Lemuria and Telos
The Age of Lemuria lasted about 4,500,000 years BC, until about 12,000 years ago. Until the sinking of the continents of Lemuria and after Atlantis, there were seven large continents on this planet. The continent of Lemuria was located in the Pacific Ocean and extended from the western United States and Canada to lands in the Indian Ocean and Madagascar and included what is now Australia, New Zealand, Fiji Islands, New Guinea, the Easter Islands and Hawaii. Before the fall in consciousness, the Sumerians lived on a fifth-dimensional frequency and were able to change dimensions, from fifth to third, at will.
The first souls who inhabited the planet came from the land of Mu in the Dahl Universe, about four and a half million years ago. Among the first to arrive were many of the Ascended Masters who today help humanity.
Later, other races from Sirius, the Pleiades, Alpha Centaur and souls from other planets came to evolve here. Together they formed the Lemurian civilization, which became the cradle of the Enlightened Civilization on this planet. It was the “Motherland”, which helped the birth of other civilizations. The Atlantis arose at a later time.
At first, the Lemurians preserved their awareness of Christ and expressed their divinity in all areas of their lives. At that time they lived in a wonderful paradise, of exquisite beauty, abundance and perfection. The lack of disease, and limitations were unknown to them. They lived in peaceful control with the elements of nature and they lacked nothing. Most lived in their bodies of light of 5ª dimension, but they could at will, lower their vibration to experience the densest levels of the physical. During the first centuries of Gold, Lemurians experienced a perfect balance between their masculine and feminine energies, and between mind and heart. This balance allowed the almost instantaneous and perfect manifestation of everything they wanted. For hundreds of thousands of years they used the universal laws of Sacred Knowledge wisely and the Sacred Llamas of God, loving, honoring and protecting their temples for the benefit of humanity.
The progressive decline of consciousness put an end to golden centuries. They began to experience other forms of life and the misuse of their divine powers, losing the consciousness of Christ and the ability to magically manifest what they wanted. Little by little, the old balance of male and female energy leaned in favor of the mind over the heart. As a result, the divine love and compassion of the “mother” aspect of the Father/Mother God slowly vanished from his consciousness, resulting in an increase in expressions of male manipulation, domination and control that persists today. Little by little they lost their ability to consciously create and the unconditional love of the Presence of the Mother became a forgotten memory for them. It took a long time, but in the end they reduced their vibration to the level of the 4ª dimension and later to the density of the third dimension in which we are today.
Great avatars were sent to re-awaken their consciousness, to be able to get out of their self-inflicted darkness, but mostly they were strongly rejected by frequencies of opposition to the Light.
25,000 years ago
Twenty-five thousand years ago, Lemuria and Altantis were the two most developed civilizations on the planet. The original intention of the two civilizations was, Atlantis to represent the energies of the Divine Father and Lemuria to represent the energies of the Divine Mother. They were supposed to not only work together for the benefit of both peoples, but also to serve as guides and models for other evolving civilizations, for the younger and less experienced souls.
The differences between them arose in relation to the development and evolution of other civilizations. The Lemurians believed that the other less evolved cultures should be left alone to follow their own evolution, at their own pace, according to their own understanding. While the Atlanteans believed that the least evolved cultures should be controlled by the two most evolved civilizations. His discussions about ideologies led to several thermonuclear wars that weakened the two continental plates. When the wars ended and the dust settled, there were no winners, only death, destruction and the most degrading fall of the human spirit to the point that both realized the fatality of such behavior.
The people, through the priests, were then informed that in less than 15,000 years their continents would sink completely. In those days, as people lived an average of 20,000 to 30,000 years, many of those who had caused the disaster understood that they would live to experience destruction.
Before the sinking of the continent “Telos”, which means “communication with the spirit, was the name of the eastern part of Lemuria that encompassed what is now California and part of British Columbia.
Today, “Telos” is just the name of the Lemur city built below Mount Shasta more than 12,000 years ago.
After having had a lot of warnings about the loss of their homeland, the leaders devised a plan to protect and preserve their records, sacred treasures, their culture and most importantly, to move all the Sacred Flames that were in their temples to a safe place. They decided to build an underground city that would be free of any surface disruption or discord. The priesthood knew that Mount Shasta would be safe during the next changes of the Earth, so the leaders submitted a request to the director of the Agartha Network of Underground Cities, requesting permission to build a city under the mountain.
In order to grant permission to build the city and be part of the Agartha Network, they had to prove that they had learned their lessons of war and aggression. They also had to prove this to other organizations such as the Galactic Confederation of Planets. The permit was granted, but among the other cities of the Agartha Network there was not much optimism in its success.
The starting point in the construction of his city was a large cavern in the form of a dome inside the mountain and several natural tunnels and volcanic tubes. They used to excavate and build the city, its domain of energy, crystals, sound and vibration. Construction continued for several thousand years, the city was designed to house 200,000 people.
Tragically, the exact time of the predicted cataclysm had been underestimated and only 25,000 Lemurians managed to reach the city safely under Mount Shasta when the continent sank. Their records had already been moved and new temples in honor of the Holy Flames had been built. His beloved homeland perish during the starry night. He sank in such a low voice that almost everyone was totally unaware of what was happening. Practically everyone was sleeping during the flood. There were no unusual weather conditions that night. According to a transmission given by Lord Himalaya in 1959 through Geraldine Innocenti, El Morya’s twin name, he explained that many of the priests who had remained faithful to the Light and his sacred vocation, as captains on a sinking ship, maintained their jobs and fearlessly sang and prayed while the water and the waves covered everything. Some priests and priestesses offered to descend with the earth and its people. With the help of their radiation, which literally surrounded the aura of people with a mantle of peace, they reduced fear, so that such serious scars were not engraved on their etheric bodies, which would take them many lives to clean and heal all of them.

The earth after the collapse of the two continents
As Lemuria sank, Atlantis began to tremble and lose parts of its lands. The gradual destruction continued for 200 years, until the rest of the continent completely sank. For 2,000 years after Lemuria and the catastrophes of Atlantis, the planet was still shaking.
Hundreds of years after the destruction of the two continents, so much debris had been thrown into the atmosphere that the Earth never became bright in the light of day. The atmosphere became very cold, because the sunlight was not able to penetrate through its thick and toxic layer. Very little food could grow. Many animals and plants perished.
The reason for the little evidence today of the remains of these civilizations is that the cities of the planet that did not sink, were shaken to their roots or were swept away by earthquakes or tsunamis that often reached 600 kilometers inside the earth destroying everything in their path. Life for the survivors of the cataclysms became so hard and difficult that they were quickly reduced to hunger, poverty, struggle and disease.
The original height of the human on this planet was approximately 3.6 meters. The Hyperbóreos were and still are, 3.6 meters high and none of them live on the surface at this time. At the time of the sinking of Lemuria, the Lemurians were reduced to 2.1 meters in height and are still 2.1 and 2.4 meters high to this day. And there has been a greater decrease in the height of this planet, since most of us on the surface are less than 2 meters high. As our civilization evolves, this will be restored. Even now, people on the surface of this planet are being born much higher than they were just 100 years ago.
Telos today
The city of Telos today
Telos is a fabulous and huge city, with a population of about one and a half million inhabitants. There are several towns and they all share the local government.
Telos is divided into 5 levels of several square kilometers below Mount Shasta.
The first level: the large percentage of the population lives under the dome, in the first level. This is also the place where the administrative, public and various temples buildings are located. In the center of this level is the main temple, called the temple of Ma Ra, a pyramid-shaped structure that has a capacity for 10,000 seated people. This temple is dedicated to the priesthood of Melquizedek. The pyramid is white, with the apex, called the “living stone” and was given from Venus.
The second level: This is where all the production and manufacturing takes place to meet the needs of the people of the city. It is also the area of several schools that teach children and adults. Many more people live at that level.
The third level: it is totally devoted to the hydroponic gardens where all their food grows on about 17 hectares of land, which produce an attractive, fun diet and offering a lot of variety. Their planting methods are so effective that only 17 hectares of land is all they need to abundantly grow an enormous variety of foods that nourish one and a half million people, in strong, healthy and non-aging bodies.
Their food is totally organic and of the highest vibration. Their way of gardening does not need fertilizers and does not deplete the soil. They place organic minerals in the water for the plants. The crops have also been improved and accelerated by the great vibration of light, energy and love of Telos.
The fourth level: it contains a little hydroponic gardening, some manufacturing and a large area of natural parks, with small lakes and fountains.
The fifth level: it is totally devoted to nature. There are tall trees, lakes and parks. This is where all the animals live. At this natural level, many plants and animals have been preserved, today they are not on the surface. Their animals are all vegetarian and they don’t eat each other. They live in total harmony, without fear and without any type of aggression towards people and others. Telos is really the place where the lion and the lamb lie side by side and can sleep together in total confidence.
Government of Telos
In Telos, there are two forms of government. The king and queen of Telos, Ra and Rana Mu, are ascended masters and are also soul mates, they make up an aspect of Telos’ government. Being its maximum rulers.
The second form of government is the local Council, called the Lemurian Council of Luz de Telos. It consists of 12 ascended teachers, where 6 men and 6 women are part of the council, balancing the masculine divine with the feminine divine. A thirteenth member, the main High Priest of Telos, at the moment is Adama, officiates as the leader of the Council and in case of having to make a decision and be tied he has the final decision.
The members of the council are selected according to the level of spiritual achievements they have achieved, internal qualities, maturity and the specialization of the area. When a member of the council decides to move to another level of service, the vacancy is made known to its people and those who wish to assume the position in the council can request it. All requests are carefully studied, by the council, by the members of the priesthood, and the king and queen of Telos. The king and the queen have the last word on who will be elected among the applicants.
The New Lemuria
Lemuria still exists in a fifth-dimensional frequency, not yet visible to our third three-dimensional vision and perception. As the veil between the dimensions becomes thinner and thinner, Lemuria, in its new splendor and glory, will reveal itself to us in a very physical and tangible way.
As all of us open ourselves to a way of life that manifests a higher consciousness and we can purify all the distorted and erroneous belief systems that we have embraced in the last millennium, we will be able to perceive our beloved Homeland and we can finally have permission to enter being received by it with all the love and magnificence that it now has to offer.
The New Day, the New World is about to be born.
The New Lemuria, the lost paradise, is about to unfold again. Lemuria, the part that remained faithful to the light and its sacred vocation was elevated to the fourth dimension at the time of the cataclysm. It was never really destroyed in its entirety, only the aspect of 3ª dimension that was in it at that time. Lemuria continued to thrive and evolve to a fifth dimensional consciousness for this day.
