I think the culmination of all I have done in my life has led me to realize my aim has always been to help people feel better. Mentally. Spiritually. And Physically. Not like a personal trainer, but by helping release chronic stress, loneliness, low self esteem, worry, etc. God is big enough to heal you. God is Omniscience.
