I’m often too wordy. So, I’ll keep this short and simply give you some visual updates on what’s changed around the house. We live in the apartment attached to the back of the house, so my plants only get the afternoon sun. And the side of the house that gets the most wind is the side that shows the most wear (yes, it needs painted or siding put on it).
The house
The side that gets beat on by weather the most. The sun porch gets the worst of it. There’s some wood that needs replaced under the windows. The window to the far left is in our apartment (and it’s behind the head of my bed). This is the worst of the wood that needs replaced.Close up of peeling paint. It’s been ten years since it has been painted. My son-in-law would like to fix the wood and paint it so he doesn’t lose the architectural details, but my daughter would like to put siding on the house so they don’t have to paint it again. This is the back side of the house, which is our apartment. Thankfully, we have this back door and deck because we use it a lot. I’d like to clean up the landscaping around the deck and have more lavender and such growing there, but I am simply not that fit to be out there digging up weeds, cleaning out what’s under the deck, placing pavers or rocks, etc. I can envision it, but will need someone else to do the manual labor.
My plants
These are all the herbs I repotted. This is how they looked on their last day outside (Oct. 8th, 2025). I’ll compare them to this picture in the spring when I bring them back outside after the winter is done. I have three pots of basil, three of parsley, two of oregano, and one of dill. I don’t expect the dill to do much over the winter, but the little yellow flowers are supposed to turn into seeds I can replant in the spring. We’ll see! These are the plants that will stay outside all winter. Basil, Lavender, Peppermint, and oregano. I will figure out some better stands next spring to make this look prettier. But the plastic tub and lids were “what I had” when we moved in and I spent my money on new pots instead of plant stands, etc.The big plant is actually five bell pepper plants that I started from seed in July. Yes, I started them too late in the season, so I didn’t expect they’d even do this good. They got to the flowering stage a couple. of weeks before it got cold. I expect by November it will be done. But we’ll see!
My spa room
I got all the plants repotted and moved indoors (by the window) last week. The door to the left goes into Richard’s music room. The silver tent is my Relax sauna. I love it! It’s the best thing I’ve bought for this room and my health! I moved all of my medicinal tinctures and supplements to the bookshelves too, so anytime I need a boost or am feeling unwell, I have everything I need right next to the sauna. After I get out of the sauna I can rest by laying down on the red light pad with its nine PEMF settings. I moved my Therasage 7-modality heating pad upstairs to the lounge chair too, because I got us something for Christmas (it’s already here but I haven’t opened the box yet) that we’ll use downstairs (and it will provide us with MORE red light therapy)!
Two clay ghosts I made for Halloween
This was my first time working from a block of clay. And I had to flatten it out first, and that took more time than I’d thought it would. And a bit more shoulder and arm strength. But I got it done. After rolling the clay out, I wrapped it around two cone shaped paper forms to get it into the basic ghost shape:
flattening out the clay. We worked on the back of an art canvas to keep the table clean. And we used dowel rods to ensure we got the clay as thin as possible. My two ghosts. This was how I left them at the studio before the first kiln firing.
I took some pictures of some of the other class attendees’ clay creations too!
Someone did a neat job on this jack-o-lantern and witch hat.Clay ghost and pumpkins. They got three projects out of that one block of clay! I really like this persons pumpkin! I never thought about adding anything to my ghosts. This person added a hat to her ghost and did some cutouts on it too! This is going to look really cute when they finish it and set the little battery operated tea light candle under it!And I loved this clay witch hat! Wow! Cute jack-o-lantern too, that they made a patch of grass or something underneath it to sit on.
Got the ghosts from the kiln and went back to the studio to paint them with glaze. I chose two different colors of glaze, a white and light gray for shading. We’ll see how they turn out. I’ll come back and update this post with a couple pictures after they come out of the kiln again.
I hope everyone’s ready for All Hallow’s Eve in a couple of weeks! And I hope everyone has fun and enjoys the spooky time. I’m looking forward to the annual pumpkin festival here!

Here’s something I hope will help those who are emotionally struggling. I encourage you to set aside some time for yourself to watch the documentary style movie on YouTube, Sensitive: The Untold Story. If nothing else, it may help you understand your sensitive family or friends.
Spiral thought: I have several posts to publish, but I’ve been slow in getting them out because I’ve been diving back into writing my 5th book. In picking through some of the research I have had in my reading/watching queue for over a year, I had this one. Thus, I felt it would be good to push it out (in front of the other articles) and get it to you today.
Watch Sensitive: The Untold Story
I wish I had watched this sooner. It features one of my favorite musical artists, Alanis Morissette.
I’ve loved Alanis for years, since Jagged Little Pill came out in 1995. Ironically, or synchronistically, a few months after I left my second husband. I probably could have guessed that she’s a prime example of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). In the midst of my emotional roller coaster, her songs were the gentle balm to help me heal, along with a LOT of therapy, group, individual, and self-help. Thank Omniscience God, I pulled through.
A dear friend of mine (whom I’ve known for years), Jen Carey, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, moved from Florida to Massachusetts (a few years ago) and offers professional counseling services. She understands the Sensitive person. If you’re struggling and feel you need to reach out to someone personally, Jen is available via phone and video conference. Most of us know when we’ve pushed beyond our depths, but even if you’re not sure, you may want to reach out for a conversation with Jen:

Here’s something for my musically inclined audience, as well as another commentary on how to reach a global audience, when one doesn’t necessarily see themselves as a “Globalist.”
Spiral thought: I know I haven’t posted in several days, nor have I caught up with those of you whose blogs I follow (some incessantly), and I’m sorry. I had a rather frustrating issue with the WordPress Jetpack app on my phone and I had to remove it. I may have to put it back on, but in the meantime, through that process I became acutely aware of how much time I was spending on it. And I’ve funneled that TIME into getting back into writing on my 5th book, We Are All Connected! Tada! Yes, sometimes it takes us destroying one thing to create another! That’s certainly been the case for me this past week.
Learning new tools
I’ve also been learning additional SEO to extend the reach of my YouTube channel, JIGGLE BUTT, and that’s beginning to reap some rewards of additional views. I have been playing around with incorporating additional self help methods into my dancing as well, (that you can see in my videos) so you can really see the many tools I use each day in my well-being journey.
Speaking of tools, here The Kiffness shows us many of the apps he uses to make his very popular cat videos!
The ‘how to’ of using music apps
I love it when people let us inside their process. In particular, I love the way The Kiffness lets us see what all he uses to create his aWEsOMe cat videos (he uses other animals in his videos too, but we began following from with this one, so…)
The Kiffness ‘how to’ – an inside perspective and walk through on how he makes his incredible musical cat song videos
I’m so glad The Kiffness put out this commentary video because I thought he was Greek but he’s from South Africa! I was surprised! I guess his accent should have given it away, but I am not always good with accents (to be able to tell where someone’s from). Go figure! You gotta remember I’m just a small town girl from the state of West Virginia after all. Most of my ‘culturalization’ (is that a word?) came from working at a university for ten years in Florida.

I got an email from documentary filmmaker, Mikki Willis tonight. Because I follow him and his wife and am very interested in their work. The email was to let people who follow them know that he’s building a platform where we can connect without fear of censorship because… the globalists want to depopulate the earth.
Mikki wrote,
The very first “commandment” carved into The Georgia Guidestones’ Ten Guidelines reads…
“Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.”
Screen capture 1: Population collapse email from Mikki Willis
Now, I’d heard of the Georgia guidestones and watched several YouTube videos about them before 2022, but I didn’t know who all the globalists were/are. I knew about Kissinger and Gates, the Rockefeller’s and WEF. I guess I could have surmised the UN would be on the list. But what’s ‘The infamous Club of Rome’? I’ll have to look that one up.
The important message
Screen capture 2: Population collapse email from Mikki Willis
I will say these percentages surprised me. But I don’t often think of such things. Except when I ride through small states like New Hampshire and Vermont and still see a LOT of forests and uninhabited lands. Then my mind swirls with questions like, “Why do we have a homeless problem in this country?”
Screen capture 3: Population collapse email from Mikki Willis
I’m glad the Georgia guidestones aren’t around anymore. And yes, my daoist leanings understand that seeking balance is a good thing. But from what I read here, it doesn’t seem like we’re anywhere near a time when the balance of life is in question on this earth.

A friend’s Facebook post got me thinking about this topic. And the answer that dropped into my mind was actually a question. That is, “Are you a Nationalist or a Globalist?
I was born and raised in The United States of America. I consider myself a nationalist who enjoys all the freedoms we have in this country.
Traveling
Yes, I enjoy traveling. And I’d like to travel more. But at my core, I remain loyal to the land of my ancestors. It is said that everyone came to America from somewhere else, and the same could probably be said of all who live anywhere, as when you trace the lineages back multiple generations, most of our families did not originate in the country we now call home. Even my Cherokee ancestors came from somewhere else initially.
I’ve been to a few other countries in my life such as, Canada (as a child when my parents took me to Niagra Falls, and we went to Canada to enjoy the view from the Canadian side). Mexico, when my husband and I took an ocean cruise. And another time, when I went with friends on a yoga cruise that ported in Cozumel. Then there was the Sacred Celtic Journey to Ireland, England, and Scotland that we took in July 2019, plus the associated “winning” trip back to Newgrange in Ireland, December 2019!
About Kings and Queens
I go back and forth with how I feel about England. But we fought a war against them, so there’s that. I’ve written before that my mom was no fan of Queen Elizabeth, but loved Princess Diana. Personally, I cannot stand King Charles (and yes, I call him King Chuck at times because it amuses me.) But I have always wanted to visit Wales, and I was closer to it than I thought as we toured Bath and Wells, England when we went to Stonehenge. We were with a group though, so even had I known, we couldn’t have accomplished a visit there at that time.
You have to know who you aren’t in order to determine who you ARE.
I simply feel at heart that I am a Nationalist. I know I adamantly disagree with global organizations such as the World Economic Forum and their mission to CONTROL the world. And I strongly dislike the World Health Organization and the massive disservice they did to the world during COVID. Ugh.
People who feed on greed and then turned us against each other score no points in my book. The Rockefellers, Morgans, and Vanderbilts. Rockefeller’s ruined West Virginia (and not only for their need for control over coal) but in other ways too. John D. Rockefeller Sr. ran an oil monopoly (Standard Oil) and later, perhaps to soothe his internal guilt, decided to become a philanthropist. I always find it amusing when guilty parties opt to do a ‘little good’ for the ‘every man’ after taking advantage of them for decades. Family history
As a Daughter of the American Revolution who has Native American ancestry, too many people forget all of us have come down through lineages that have been persecuted. Thus, I have compassion and do not want to persecute ANYONE. I was raised not to see color, but in the last few years have been called names because I that was not the way they thought it best for me to think.
My puritan ancestors (see the stones engraved at Plymouth Rock, MA if you doubt this), brought Christianity to this country via the Mayflower. This is why I have had debates on the facts of our Christian nation heritage. Now, people may want to do away with that now, with all their “love and light,” but as for me and my house, we understand the foundation. And a house with a failing foundation is at risk of degradation and crumbling down.
Remember not everyone who lives in America is FOR America.
I’ll go back to spraying our Japanese Knotweed with salt and vinegar now. Many blessings!

I have had a trip to visit Salem, Massachusetts on my Warren Buffet annual To Do list since 2017 at least. I’m thrilled to say, I can check that off now!
On Sept. 20th, 2025 my daughter drove my eldest granddaughter and I to see the sights of Salem, Massachusetts. Salem is a bit more than two hours from where we live in New Hampshire.
I’m pooped! I could barely do anything on Sunday because we walked about 7,000 steps on Saturday! Even today, Monday, I’m moving fairly slow. I did manage to accomplish my Jiggle Butt dances yesterday and today, mostly because my husband, Richard, wrote a couple of new songs in remembrance of the thirteen female witches hung during the Salem witch trials. FYI: Twenty people were executed in total; nineteen were hung and one was pressed to death. UGH! (Two hundred were accused of witchcraft/consorting with the devil.)
One of my dear friends from Florida lives in Salem now. She texted me several great tips, like where to park for free (a few blocks from the downtown area), and potential places to eat, etc. She also invited us to visit her and her husband at their in town farm, which we did at the end of our day! And THAT visit was the highlight for me, as Salem is too commercialized to suit my taste.
Driving around Salem
My daughter thought it best to drive us around to some of the sites first, that would be too far for us to walk too. Great planning and thinking on her part! This is a fairly good sized town with lots of one-way streets, and some two-way streets that allow parking on both sides, making driving around a little hairy.
Salem’s witchy history
First, we drove by the Proctor’s Ledge Memorial. We could have parked at the closed down Walgreens at the corner, but didn’t realize until we passed that corner, and her GPS had already taken us around the block in the neighborhood to get to it. We didn’t want to go around it again. My daughter always considers how residents feel about all the traffic (as I raised my kids in Daytona Beach, Florida and they know traffic).
While I was reading about early American history and what religious ties might have led to the witch trials in Salem, I read about the Puritans (of which my lineage traces to and why I feel such disdain for the Church of England), and how even the Puritans disagreed; some were Separatists, who believed there should be no state established church) and some were Non-Separatists/Nonconformists who remained loyal to the Church of England: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Puritans_in_North_America
Spiral thought: It’s a rather confusing subject, but since I was raised in the Mormon movement, one can see why this thread runs deep with me, that of separating from the Church of England and its Catholic roots. I’m now such a Separatist or staunchly religiously independent, that I am not an active member of any organized religion! If curious, refer to my previous articles: https://sheilamurrey.net/2018/11/06/the-fences-of-religion/ and https://sheilamurrey.net/2019/08/23/about-omniscience/
Hocus Pocus
This is one of the houses used in the Hocus Pocus classic film. It’s known as Max and Dani’s House. It’s located at 4 Ocean Ave. in Salem, MA. It’s a private residence and perhaps the most iconic film location from the movie that fans want to see. I was surprised that it was right on the water! The marina and the many boats in the water made this a beautiful spot!
Off to the side of this house, you’ll love the beauty of the water! The boats. The marina. It’s simply spectacular!
Marina and water next to the Max and Dani’s Hocus Pocus house.
We drove by The Witch House at Salem while looking for parking downtown. My friend, Jen, gave us parking info, but many lots were full (even the parking garage was full). We eventually took her advice and parked by Furlong Park on Franklin Street. That meant we had to walk across a bridge to get back to the downtown area, but it was free, and one can’t argue with that!
The Witch House Salem: https://www.thewitchhouse.orgA street named after my family name. Williams Street. (My daughter also drove by and took a picture of a Square that had her husband’s surname.)We saw a festival going on at this park – through the fence, but it was too much for us to walk back there to check it out after we eventually parked the car.The Witch Museum. This is a big draw! There seemed to be quite a long line and I don’t think any of us were in the mood to go anyway. We just wanted to get a feel for the town. The memorial to the founder of Salem: The Roger Conant Statue. https://www.salem.org/notable-locals/roger-conant/The Hawthorne Hotel. We were going to eat lunch here, but the sign outside the door said the kitchen quit serving breakfast at 11am and wouldn’t reopen to serve dinner until 5pm. My friend, Jen C., said the food here is very good. A fun mural that I thought was well done. It’s Pirates climbing a rope ladder and ropes on the side of a store. Note the iron fence. There is a lot of iron fencing around town.Driving around town. I enjoyed checking out the old architecture of the buildings, the stone walls, the iron fences, foundations and fireplaces of the homes, and the brick sidewalks and cobblestone streets.
Walking around downtown Salem
Once parked, we walked several blocks to the downtown Main Street area of Salem. It’s nice! It is blocked to cars, and is a wide street where people can get in and out of a variety of shops and eateries. (I think the cobblestone got to my feet though! And I was even wearing good ‘walking shoes’! I could not imagine walking around there in boots or healed shoes like I observed many women wearing! I will NOT suffer for anyone’s perceived idea of beauty.
The first shop we checked out was The Good Witch of Salem. It was a very small shop all built around the story of a good witch. The items in the store for sale were things having to do with a fiction book written by Ashley Tina (the store’s owner).
I glanced through the some odd 20 page book and saw few words but lots of illustrations. (She probably did write a good story, but we are two very different authors! Thus, I am a harsh critic.)
I couldn’t imagine having the money to start a store built around one book! The store carried little girl clothing, a doll (no doubt the heroine of the book), fake (extremely dyed) crystals (okay, to be fair, they were quartz), a bit of jewelry, and other small items. This didn’t interest me at all, but my daughter and granddaughter enjoyed looking it all over. In fact, this story reminded me of a line in Hocus Pocus about the sisters noticing how people had turned All Hallow’s Eve into a frolicking fun time! I found a quote that’s close:
Quote from Hocus Pocus
In fact, even as we walked into the second shop my eldest granddaughter remarked, “The first place was all cheery and light, and now we’re descending into the depths of darkness,” or something to that effect. I take creative license here to paraphrase her. Ha!
The darkly dreaming shop was The Black Veil Studio on the corner of Essex Street and Sewall. I almost bought a few things in this store, but I wanted to see what else I might find later on. (I didn’t end up buying anything but food! Ha!) Hats off to these guys though. The shop definitely sets a haunting mood!
Screen capture of an older Facebook post for The Black Veil Studio referencing the shop we’d stopped in at 304 Essex St.
We popped into another gift shop (I didn’t catch the name) to look at t-shirts, stuffed animals, hats and so forth. And then… we stood in a short line to go into Professor Spindlewink’s World of Wizardry.
About a third of the items they offered for sale were things my son-in-law can print on his 3D printer, so again, I wasn’t too impressed. But sure, the large articulating dragon for $49 was cool. I also liked the vibe and perhaps we should have taken in the attraction part of it. We just didn’t want to overwhelm our sensitive 13, nearly 14-year old.
Screen capture from Ecosia search for Professor Spindlewink’s World of WizardryPhoto I snapped as we left the shop because I had recently drawn of a tree and it was so stunningly similar to the tree on the glass of the shop, that I gasped!
While walking down the cobblestone-and-brick Essex Street (in the middle of downtown Salem), we saw several street performers. You could chuck in some coins or cash as a tip and have your photo taken with them. It’s nice because that street is closed off to vehicle traffic.
There was an overwhelming amount of shops, attractions, museums, restaurants, cafes, and people standing in lines to enter most of them. While it isn’t Disney World, it sort of has that vibe. I wanted something more authentic. Fact: Walt Disney was a descendant of Rev. George Burroughs, a victim and the only minister executed during the Salem witch trials in 1692.
I nearly missed this very large engraved stone on the side of a building paying homage to Alexander Graham Bell! And of course, this thrilled me to no end because he’s kinda the epitome of my career which merged electronics and communications!
It may be difficult to read, but this is a huge engraved marker that I nearly passed by as we walked up the street between shops. This site may help you discern the text: https://www.hmdb.org/m.asp?m=230062
We had a lovely sit down lunch at an Irish pub called, Olde Main Street Pub. I loved the delectable fish ‘n chips I had (best since my time in Ireland in 2019). My daughter enjoyed her pulled pork sandwich and my granddaughter liked her cheeseburger, but said the fries were the best! (My full review of our lunch is on Yelp.)
My fish ‘n chips at Olde Main Street Pub, Salem, MA
We saw some great characters in full costume regalia such as, Frankenstein, an old hag witch (see the photo), the clown from IT, Mike Myers from the Halloween movie, and Sarah Sanderson from Hocus Pocus (of course)! The gal even resembled Sarah Jessica Parker, and she did a bit of acting to drive that point home! Much of the town celebrates the Hocus Pocus witches, since it was filmed in Salem.
I liked the little alley we walked down that had the blue painted trees. After taking this photo, we began taking a lot of selfie group pictures. And I realized that I’d never learned how to set the timer on my new iPhone 16. (Go figure!)

I put my hand out over each stone marker as we slowly and solemnly walked through the park (to leave a gift of loving Energy to all of the persecuted and murdered) at the Salem Witch Trials Memorial. THIS was the most poignant part of our day!
I had not realized how many men had been hung after being accused, and the young man walking behind me commented the same. I also did not realize that all of the ones paid tribute at this memorial died on different dates, some in July, some in September. We also noted that several were hung on Sept. 22, 1692. But this was one of the main reasons I’d always wanted to visit! To learn the real history of the Salem witch trials. (Especially since going to Ireland, England, and Scotland in 2019 and learning of the Cathars.)
After dining, we happened upon the Bewitched Sculpture and took more photos there as well. I was always a fan of the show (since childhood), so this was a fun moment! Elizabeth Montgomery in that role was probably the one who got me so intrigued with witches at a young age. Oh, and The Wizard of Oz film, which is still my favorite movie of all time! Ha!
At the Bewitched statue of Elizabeth Montgomery. Left to right: My daughter, eldest granddaughter, and me! –Sheila Murrey
Here we are in front of the old hag witch. And no, we’re not sure which movie or story she’s from. I searched online but could not find a name for this particular witch. She’s wearing a pilgrim type hat that’s black with a red belt above the brim, a red gown, black robe, and is holding a staff or broom in one hand, and a candle holder in the other.

After this, we stopped at a bakery and donut shop that another customer at the pub had raved about. One was Lulu’s Bakery and the other was Funhouse Donuts. We got several treats to bring home.
NOTE: I must say, Lulu’s Bakery had one of the best brownies I’ve ever had (which Richard and I shared on Sunday/Monday)! I didn’t get a donut, but my daughter said they enjoyed them.
On the long walk back to the car, I stopped in front of the Wesley United Methodist Church to look at the stained and leaded glass windows. I couldn’t help but gasp at the sign on the side about the parking and note that on a Saturday, the parking lot was completely empty! All that space that could have allowed visitors a place to park without having to walk as far. Ugh
I’m sure someone in charge at this Methodist Church thought this old English font typeface sign would make people chuckle. I didn’t find it funny at all by the time I was struggling to walk back to where we’d parked.
I always wanted to visit Salem with my friend, Susan who grew up there. She’s into a LOT of the same things I am, and I think she could have shown me more of the authentic side of the town, but we’ve simply never managed to do it–yet. Tick tock time’s a wastin’! But if I never go again, at least I can check Salem off my ‘To Do List.’
After we left the downtown area, we visited my friend, Jen C. and her husband at their home. My daughter got a couple photos of my granddaughter playing ball with Jen’s dog, Misty. I thought I’d share it to show how we ended our day on a high note:

Integrating the Spirals
I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!
Yours in consciousness-expansion as we evolve and revolve during our mystical awakening. All while doing-my-egoless-best, to take you on a limitless, spiraling thought ride to better health, through doing more with ease, to help us sustain the JOY in our lives! (With lots of Gratitude throughout.)

When I worked for a university (for ten years), I came to realize just how much the formal education system lagged behind in the knowledge they were teaching.
Consider this. Think about how long it takes to get a group of academics together to make degree program decisions, gather textbooks together (it often takes years for authors to write and publish textbooks!), recruit and hire faculty, as well as, prepare learning objectives, course syllabus, outline, instructions, tutorials, learning aids and all other materials. It’s no small feat! And all of that takes time.
A college or university administrative staff then has to prepare a course catalog and academic calendar schedule. And this is only some of the work that has to be done on the student registration side! There are all other kinds of actions that must be performed (setup) before students can show up to attend classes: admissions, financial aid, bookstore, etc.
When you get down to the nitty gritty of it, you can begin to understand why college programs are not on the cutting edge of science.
My educated conclusion? Research institutes may seem like they are on the leading edge of science, but they are also likely slower at disseminating their research findings and groundbreaking discoveries than most of us want to believe.

One way I integrate mind and body
Part of what I teach in Integrating the Spirals is bodily movement when reaching new awareness, setting new intentions, or receiving new information to fully embody it.
JIGGLE BUTT has become the daily integration exercise I do that’s fun! It started as a way to promote my husband’s original songs, but now, it has become so much more!
I hope to encourage others over 60 to be open to lifelong learning, aware of thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies, become strong, resilient, and create their own Jiggle Butt videos too!

My credit union sent the following helpful information and tips regarding scams to me (and their other customers) the other day. I found it useful, so I thought I would share it:
Don’t get caught in a Money Mule scam – from my credit union. For obvious reasons I don’t want to disclose the name.Red flags to watch for and how to protect yourself
I had never heard of a Money Mule scam before. I mean, I guess in concept but not in name.
Now, it’s up to us to do our due diligence to ensure we don’t fall victim to scammers.
By being better informed we can stop scammers from stealing our hard earned money!
Perplexity
I’m using Perplexity AI now to copy and paste potential job scam offers. I’m also using it to ask some scholarly questions pertaining to the research I have done for my 5th book!
So far, I am finding the answers and feedback it provides very helpful!

In continuing my chats with fellow blogger, artist, and friend, Linda of Creative Artworks Blog, I discovered another rabbit hole of inquiry and self reflection this morning. And it is the rabbit hole of ‘Longing.’
When I leave someone or something, (or they leave me), I continue to feel a sense of sadness. Ugh! Yet, I know that is somehow tied to selfishness on my part.
Hmmm.
I think of the song, Everytime you go away.
Selfishness is tied to ownership.
Meditating on this, I find that when I say, ‘my’ anything, I am attaching some level of ownership to the person, place, or thing. Some degree of ownership comes from loving. Interesting!
Perhaps this is one reason the Buddhists teach us to detach. The less attached we are, the less suffering. when we can focus on the new homes or adventures our far away loved ones can have without us, instead of thinking about how much we miss them, it frees our thinking minds!
And perhaps in this “We Are All Connected” metaphysical world, it frees them too! The frequencies are all intermingling.
What is bound on earth is bound in heaven?

I wrote about some of these scams before, but this article by Rebecca Keegan for The Hollywood Reporter was full of more details than I ever thought of when it comes to these scammers (and why they want to move your chat to Telegram)!
I almost hate to comment on YouTube or Facebook posts of people I don’t know, because invariably some scammer tries to lure me to another platform or chat. Ugh! It’s so annoying!
Gullible
I’m gullible at times or in a mood to see how far they’ll go, so I play along—for a little while. But I tell you, 100% of the time, it’s a scammer.
Don’t waste your time on them, please. And certainly NEVER send bitcoin, money, gift cards, etc. to anyone you don’t know!
