We have to work together to solve our Energy issues
We have to work together to solve our Energy issues. As this song shows, there are lots of choices. I wonder if people didn’t live underground centuries ago in order to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. As well as, escape most ferocious animals.
When people try to tear you down (steal your personal Energy), remember even if they are high born, well-educated, or sophisticated, they can keep their opinions to themselves or share with you privately (if they really feel THAT compelled to share). If they spout off publicly it means they’re trying to look good to someone else, or they’ve been bought off! There’s always ‘something in it for THEM.’ And as for me, it only reduces my respect for them—IF I had any respect for them before. There’s ALL-WAYS time, if one will make the effort, to discuss differences of opinion in private with love and tolerance. Each of us desires to be heard and understood.

I was sad to read the post that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s siblings put out. I mean, they could have discussed these things privately, but to put such a bold statement our publicly only tells me how ‘sold out’ THEY are! When one follows the money, ALL becomes clear (when you’re not Programmed. And remember, I teach Integrating the Spirals to DE-Program people). I am all for resolving these kinds of family disputes and bringing families back together. But people have to WANT this kind of help.

RFK Jr. will continue to have his name on some state ballots
I’m glad I read Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s email this morning because I had thought he had dropped out of the 2024 Presidential race altogether. Nope! He’s just taken his name off the ballot in 10 key battleground states. I love that RFK Jr. has a desire to improve the health of children and is a supporter of Health Freedom. If you’re scanning my posts quickly, I’ve emphasized the main points that mean a lot to me in bold. Here’s RFK Jr.’s letter, which he emailed to supporters:
Well it is official. Some of what you heard is true. I am suspending my presidential campaign activities, and removing my name from the ballot in a handful of swing states, in order to ensure my candidacy does not inadvertently prolong the damage being done by the anti-democratic corporate kleptocracy that is today’s Democratic Party.
As one of my supporters, I would like to tell you what went into my decision, so that you know that your support has not been in vain.
Indeed, it is with a sense of victory, not defeat, that I am suspending my campaign. Not only did we accomplish the supposedly impossible task of collecting a million signatures to get on the ballot, but we elevated key issues into the center of national politics. The most important of these are:
Corruption of government agencies, Children’s health and chronic disease, Ending the war machine, and Ending government censorship, surveillance, and information control.
When I entered the race 16 months ago, no candidate was speaking about these issues. Kamala Harris still doesn’t mention them, but Donald Trump does. To be sure, I disagree with President Trump on many issues. But on these key matters, he and the people around him are in agreement. I believe I can best serve these goals as part of a unity cabinet inside the Trump administration.
I am not naive. I know there is no guarantee that fine sentiments will translate into meaningful action. I have come to this decision through many days of meditation and prayer, during which I have cycled through all of the emotions and arguments that my supporters have expressed to me, from every direction.
I also want you to know that I am only suspending my campaign, not terminating it. My name will still be on the ballot in most states. If you live in a blue state, you can vote for me without harming or helping President Trump or Vice President Harris. In red states — the same applies. I encourage you to do so. And if enough of you vote for me and neither of the major party candidates win 270 electoral votes, I could still end up in the White House in a contingent election.
I know this decision will be hard for many of you to understand, who have not gone through the intense process I have. To learn more about my thinking and my intentions, please watch this video of yesterday’s press conference, in which I announced my decision to the nation.
Thank you for your support through this intense journey of a presidential campaign. I will continue to do everything in my power to redeem your trust.

From Ohio
I must tell you that I have emulated Chrissie Hynde’s voice for decades when I sing (Okay, yes, Tina Turner was a role model for me due to shared life experiences. My voice isn’t as gravelly as Tina’s and my natural tone likens more to Chrissie’s voice–because know someone will question me on this). I’m not technically from Ohio, but I sang Chrissie’s song about Ohio many times (along with Brass in Pocket and Middle of the Road). But, I did grow up right across the river from Ohio (in WV). I also met my first husband in Ohio (and our daughter was born in Ohio–our son was born in West Virginia). While some people in WV dislike the ‘buckeyes’ in Ohio, I never did. I always loved Ohio. So, there’s that. And that’s probably what first drew me to Neil Young when he sang his song about Ohio too (plus I grew up during the time of the Kent state protests/killings). UGH!

Ways we give away our Energy
Oops, I did it again. I got involved in a political discussion on LinkedIn a couple of days ago, which culminated in my choosing to disconnect from a former manager of mine. Oh well! I had communicated how the judicial system had failed us (and continues to fail us, as in the case of the nurse practitioner) in the USA–citing the issue with my first cousin, whose murderer is still walking free on $8500 bond in Myrtle Beach, SC. The murderer shot eight times at my cousin’s car as my cousin was driving away! If that’s not INTENT to kill, I don’t know what else is!) Read my former post.
My former boss (from many years ago) held the opinion that there’s nothing wrong with our American system of justice. But that’s not why I unfriended him. I unfriended him because he didn’t say one thing in response to what I’d written about my cousin’s murder! He didn’t even hint that he’d read my words! And I wasn’t going to continue to give him a platform to highlight his mainstream media programming. Oh! He said I was misinformed and shouldn’t get my news from YouTube, etc. Ha! Well, I replied that I’d rather get my information from REAL people (most retired military) on YouTube! And then I disconnected from him. Lesson learned. I won’t engage in any of that anymore! It was sooo draining!

I will not allow anyone to gaslight me any longer. I have no ego in this, so insulting me doesn’t work, but gaslighting will not make me change my mind to agree with a person—not to mention that it’s not KIND. And kindness rules my world. I check my bias every day (using de-programming techniques I’ve developed) on myriad subjects so as to not expend my energy to try and change ANYONE. Like the old psychiatry joke, the light bulb has to WANT to be changed. And then, if you want, you can read my suggestions (from the four books I’ve written).

Apparently, giving any medical type opinion (even for a doctor or nurse) is a good way to get canceled or worse! Speaking of ‘what’s worse’ than getting canceled… this lady, unknown to me until yesterday, wrote me a message on LinkedIn asking if I could help her daughter in any way. She prefaced her request to me (with a singular line that prefaced the following letter with the words), “My daughter is very spiritual…”
Pleading her case

I compassionately replied to Esther and offered her a FREE rewrite of her original post–in case she wanted to use it in future messages. Here’s the rewrite I sent back to her:
To offer my writing as a FREE service, if you want to use this, I have edited it and copied it below:
My daughter, a nurse practitioner, is currently in prison serving a 20-year sentence. She has been unfairly accused of fraud. Please, read her page which explains her side of what happened, which is very different from what she was charged with.
This traumatizing experience with my daughter has inspired me to write this letter. What happened to her showed me firsthand the profound impact of what our “justice system” can bestow on American families. It has shown me how everything you see or hear is created with the intent to deceive and control. I see the indoctrination and propaganda.
We, as Americans, often refer to our country as a free society where justice flourishes. Not anymore. We have become an insensitive, intolerant, and corrupt society where any person could maliciously be implicated in a big scam without their knowledge. In other words, anyone can be made into a scapegoat.
In my daughter’s case, a woman of Hispanic descent, was accused of Medicare fraud in Miami, Dade County (supposedly, the Medicare fraud capital of the world). My daughter is a mother of five with no prior criminal record. We think this made her an easy target. Especially, when covering up for high-profile criminal corporations and business owners (the majority of whom are very wealthy white males).
Many innocent medical professionals are behind bars for the same reason as my daughter. They are only given two choices: 1) to accept a plea agreement, which means they plead guilty even if they believe they are innocent, or 2) go to trial. Most accept a guilty plea, out of fear, or because their attorney warned them the same way they warned us. If we took the case to trial, they said we wouldn’t win. We were told that the government has a conviction rate is 99.8% and the system is designed to win at all costs. They can cheat, lie, coerce, twist the truth, and even coach their witnesses to secure a conviction and the prosecutor and witnesses have qualified immunity, which allows the prosecutors to fabricate evidence and bring false witnesses. The other option of taking it to trial would result in a much harsher punishment, known as the trial tax.
Against our attorney’s advice and fully confident of her innocence, my daughter opted to go to trial. The result was that the attorneys were correct–that she would lose. The prosecutor did their job as expected. They managed to convince a jury that my daughter willingly and willfully committed fraud. The judge applied his ‘trial tax’ vengeance. He mentioned the fact that Miami-Dade was the capital of Medicare fraud, and for this reason, he meant to discourage future fraud. He used my daughter as an example and sentenced her to the maximum penalty.
Now 10 months later, my daughter is in prison. Her children have been separated not only from my daughter but from the other siblings. She is suffering, not only for not being there to protect and support all her children but, also because she knows how much her youngest a 4-year-old, and 7-year-old need her and how much they cry for her every day. They don’t understand why mommy was taken away.
It’s a horrible experience every time they visit her. First, they get very excited because they are going to see Mommy then when it’s time for them to leave, they start sobbing. They cry and scream as they walk to the parking lot, which is 4 blocks away. The pain, alienation, and suffering experienced by these children are evident. It is deeply traumatizing and hard for them to understand.
My daughter does not belong in prison. Beyond her horrific circumstances, she suffers from several life-threatening allergies for which she is not receiving proper treatment. One of her allergies is latex so she can’t wear underwear not even during her period. Her most serious allergic is honey which causes anaphylactic shock with no EpiPen her life is in grave danger. There is no justification for such abuses, especially separating first-time, nonviolent mothers from their children as a form of punishment. This inhumane practice must stop. This approach does not just punish the mother; it punishes the children and is shameful in a so-called “just” society.
My daughter was a dedicated Nurse Practitioner like other doctors who have found themselves entangled in fraudulent schemes not of their own making, but rather as a result of being misled by unscrupulous entities.
These Medical Professionals were victimized by a deceptive and complex scheme. They acted in good faith and were not complicit in the fraud.
Please consider advocating for these doctors. Their cases need a fair reassessment, acknowledging the context of their actions and the fraudulent environment in which they unknowingly operated. They deserve justice, not condemnation.
