iMovie years ago to create some videos but had forgotten several things about how to use it, so good old YouTube ‘how to’ videos to the rescue. I only needed one as a refresher course, thankfully!
