It’s November 17th, 2024; We’ve got a multidimensional love song for ALL! This is one of our favorite songs. The music was done by Steven Cooper’s music studio in Nashville, TN originally, with John H on saxophone. But then, years later, we spent the money to hire Adam Cunningham to sing it, and record/remix it at the Beaird Music Group of Nashville, TN. https://www.beairdmusicgroup.com
This is the three-hundred-twentieth new music post for 2024! This original song of ours is radio-ready and song placement ready! Let us know if you work with any music groups, sound engineers, or film producers who want to use it.
I’m still a work in progress, as I suspect most of us are… so here’s my mission going into 2025, both personally, and here in this blog site:

Even before the Election, this happened… and vindicates those of us who “questioned the Science”
I’m thrilled for ICAN on this win!

Shopping, lunch, and painting… oh my!
My daughter and eldest granddaughter went to the art studio yesterday and I painted a canvas a ceramic (for Christmas). We really had a great multifaceted day! We had some ‘teachable moments (yes, even for me), and I had time to tell my 13 yo granddaughter about the epiphany I had on Friday (I did tell you about that, didn’t I?), Law of Attraction, and what the term ‘moral ambiguities’ means. Ha!

Everything happens for a reason
Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.
Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24! And let’s (are you ready for this?) THRIVE in ’25!
Yours in expanding, caring and sharing, spiraling consciousness,
Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

The remix and new vocal is great. Can’t recall having heard the original. But this version certainly kicks into a memory banks keeper. Good to see the painted images now after you spoke of your wonderful time the other day. Good to see your painting is going to be used for the new spa too. Poetry in motion…..Synergy in motion. All the best Sheila.

I don’t think I shared the original earlier either. Sometimes when Richard redid a song he removed the original video from his YouTube channel. If I find it, I will update this post with it. Thank you, Gray. Yes, I will be sharing more pictures in today’s music blog post. The spa is coming along nicely. I am still looking for a few things like a plant stand, salt lamp, and such. I just ordered a lava lamp and that will be fun.

The sauna set up sounds very nice. You have some great ideas for a fantastic relaxation source. I did read of the health benefits of salt lamps and Himalayan salt rocks a long time ago. I remember the negative ions benefits. I had a small ioniser machine at the time. But the salt lamp I bought deteriorated in wet atmosphere. I found mine in a puddle when I put it out the back in the storage room and the humidity was high. No escape of damp air in an enclosed large room with Welsh slate built walls holding back a large garden basically. Since having a dehumidifier for that room, I no longer get a damp situation. But can empty the dehumidifier container twice a day. That’s a lot of water! 😊 I would have loved a sauna in that space Sheila. I will be looking forward to reading about your experiences, set up and subsequent health benefits with yours. Cheers.

Ah, yes, we had the same issue with salt lamps in the RV. Especially when we tried living off grid for 17 months! I was a puddle of sweat most days, and the RV started growing salt all around where I had placed the salt lamp!
Thank you, Gray. Just the mention of slate walls got my imagination going. I love slate. I knew it had to be genetic or past life related. Ha!

We have a stone wall house with lime cement pointing so it can breathe. The garden walls are slate and are a century and a half old in age. Lots of lovely moss, rock plants, etc. in the boundary walls’ ambience. We have a long room at the back of the house, borne from a long alleyway. A wood beam and polycarbonate roof cover the space. All enclosed nicely from any weather entering. But the back wall holds back the garden. So it is prone to damp due to lack of air circulation in a sealed room. We have a door to the outside as the only venting opportunity. But a dehumidifier, as said, has stopped the damp for 2 years now. Nice and dry out back is really a game changer. Cheers Sheila.
