(He’s been more apt to shed tears after the stroke in Oct. 2022, which yes, makes me love him even more, if that’s possible).

Yesterday, I shared that meme about Zuckerberg, so today, I’ve got another meme for you. I feel I’ve got to laugh (or I’d cry) at all this stuff. I am sharing this for a fellow blogger who ‘couldn’t believe’ Cheney was going to vote for Kamala. Yet, here’s the proof! I know it’s only get more wild before we’re done with this 2024 Presidential election cycle, so no offense if you like her (and some very dear friends of mine do like her, so I know it’s possible, even if I can’t understand it):
The Super Patch contest is revving up!
Right now, the Super Patch company (or my team, I’m still not sure which) is running a contest for those of us who want to release excess weight. If you want to lose weight, you might want to join now and get in the contest. I’ve been told they’re going to give away some great prizes, and as you know, I’m good at winning contests! Haha!
I’m wearing either three or four patches a day for 90 days to do this challenge. I’m wearing Liberty, Ignite, Peace, and Defend. My friend, Kary Kruger, who introduced me to these patches, she and her adult daughter have both lost/released 40 pounds in the last year (yes, they move more than I do, and probably eat better/cleaner than me, but if I can drop even half that, I’ll be on track to release more next year). I am doing my stair-climbing daily, the patches have eased all the joint stiffness and crap I’d had for a bit more than a year, so I am very thankful for that! And I am back to my daily yoga and qigong, along with some Energy Medicine (I do Jin Shin Jyutsu, a type of body holding if you’re not aware of it).
As far as costs go, the patches are much less expensive than any other diet/exercise program I’ve bought before, so we’ll see. I’ll report my progress or frustration, either way.

Integrating the Spirals: Ganesha and Indian festivals
My fellow WordPress blogger friend, Debra of Jaguar Spirit, and I have been emailing each other back and forth the last few days and chatting about Ganesha and Indian festivals. I love all of her posts over on her site: https://jaguarspirit.com/. You may have noticed I share a good many of her articles.
Debra was telling me about two India festivals, or celebrations, for 2024, which run for 10 days – In 2024 Ganesh Chaturthi will begin on September 7, 2024, Saturday. I love that there is “…power in the numbers who gather to reach for Divine Truth.” I feel like I’ve been collecting ‘soulie sisters’ my whole life, from different walks of life, and certainly from different ethnic backgrounds.
Debra has mentioned I might share the photo’s I took of a friend’s Ganesha artwork. My friend, Rekha, used to have an India Artisan’s shop in Sarasota, Florida and I always told her I admired this print when I would visit her at her shop. I wanted to buy it! But she only had the one and she didn’t know where she’d gotten it, so she invited me to take photos of it. The only problem was, the image was framed under glass so every photo I ever took of it had all kinds of reflections.
I’d told Rekha, who now runs https://anjeliayurveda.com (still based in Sarasota, Florida but can ship products), that I’d use Photoshop to remove the glare but it was too involved, and thus, I never got all the mirrored reflections out of any of my photos of Ganesha. Do you think Ganesha was laughing at me while I attempted that work? LOL I do! And it’s ALL okay because it might have been what prompted my mirror ball work later on! Tada! Everything happens for a reason!

Right from the start, it honors the Godfather of Soul, James Brown (whom Richard and I have seen Live–back in the day). Richard saw James Brown before we met each other. I saw him after Richard and I met, but though I’d invited Richard, he didn’t go to the faraway concert with me–maybe he knew it would be my last outing before marrying him? Ha! I don’t know. James Brown is still on my list as one of the best Live acts I’ve ever seen! I saw him at Bonnaroo–the second of all of the Bonnaroo concerts in Tennessee. So, yes, I love this song! This is a blast! It’s a FUN radio-ready song from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN.

Breaking News!
I’m going to have a brand new song for you tomorrow! It just went Live on YouTube last night and I want to see how many of our subscribers view it before I share it here. Yes, I am a stats person. Ha! It’s one of the first we’ve had Bubba Hudson do the vocals and music on–he’s done one or two others for us, but none like this. I think you’ll like it.
What platform do you do video chats on?
I was chatting with my friend, Dorit from Israel, on Facebook Messenger this morning. Then we started sending each other voice clips. International calling is sooo expensive, she asked if I had What’s App. I told her I used to, but since I’d been hacked twice within a year a few years ago. I’d removed most of the apps from my old (but still working) iPhone 7 Plus! Have you used What’s App? Do you like it?
We then discussed what other video chat apps we have used and I told her I have Zoom. She has Zoom too, so we quickly moved to a Zoom call. Do you use Zoom? I’m open to speaking with any of you via Zoom sometime if you like.
Another reason I’m asking which platform you like is because my uncle (who’s 77 years old) has an Android phone and would like to video chat with a wood turner friend of his that lives a few hours from him, and that friend has an iPhone. I suggested What’s App to him but told him they’d both have to download the app and learn how to use it. Or they could both search, video chat, or video conference on each of the phone’s app stores to see if they could find one in common to both phones.
Facebook group
Our big topic of discussion today, and the topic that prompted our video chat, was the shared Facebook group we’re both in–the one I’ve shared about the past several days where Richard and I introduced ourselves. It’s all been FREE until now. Yesterday, the founders (of the group) had a call with Lori Phillips and were invited to PAY to be highlighted more often in the group. But what’s the point of that? Sure, the group is now at 6k members, but as we all know, Facebook could go away at any time–and I’ve had friends that (without doing anything wrong at all), had their whole Facebook accounts taken away without warning!! So, I am very skeptical about paying money to get more publicity (within a 6,000+ member Facebook group, even if it’s growing fast). What are your thoughts?
I just took out my dowsing rods to ask about this too, that’s how much I am on the fence about it. I mean, my first thought was NO (because I paid $12k for a business coach a few years ago that didn’t provide much value. A few good tips and ‘connection’ with a few folks like us (musicians, teachers, and artists), but like us, they didn’t reach any new heights from that 1-year program, which for me, ended up only lasting for 10 months. So, yes, I am jaded.
And I’m NOT a salesperson. Dorit agreed that she isn’t either. And neither of us are wired to be salespeople. We want to GIVE all of what God has blessed us with a way to ‘help others.’ She’s a naturopath and has nothing other than her wisdom to share. She told me, I’m not like you, who have music, art, and books to sell–I didn’t even tell her about the holistic health patches, figuring she’s already seen my posts about those on Facebook. We’re both in Dr. Bruce Lipton’s group–that’s how we met. But we have so much in common! We’re both only children (both of our mothers had Rh-negative blood, and lost other babies). We both have grown children and are in total alignment regarding the shots/natural health, etc. Oh! And we’re both on the expanding consciousness track with Dr. Bruce. (She’s met him in person too, along with his wife, Gregg Braden, etc.) I was supposed to meet Gregg when I met Dr. Bruce at the TCCHE conference but he was ill and couldn’t attend live so we got him on Zoom and broadcast on a big-screen TV monitor for the 2,000 or so people in attendance. Here’s my former post about that.
As for Facebook, you know I have a love-hate relationship with it. Here’s one of my first blog posts on this platform and it was when I’d quit Facebook! Ha! I think I had good reason to quit back in the day. But let me know what YOU think (as Russell Brand says)!

Email blitz
Yesterday I began going through my incoming emails and unsubscribing from many sales/business sites that I am no longer interested in, unable to attend in person sessions of, or what not. I didn’t feel it was honest of me to stay on someone’s list if I wasn’t fully interested. It’s a waste of my time and theirs–even if I’m friends with the person, and maybe because I am friendly with the person! But of course, one of my friends texted me that she was “hugely disappointed” that I’d unsubscribed from her email list. UGH (You just can’t win with some people. At least now I know she’s got an issue with “taking things personally” as I have–and something I came into this life to resolve. And of course, I wrote her back explaining why I unsubscribed and to wish her many blessings! We’re still connected on Facebook and have each other’s phone numbers, proven by the text).
Book club
Yesterday was also a book club day for me. In the Theosophy group, of which I have been a part for many years, we are reading, Ancient Wisdom for a New Age. And we finished Chapter 12 where the author talks about NOT delving into channeling/mediumship. I found the pages on this topic fascinating since H. P. Blavatsky received spiritual guidance and wisdom from The Grand Beyond. Perhaps the point was that we need to be discerning when it comes to the spirit world. The author was of the belief that it could be very dangerous to allow some unknown entity to take over our physical body for any certain amount of time when we didn’t know anything about the entity! And there are many examples of channels and mediums dying prematurely!
I will say those pages brought up some great discussion in the group as several of us receive divine communication, whether it be from the Holy Spirit, guardian angels, or spirit guides. We agreed with the book though that one needs to be pure of intent and ego-less, when seeking such communication. This morning, while washing dishes, I had a thought drop in that it’s the charging money for such activities (as channeling and mediumship) where one might get into trouble as we’re always (in ALL ways) filtering the incoming messages through our own personal ‘lens’ and filter. Thus, the information is probably only for us, and when we give it to someone else, it’s got a film of ‘us’ on it and may not actually be FOR them.
I did bring up the issue of Aphantasia to the group and none were aware of it! I was surprised as I think I’m the youngest in our group–and yes, I know Aphantasia is rare. But the group all said they thought anyone who cannot visualize in the mind just needed more practice! Isn’t it amazing how we can have an opinion on something we know nothing about! Ha! I invited them to look it up. When Gray Summers and I first discussed Aphantasia I’d never heard of it either, but when I looked it up I read that it’s been a known phenomenon (though not widely studied) since 1880!

Revisiting past posts and all that has informed my Spirituality
Yesterday’s blog post had a good amount of chat in the comments about the Live band performance I’d done in 2016. And now that I have the YouTube video from that 2016 Breakthrough Live stage performance, I’ve got to go back and add it to the 2018 blog post, because I see for some reason I hadn’t included it before! (Maybe I didn’t have it at that time, I’m not sure.) Note: I was moving my hands around intentionally during the performance to offer an Energy blessing to the audience (there were about 200 people there, and the video was done by someone there that a friend sent to me later, which is why there’s a guy yelling, “I know this song,” while I was singing and the camera or phone was being dangled about at one point.) The folks who put on the Breakthrough therapy program (Mick and Tess Pulver) had someone professionally record the whole concert and sent us a DVD too, but the quality on it was not as they’d hoped either, so this amateur one is actually better of my solo.

Everything I have been through to this point in my life has informed my Spirituality. Of course, meditating, feeling and sensing Energy (as in feeling GodBumps), and all of that has really raised my vibration and frequency to enable me to thrive, and live in peace and harmony. And I continue to grow and speak about it ALL!
As I look back on those older Spiritual posts of mine, I also see all of the different programs, trips, and online conferences I’ve learned from over the years, and that always brings a smile and sense of accomplishment. It’s September 5th, 2024; We have an original pop rock song for you today—and it will transport you to the islands! The smooth rich vocals from Bubba Hudson are magnificent! We play this often to put us in an easy going mood. A gem of a production from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN.
Here’s the two-hundred-forty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently bring you pleasing new original songs to lighten your mood. I know there’s a lot going on, especially with school getting started, and the tragedy of the school shooting near Atlanta, Georgia.
We have to be able to bring ourselves back into balance, somehow. And this is what I am here to do. Using Holism, Daoism, Buddhism, and Christian Mysticism (which simply means to Connect to the Energy of Omniscience God the way Jesus did), we can imbue ourselves with healing Love to bring our mind and body back to homeostasis. Raise our spirits and grow our souls.
Now, before I show you this spark of hope message about the school shooting, I will say, we don’t watch CBN much at all (mostly because I let go of mainstream organized Christianity many years ago–and that’s due to the pablum they spew versus truly teaching the way Jesus taught–FULL of God’s Energy and Love). But I take what I can use and leave the rest, since going through Recovery over thirty years ago with an ex-husband.

I love this meme, except that I focus on letting go of the word, ‘should’. Therefore, I would reword this to say that healing helps one let go of the fear of losing yourself as you try to please everyone.

The foundation of the courses I teach and all I write is FREEDOM. And FREE SPEECH is KEY to us finding and sharing our truths. I know it’s been key for me finding my VOICE!
The culmination of all I have done in my life has led me to realize my aim has always been to help people feel better. Mentally. Spiritually. And Physically. Not like a personal trainer, but by helping release chronic stress, illnesses such as asthma and allergies, or such.
And when people would not listen to me, I began writing. I have been writing since I was in elementary school, when I felt my voice had been squelched by adults (those in some kind of perceived authority).
