It’s October 21st, 2024; We have an original rock song for ALL today! Bubba Hudson offered his magnificent vocals on this rockin’ song that’s definitely fresh beats and radio-ready. Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN put together a fantastic group in the studio to put the shine on this cut.

Here’s the two-hundred-ninety-third new music post for 2024, as I consistently knock your socks off with hot rockin’ songs. We’re NOT ready for the rocking chair yet! Ha!

We’re at the intersection of Energy, Spirituality, Health, and Music, to let FREEDOM ring for ALL!

In all things, Growth is key

Screen capture from a Facebook meme I shared 2 years ago. “Be so deeply committed to your growth that you’re willing to say no without guilt and yes without fear.” –Unknown, shared by soul vibes

Do more than survive. Grow!

The biggest reason I enjoy coaching people, or counseling, offering advice, even simply writing this blog, is to encourage you to grow. Never stop growing. The more you grow, the more you’ll marry your spirit to your soul. The more in alignment with your soul you’ll be.

Meme: “Some of us have been through things so traumatic that the human mind isn’t built to handle but we fight and persevere every single day and night. If that’s not strength I don’t know what is. You are a survivor.” –Unknown
Meme: “Remember that your mental health is a priority, your inner peace is essential, and your self-car is a necessity.” –Unknown

Cherish your core memories. If you are going to cherish anything. Though I question everything as I know the mind is capable of distorting memories. And as a Taoist/Buddhist, I release cherishing and attachment. This brings me more inner peace.

Super Patch testimonials

The testimonials keep coming in for Super Patch:

Screen capture: “This is huge!!! A child could stick every single one of these on and you would NOT have to worry at all. That is why so many health professionals/moms/leaders are choosing this! ZERO side effect. NO worries. NO drugs. NO ingredients. Can you say that about any other supplement?” –Rebecca Rohrbeck on Facebook

My meme: “I am drawn to using Super Patches to heal, from our experiences with Healing Touch, Reiki, Glyphs, Laying on of Hands, and meditation on the Intelligent Design of our fingerprints!” –Sheila Murrey

Everything happens for a reason

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24!

Yours in expanding, spiritually-seeking and speaking, spiraling consciousness,

Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

  1. The rock songs are great listens with the riffs, tunes and lyrics involved. Nice synergy. You both have so many talents. The YouTube uploads from both of you are enlightening as to your aims. And I always wonder in awe how you find time to achieve all this. Great to witness such energy and motivation from you both Sheila. Alongside your new social, family life and new found hobby activities too. Do you have 48 hour days? Or have you Hermione Grainger’s Time necklace? What’s the secret. 🤔 😊 All the best Sheila.

    1. Haha, Gray! I just set certain goals, or rather, focus on consistency. Such as must cook at least twice a day, do my stair-climbing, do the daily blog article (that was a goal just for this year), and limit time on the social channels. We still watch more movies than we probably should, but I never tell my daughter or granddaughters that I am too busy. I will even stop writing the daily blog article if one comes over and requests my attention. Haha!
Now, if you were to ask Richard, he would say I could be on my iPhone less, and clean the floor more often. Ha! (I used to keep a spotless floor! Now, I just don’t care as much. A good broom and swiffer type mopping once a month is fine by me! Ha! We’re not dirty people and have linoleum and hardwood floors.

So, it’s a pick your battles thing now. I appreciate your comment though and asking. I agree about the rock songs. Richard wrote most of his songs over the last 30 years.

P.s. I still hand wash dishes, and do that while cooking. I can’t stand a dirty kitchen. I will write my blog and a page or two in a book, while waiting on things that take longer to cook. It’s called, stacking habits. Part of my ‘Integrating the Spirals’ kind of mental process and organization thing.

      1. Sounds like you have a transient and multi tasking skill. I can work quickly and it was essential in nursing. But now? Just chilling and getting the morning chores done as you do, followed by reading, writing, music, etc. You’re right…Balance I suppose.
