It’s October 27th, 2024; We’ve got an explosive new original rock song for you today. Some days things just happen to align so as to reflect the synchronicity within life. As I was about to write about how to find peace within by ‘feeling into the truth’ this song pops up. The Beaird Music Group (of Nashville, TN), produced this bang up song, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Adam Cunningham sings this like nobody’s business. So much gusto and SOUL! The Beaird music studio is the studio we’ve used for most of the pro demo, radio ready song productions in the last 5 or 6 years: https://www.beairdmusicgroup.com
This is the two-hundred-ninety-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently and consciously share a new song each day. This is a real kicker! There’s a lot going on in it. Take a good listen and don’t miss the twist near the end!
I’ve got to get a message to you
I love it when a plan comes together. And one of our fellow songwriters (and blogger pal of mine), loves VeeDub buses. And of course, I love spirals, sooo what a synchronicity that Bubba Hudson used a pic of a VeeDub that has a huge spiral painted on it in his new song’s music video!
Here you go, Gray Summers!

Video we’re watching this morning about Petra and other ancient structures that no one seems to be able to replicate today:
FYI, I do my own Muscle Testing and use the dowsing rods to check myself. Ultimately, I follow my GodBumps to know when I’m really a passionate YES on something. I tell you this because I’ve read a few of your comments this morning (that happened to go to my SPAM on WordPress–I don’t know why because I have it set so that if I’ve approved you once, all of your comments will automatically be approved. Maybe it was because you used an emoji or shared a link), and I’ve approved a few of your comments without replying or ‘Liking.’
The reason is, over time, a lot of what President Trump has talked about has turned out to be true—even when the fact checkers initially had said something wasn’t. I’ll leave it up to Omniscience God to be the final judge. And that feels lighter to me as well.
If you don’t know what Muscle Testing is, here’s a short explanation:
Ooh, I got a couple great blog posts from fellow bloggers to share too
I thought this was an exceptional article from John Neff of The Realist Juggernaut, about trying to restore trust surrounding the election process: https://therealistjuggernaut.com/2024/10/25/restoring-trust-a-secure-election-system-with-paper-ballots-and-limited-mail-in-voting/
I love the “take a break” reminders that John Neff of The Realist Juggernaut, talks about in this article: https://therealistjuggernaut.com/2024/10/26/mental-health-in-the-digital-age-navigating-connection-comparison-and-burnout-in-an-always-online-world/
I know social media gets a lot of bad rap, and I know there are a lot of bad actors out there. But I met my wonderful husband online (more than 20 years ago), and we have never had one argument! We will celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in Feb. 2025, God willing.
I see technology as a tool. We get from it what we put into it. But you did a great job on a complex topic (as usual). In my 62 years on the planet, I have learned to stay open and continue to give Life a chance. It’s been working out good so far!
AHA moment for me about why it seems some people don’t support our efforts (hint: we don’t support theirs)!
So, yesterday on the Dr. Bruce Lipton monthly Zoom call that I always participate in (as a self-proclaimed volunteer chat facilitator), I had an observation (odd I would just think of it now, after being on this call monthly two years). Bruce’s wife, Margaret, is never on these calls with Bruce! I don’t know if he’s ever mentioned why, but my guess is because these calls are HIS thing. She might watch the replays with him, or alone, I don’t know, but she gives him the time and space to do these calls on his own, with his nephew Alex moderating/facilitating and handling the Zoom technology.
That got me thinking. Of course! We don’t have to like each other’s passions! I let Richard rehearse his guitar alone. My son-in-law sits in his attic man-cave alone and does all his video game streaming (he’s on YouTube). I’m not the kind of gamer he is. I play the silly little free iPhone games, and not all that well or that often. I take those in phases. Again, it’s the Integrating the Spirals approach. A little or a lot, depending on where I’m at on the spiral path on that subject at any given point in time.
And what is it I always say? Everyone learns at differing rates of speed. Plus, not everyone wants to learn–and I’ve got to be okay with that. We can still like or love each other, maybe even agree with each other, but we don’t have to watch each other’s videos, podcasts, listen to the same music, or watch the same shows! Ha! I am at peace. (And when we are each at peace, there’s no need for war–small or large!)
Spiral thought: I am so happy, thrilled actually, that the Acolyte was cancelled. LOL

Everything happens for a reason
Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.
Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24! And let’s (are you ready for this?) THRIVE in ’25!
Yours in expanding, letting-it-be, spiraling consciousness,

Ah, thank you, Michael. I feel the same way. Yes, I was shocked at the amount of pumpkins they had at the festival.

Great song and voice…I also like the guitar sound a lot. I also love VW’s…

Love to hear that, Max. Very cool.
Yes, Adam’s voice is so strong. I think he should definitely make it to the top in Nashville and beyond! He won one of those TV competition singing shows a few years ago.

That guitar sound they got was great as well. He does have the voice to make it.

Thank you Sheila. That is a Bay Bus like mine. So many earlier Splitty Buses that find their way into every shop ornament or picture representation as the archetypal Dub. So great to see a Bay. Love these new song adaptations you have. Also, spot on with the sung voice. And I did hear the last verse twist. You have so many different topics in your blogs. I did find the Yes/No video fascinating. She’s suggesting tapping into your own self awareness through your subliminal thoughts holistically isn’t she. So logical. A Holistic body of biopsychosocial and emotional inherents can tell you stories and give away your stories that you never thought were obvious. Love watching those analysts on presented body language. Cheers Sheila. And thank you for the link. Much appreciated.

Yes, that is what Richard thinks she’s doing. He is also more scientific in his assessment when I do my Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Tapping). It’s a way to break one’s self-attention, like when one has an irrational fear or phobia.
I am a bit more mystical in my interpretation of the muscle testing results and dowsing rods, GodBumps, etc.
I am so glad this VeeDub bus was like yours! Wonderful synchronicity!

Mysticism and Science can be great buddies. It’s the strangeness of their extremes where either that can get weird.

Yep, you got it, Gray. The saying, ‘strange bedfellows’ come to mind.

Very true. I had the conundrum when nursing of complementary therapy and pharmaceuticals. I knew which were best…..but couldn’t use them in the NHS. Although they are prescribing nature walks now. Spiritually more successful in healing than a few tablets.

Yes, I believe that is true, Gray. One of my longest known family friends teaches nursing at a university (has for decades). She prayed over patients. But she knew holistic health principles and most were not sanctioned or allowed. I can understand that too, because what if someone is doing Satanic verses, voodoo, or such over patients. Most people would freak out! Haha (not me because when I thought I was dying in 2005, I told Richard to find me a witch doctor! I wasn’t kidding!! I hurt sooo bad! I was in awful shape (all that is in my holistic health book too)!
Anyway, my nursing teacher friend has recently learned Reiki. Reiki and Healing Touch are allowed in some hospital settings now, because they are seen as complementary modalities to the pills, surgical procedures, chemo, etc. Time marches on.
I believe Spirit will win in the end and I aim to help it (though as a Daoist I know It doesn’t need me).

Again, a fascinating insight into how you perceive holistically. Embracing many different aspects of the seemingly unusable therapies by the health boards. No research you see. They won’t touch them without it. But Complementary therapeutic interventions are getting better recognition now. Thousands of years in use is a pretty good CV. But it is the people that wield them that need to be monitored. Unless they truly investigate and gain knowledge and accreditation, they are dangerous.
Aromatherapy in the wrong hands for example. Powerful healing therapy, yet very dangerous too. I don’t think a witch doctor will ever be seen. I have a good friend who is from Ghana. A nurse. He speaks of this and people in the community having strong belief in the power.

Ah, Jesus Christ himself would have had to pass rigorous scientific tests to be allowed to touch people though the proof of the healing was evident (if we are to believe the written accounts)! Ha!
Yes, I hear you, Gray. And this is why I follow the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton (his book The Biology of Belief).
I would love to hear more from your nurse friend in Ghana.

My nurse friend in Ghana, being on the trained medical side, did not purposefully engage in this area Sheila. He was taught so much more in his medical and skills knowledge base than we are in the UK. When he arrived here in the UK to take up his practice, he was amazed at what he was no longer able to carry out certain practices with his high skills base. I found the same within the same NHS system too. If I trained in specific interventions within one health board, when I went to work for another health board in a different county, I had to retrain in that skill all over again. Sometimes waiting months on months for a course to become available. Crazy.

Wow! That is intense, Gray. Training and retraining in the different areas. I know Energy Psychology is a whole other story and then there’s the spiritual element.

Frustrating to be going back to start all over and the trainers saying ‘Why are you here? You obviously know this!’ Of course updates happen, but we were always checking skills for up to date policy. Or new thinking. Keep patients safe with gold standard practice you see. I read a lot of literature in those days Sheila. Management and hierarchy not really having a clue that nurses own their own autonomy and have responsibilities to practice in an effective up to date manner. Refresher courses yes. But back to square one and redo all the same basic knowledge and tick box/written answer questions again. Not really apt and you have been using interventions safely for a number of years already. And recording outcomes. Cheers Sheila.

Exactly, Gray, on all points. I know massage therapists go back for CE trainings (Continuing Education credits) to stay proficient and learn additional/new skills, so it makes sense nurse’s would too. Gold standard. Gotta love that.
I was thinking earlier today that my holistic health book could be used as my thesis if I ever went back to school. Not that I plan to! Ha!

School, College or University? Nah…..never again. There was always too much to do alongside the curriculums and cram it all in. After having done it all in periods of your life, at some point the brain needs a switch off for a decade or three. It doesn’t mean dropping all learning. It means stop learning simply for studying sake. It is only useful in the field it can be applied to. And if no longer in that field, or having no intention to go into any professional field? Then why do it. An enquiring mind suits many people. But some, like myself now, have no interest in broad knowledge for broad knowledge’s sake. Sherlock Holmes was right in saying the brain has no capacity to store it all. Ironic coming from him. That’s why being an artist or musician is so nice. Complete self expression. Freedom to live in a different, softer and gentler enquiry arena. Great for the soul. Cheers again Sheila.
