It’s September 9th, 2024; We have an original pop song for reminiscing or to inspire you to start something new! Bubba Hudson’s voice and the way he recorded and produced this song in his home studio is amazing! Richard cried when he heard it the first time! (He’s been more apt to shed tears after the stroke in Oct. 2022, which yes, makes me love him even more, if that’s possible).
Here’s the two-hundred-fifty-third new music post for 2024, as I consistently prove we never stop learning and growing! This original song is sure to please–with a bit of something in it to touch every heart. And speaking of ‘pleasing,’ why not share it with your favorite coach or business leader. I think it makes such a fantastic point about continuing to experience ‘first times’! Age is just a number, after ALL! Hahaha!
Help us get more views
Last night I captured this screen of the number of views My First Time had gotten in the first 20 hours, and this morning when I grabbed the link to share, it had 4 views. So, I’m eager to see how many views we can get on this video in the next few days. Will you help share it?

This is one of the first songs we’ve had Bubba Hudson do the vocals and music on–let us know what you think!
Speaking of chatting, I am available via Zoom–signup via my Calendly calendar if you would like to talk. But I know my friends in the UK and India are many hours apart, so talking is often difficult. My friend in Israel is about 7 hours ahead of me–I’m on Eastern US time zone. So, this is why so many of us chat via the comments, and that’s cool too, as I’m all for transparency.
Another way to connect is via Bee Konnected
I just had a ‘getting to know you chat’ with a new friend who re-introduced me to the Bee Connected platform–and join her ‘visibility’ group for FREE! The group is called, People 4 People. And I like that if I do decide to pay to be a member at the end of my first 30 days, I can be paid for doing things like, writing reviews for brick and mortar business, speaking on podcasts, or such. It seems right up my alley and I wanted to let you know in case you’d be interested in joining it too!

Clown world – Cheney endorses Kamala
Yesterday, I shared that meme about Zuckerberg, so today, I’ve got another meme for you. I feel I’ve got to laugh (or I’d cry) at all this stuff. I am sharing this for a fellow blogger who ‘couldn’t believe’ Cheney was going to vote for Kamala. Yet, here’s the proof! I know it’s only get more wild before we’re done with this 2024 Presidential election cycle, so no offense if you like her (and some very dear friends of mine do like her, so I know it’s possible, even if I can’t understand it):

The Super Patch contest is revving up!
Right now, the Super Patch company (or my team, I’m still not sure which) is running a contest for those of us who want to release excess weight. If you want to lose weight, you might want to join now and get in the contest. I’ve been told they’re going to give away some great prizes, and as you know, I’m good at winning contests! Haha!

I’m wearing either three or four patches a day for 90 days to do this challenge. I’m wearing Liberty, Ignite, Peace, and Defend. My friend, Kary Kruger, who introduced me to these patches, she and her adult daughter have both lost/released 40 pounds in the last year (yes, they move more than I do, and probably eat better/cleaner than me, but if I can drop even half that, I’ll be on track to release more next year). I am doing my stair-climbing daily, the patches have eased all the joint stiffness and crap I’d had for a bit more than a year, so I am very thankful for that! And I am back to my daily yoga and qigong, along with some Energy Medicine (I do Jin Shin Jyutsu, a type of body holding if you’re not aware of it).
As far as costs go, the patches are much less expensive than any other diet/exercise program I’ve bought before, so we’ll see. I’ll report my progress or frustration, either way.

Everything happens for a reason
Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.
Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24!
Yours in expanding, discerning, spiraling consciousness,
Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

If that is true about the peace deal….that is crazy…all of those Ukraine and Russia people could have lived if they would have agreed to that.

Right-o! From what we heard they tried for a peace deal a couple of times but the current US administration got in the way.

Yes, most of it was based on his life experiences though a few were ages old like the part about his wife. He wrote this many years before meeting me.

Love the song, Sheila! ❤ 🙂
I don’t think we’re ever too old for “first times.” I recently wrote these posts at the tender age of 69 and continue to have “firsts” at the age of 71 …

How beautiful! I checked both of your linked posts too, and am thrilled you wrote a Christmas Carol song! Glorious!
I agree, we’re never too old for ‘firsts.’ You are a gifted writer. Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to comment.
