Woke up to this:

I didn’t know Mikki Willis had a gay brother. Or that his brother died after taking AZT. And that his mom died shortly after his brother because she was wracked with guilt and grief over the way he died (and choices she made to encourage him to take the medicine) because she “followed the science.”

Really pay attention to this part of their interview:

Integrating the Spirals
I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

From what I’ve observed, some doctors prescribe medications without fully understanding how they work or the side-effects. And some doctors own stock in the Big Pharma companies.

I’ve heard that, Dawn. But I really appreciate the validation from your eyes.
A friend of mine lost her husband to the opioid epidemic. After he died she found pills hidden all over his car, etc. all from different doctors and pharmacies. I don’t know if that’s changed since, but 10-15 years ago, none of them were cross-linked or such.
I knew a pharmacist once who told me doctors aren’t schooled in the contraindications of the meds as the pharmacists are.

“I’m so sorry for the loss of your brother and the pain your family has endured. Losing someone is incredibly difficult, especially when tied to illness and complex treatments. I know there are many strong feelings and differing perspectives about medical science, but it’s important to remember that HIV treatments like AZT and the therapies that followed have saved millions of lives worldwide. While no system is perfect, advances in medicine have given people with HIV the chance to live long and healthy lives. I truly hope you continue to find healing and peace in remembering your brother with love.”

It’s not my brother, it’s Mikki Willis’ brother. But he proves a point about how driven each of us can be from losing a loved one to medical mistakes and profit-driven creatures/corporations.
Thank you for your comment and perspective, Mr. Verma.
