I’m deciding today on some new types of posts for 2024 and have decided to focus on posting about our original music each day! I’ll post here, and to my Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to get more eyes and ears on our songs–I posted a song each day in 2023 on my Facebook page, but I’d also been working and caregiving for my hubby, so life got busy and I didn’t always post a song daily and ended the year by doing weekly or bi-monthly with a song for each day within one post. But I met my self-challenge at least! And since we have over 400 originals, I still haven’t gotten all of the songs posted to Facebook and will continue sharing there too, through January. Wink!

Speaking of a new year, let’s start it off with our newest song, A man:

I can’t even begin to tell you how thrilled I was to note the increase in readership and participation! Whether you read a few words or an entire blog article/post or listen to the ones I’ve added the audio to, I’m humbly grateful you are here. And from sooo many countries all over the world!

I’m excited about this new year that begins today. I’m eager to continue expanding my consciousness, and yours, and Connecting with many more of you–especially now that I’m retired! LOL YIPPEE!!!

As an empath I want to help ease suffering and raise our vibration to offer hope. I want to uplift others and expand our collective consciousness. I teach breath work and meditation so we appreciate the value of Detachment. We till our inner soil with our breath to calm the amygdala and institute peace. Meditation is an easy way to Connect us with spirit, higher selves, Omniscience God, and receive non-programmed personal guidance.
