I agree, Max. I worked in IT for 35+ years. Every developer told me voting machines were an easy hack.

Sheila…a general question. Is your WP side panel with comments updating? I have to refresh my page to get new comments. I was wondering if anyone else was having that problem.

I read my comments in Jetpack on my phone. That probably doesn’t help you on this question. I have had some issues with Jetpack though and had to go to my comments via the WP side panel. But it’s been awhile.

Yea I never check mine with the phone. The panel usually self updates…but now I have to refresh…I’ll give it a few more days and then talk to support.

Ah, that’s wise. Refresh. Reboot. Etc.

Not with modern hacking abilities…go back to paper or use the same kind of machines they did in 1980. New isn’t always better.

Ugh. My whole career in tech seems like it was a waste. At least I got paid!
I worked for the first several years to get universities OFF paper.

Yea I know what you mean…those old voting machines wasn’t any trouble I don’t think…paper would suck but it’s hard to trust them.

In Arizona, the Democrats are trying to push the ranked-choice voting system that they have in California, which allows one party to dominate. I voted “NO!”

Oh, WOW! And my daughter just told me today, “The two-party system in this country has got to go!” (I have thought for years we need a strong third party. Maybe she does listen to me! Haha!)
I’ve never heard of the ranked-choice voting system, Dawn. It doesn’t sound good though!
