Expanding Consciousness – Page 67 – Integrating the Spirals

I woke to this feeling of MORE a few hours ago. Like a tree that suddenly realized my root system! Have you ever felt like you are MORE?

I am asking, “What if there really is MORE to us than meets the eye?”

When I was young, one of my close friends told me to “get off my high horse.” I don’t remember what I was doing or saying at the time but her words got in me somehow and STUCK. I have learned these words became a Limiting Belief. And for fear of being perceived as being on my “high horse” (like that’s a bad thing), have played small—though thankfully I bucked the thought enough to get married, have children, go to college, and have a successful IT career for 35+ years. I am stubborn I guess with somewhat of an, “I’ll show you” streak. It’s not an Ego thing for me.

I had the opportunity to tell my friend (at our 30th high school reunion) that comment she had told me all those years ago stuck with me and had somewhat haunted me. She apologized for saying it. But I didn’t need her to because I knew her words to me back then only stuck because they highlighted some deep belief I held about myself. That phrase only served to amplify my own thoughts and insecurities. Like a stick pin on a map marks a particular destination.

I’ve been told lots of negative things in my life

Having been married twice before (and divorced), I have been told lots of negative things. Not all of those statements stuck. So I do find it curious why some stick and some don’t.

Now, I seek to eradicate the negative phrases. But then I awoke to this vision of a tree.

A tree is as large below ground as above

Not all, but most trees are as large below ground as they are above the ground.

Thus, I am more. There’s a much larger version of me than what I see (or anyone can see)! I feel it! I feel my massive soul! No wonder I have often felt held back/boxed in!

Spiral thought: What I saw when I woke up and opened my eyes briefly (I attempted to lighten the image to share it but it made it grainy) I hope you get the idea. I snapped another photo after hubby woke up and turned on the lights in the kitchen–while I continued sleepily, pondering the “boxes” I found myself in:

What lies beneath

We may revisit this topic in a few weeks as I unearth MORE.

I will continue to meditate on my vast tree roots. I will continue to expand the view of my soul, which like the roots of a tree lie beneath.

Everything ALL

Special thanks to my childhood friend, Susan, for loving me through it all. Whether she thinks I act grandiose or considers me completely wacky, she has remained a true friend. I know she’s certainly more than I ever knew, having had her own immense life (full of children, career, and a beautiful long term marriage).

Is-ness – The snails path

Energy is the power behind ALL. Source creates. ALL rises, falls, undulates, pulsates, spins, whirls, collapses, expands, shrinks. The Dao (Daoism) emanates from the dot. Holism envelopes. ALL simply IS. Omniscience (Omnism) governs ALL.

Pioneering the Snails path. A long and winding road—yes. Not a yellow brick road, but for sure, there are flying monkeys and witches. Hahahahaha!

I am a fractal of Omniscience and so are you—making one grand design. Meditate on the yin and yang ☯️ as a 3, 4, or 5D version which breathes, pulses, undilates, and emanates Light! When the shadow grows larger the lighter portion shrinks but always this symbol seeks its own balance and like water. (Hint: the wavy line in the middle represents—water, movement, and action!)

We Are All Connected

I popped open, spiritually, in 2005 when I had a transcendental experience in the middle of the night. I heard a deep male voice say, “We Are All Connected.” I’ve spoken about this publicly. I continue to embrace the concept and reality that “We Are All One.”

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Ephesians 4:1-6

Integrating the Spirals to ease unwanted emotions

My online Zoom video course, Integrating the Spirals is more timely now than ever because I know people are suffering. (Let me know if you’re interested in working through the Integrating the Spirals course.)

As an empath I want to help ease suffering and raise our vibration to offer hope. I want to uplift others and expand our collective consciousness. Not perfect because who is perfect? Most stagnate or ‘get stuck’ while on their way to being whatever they think perfection is. Making progress is enough. Carrying your Karma lightly is enough. Be kind to yourself while living responsibly. Who you ARE affects us ALL. We Are All Connected.

Omniscience knows ALL. Omniscience is always with you. You are never alone.
